I ordered a t-shirt (***) in late March or early April, and my card was charged at that time. I received an email on Apr 9 that my order was "in the print shop and will be shipped as soon as it's ready." I still haven't received it or heard anything, and after inquiring about it on July 21, I received an apparent automated email response on July 23 stating "Your case is still currently under review." I've heard nothing, and after reading the multiple negative reviews for similar experiences, I am making this complaint to you. My order number is *** My next step will be to contact *** bank, my credit card company, and make a complaint for fraudulent billing.

I ordered a tshirt May 17, 2019, says it shipped on May 30, never rec'd. I notified them June 25 via their website that I still have not rec'd and would like a full refund. They contacted me back via email on June 27 confirming to me the item shipped and they asked me to respond verifying the ship to address. I did so same day. Had not heard back, so July 7 I sent a follow up email and have not heard back from that one either.

I made an order for Father’s Day on April 20th, thinking that surely two months would be ample time for production and delivery. Almost a month later, on 5/15 I received notice that the item was shipped and should be 5-9 business days. After 12 business days I contacted via their website contact form (because no one answered the US phone number) because I had not received it. The address on my order is correct, although they list the zip code before the city/state. They did not address my inquiry and responded to “send more information” even though I supplied it on the form. I responded again and asked for either proof that it was shipped or a refund. haven’t heard back or received it yet, and I’m pretty sure it’s not going to get here by Father’s Day.

I purchased a onesie on 4/28/2019 for $24.95 from Finekick/Teezily. It cleared my bank account on 4/30/2019. I've emailed the company 3 times ( 5/25, 5/28, 5/31 ) with only an automated response that my email was received. I still have not received the item I ordered, nor have I received any explanation as to why it still have not been received. I'm starting to think there is no onesie and this is just what they do, steal from consumers. I would still like the item I ordered, but if not I'd like my money back. This has been way too long.

I ordered a baby onesie as a gift for Mother's Day. The product was delivered after the holiday. More importantly, the product that was delivered does not match the image on your website. The gray text of the design is not legible. I've reached out to customer service via website *** e-mail system providing an image of the product and received a reply 5 days later not addressing the issue or next steps to resolve. I've reached out twice more and not received a reply. When trying to call on the US provided phone number, no one answers for Customer Service support.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift for a first time mom on April 24. Teezily's payment cleared my account on April 27. I have yet to receive the gift. Plus, no one will respond to my emails.

I placed an order on April 15th 2019 from this business advertising Mother’s Day gifts this the promise of delivery on time for mother’s day. They took my money as soon as the purchase was made. About an hour later I got an email confirmation about my purchase and it also stated tracking updates would be available within 24 hours I waited until April 24th 2019 which is 12 days later and checked my update and it said it was still in the print shop. So I email the company and magically within minutes the status switched to shipped which was on April 24th 2019. I got an email about an hour later saying depending on my carrier my package should arrive between 5 to 9 business days. Which I thought no big deal at least it shipped. So arrival according to them should of been no later then May 7th 2019. So May 7th comes around and I receive nothing. May 8th nothing. May 9th nothing. So I email the company 3 times no response. So I got back on face book to their website where I made the purchase and send them a message and they blocked me. My fiancé also messaged them and she is now blocked as well. So now it’s may 15th way passed mother’s day and I still haven’t received what I purchased. I looked at their reviews for this product and hundreds of other fathers just like me got scammed and blocked. You can’t take a mother’s first mother’s day back she only gets one! I am very unhappy with how I was “ guaranteed” a product before mothers days I ordered almost a month in advance. And never received it and got blown off without any responses. I will never purchase from this company again and I want my money back !

Item never arrived and customer support does not refund to messages. I had to file a claim to get my money back.

I have ordered "onesie" for Mothers Day and paid extra for being able to track and expedite. After 12 days since nothing arrived I did checked website and it was showing that was sent to printing. What is a point to pay extra for expediting? I did e mailed them if they not gonna deliver by Mothers Day to cancel the order. Nobody ever replies. I have called and was on hold with no answer at all. I have asked for a refund if my items were not going to be delivered. I have asked for any kind of response. So far...nothing!!! All of the sudden e mail comes that order is shipping. I was thinking it is Friday maybe they will ship 2nd Day Air to arrive by Saturday before Mothers Day. They messed up they should. And I did stated if you not going to deliver by Mothers Day please cancel the order.

I placed an order for a onesie for my daughter for her first mothers day. They advertised that orders would be shipped in 3 to 6 days. I ordered the item on 4/28 and as of today, the item is still in print status. I have sent numerous emails to this company and the only response I get it is someone will get back to me shortly. I have not received a response from anyone regarding my order. I requested a full refund since its obvious my daughter will not be receiving her gift. I don't think its right that they are able to immediately take your money and never respond when you make an inquiry on that order. It makes me feel I've been scammed!

This company is a joke. I ordered a Mother's Day onesie for my granddaughter May 3. Paid an extra 3.50 for expedited shipping and tracking. It's now May 11th. Obviously not gonna get this in time for Mother's Day. This makes me mad, as it's my daughters first Mother's Day. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company does not respond to emails. (I've tried) and the US phone number is not in service.

Ordered a onsie from this site that was advertised on ***. I paid for "fast delivery" option as well. It has been over 2 weeks and has not even shipped yet. I have emailed them to get an update and have not heard from them in over a week. I have tried calling them for the last 3 days and have spent over an hour each day trying to get a hold of someone and no answer. They have charged my credit card.

I ordered a childs onsie on 4/16/19. I paid for fast delivery with shipping. on 4/25 I reached out via *** and they said it was just waiting on quality check and would be sent out. it is now 5/7/19 and I still do not have the product and all they keep saying is it will be shipped very soon. It is suppose to arrive before mothers day. They will not give any detailed information as to what is going on. I see numerous complaints on this company. I try to call the phone number on the website for the US and it just does a prerecording for about 22 minutes then goes silent. I have emailed twice with no response. Customer service is horrible

The t-shirt and onsie were purchased together as a pair so the mom and baby would match. That was the whole point of advertisement and my purchases. I will need to find a replacement for this and do not want T-shirt’s that will not match each other. I request a full refund!
