Phone response - Has been laid up due to surgery so he has not been able to address any of the work related issuesThe pantry door was previously damaged by the original homeowner and then the same problem happened to the current homeownerHe is willing to replace the door, but it would have to be paid for by homeowner, as it is not a manufacturer defect, it was undisclosed damage by the original homeowner
In my last contacts wit ***, I requested pictures and what exactly was wrongI informed her of my injuries and ask her to be patienti was not back on my feet until beginning of March, and I had not heard anything else from herNow I see she had someone else to work and fix issue, ones that were not brought to my attention, which was her prerogativePlease have her send a invoice or contract so I can see what was done
We ordered the satin white touch up paint quart and also will provide a touch up fill stick that we will have sent to Mrs*** home she should receive these materials with the next business days
We have contacted the consumer, we are scheduled to be there on Wednesday the 13thTo address and correct the customers concerns

I would appreciate it if Jeff could supply me with a jar of touch up paint in the correct color from the manufacturer I had all of they drawer boxes replaced with soft close drawers, which he told me I was getting, but I didn’t get One week after installation, all of his drawers fell off of the tracks I also had the pantry shelves replaced with proper fitting shelves and pull out drawers. The shelves he provided me with in the pantry cabinets were falling and tipping once pantry items were placed on them I don't want him to do anything for me, other than supply me with the touch up paint I wouldn’t let him in my house to do anything!!! I just wanted to let people know he is running a bad business...untrustworthy and shoddy workmanship Thank you for the follow up. *** ***

I accept the the offer to supply me with the touch up paint I requested. We will see if I actually get it. There is nothing more to be done, since I have had all of his shoddy workmanship fixed by a very reputable business. I want my dissatisfaction with this business to be on record. I don’t believe that Jeff was too ill to call or respond to my phone calls or texts. He never responded until I filed this complaint. He is a very unreputable businessman and I will spread the word.
