I had followed the size chart guidelines while selecting my product to order thru this company and when I recited it the shirt was not in compliance with their size chart. When I contacted the company the offered me a free reprint of the product which I decided to do because I really wanted the product. So I reviewed the size chart which they emailed me and I picked a size 4xl which was an option on the new chart the sent me. When I received my product it was a 3xl. So I contacted them again and they stated they were sorry and would send me a 4 xl. A few days later they messaged me and told me that they do not sell the product in a 4xl. I then proceeded to ask for a full refund and they wanted pictures of the product measurements so they could document the faulty product. They then emailed me back stating that it follows the sizing guidelines of a new sizing chart that I had never seen. They switched the sizing chart to reflect the measurements I had sent them so they could claim it was not faulty. When I tried to email them back with all of the past documentation proof the email bounced back stating it was full and could not be delivered. I have documentation on all of the corresponding emails and the original size chart from the webpage when I ordered.

I ordered two baby tops that said 1st Mothers Day for my twin Grandaughters ti wear for Mothers Day 2019! I have never received them or a refund. I have attempted to contact them through messages but have never received a response. I would like a refund.

On 2/1/2020, I placed an order for a hoodie sweatshirt for my son as a gift. When I placed the order it said it typically takes about a week to be delivered. On 2/5/2020, I received an email saying that my order had shipped and it provided me with a tracking number, however that was a lie. My order had not shipped and based on the tracking number, nothing has been mailed. 11 days have passed since I received the tracking number and UPS has not recieved the package from Teezily to send to me. I want a full refund of my money as I believe this may be fraud. I have sent emails to the business and have not gotten a response. Some of my emails had been kicked back on deliverable. Please help.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
I ordered an In Memory pendant for my late Brother, as a birthday present for myself. I Was told I would receive it within 6 to 10 working days. I had to call the company to inquire as to why it was taking so long. I ordered it on the 7th of January, it did not ship until the 16th of January. I did not receive it until today February 4th. The representative I spoke to said it could take up to 6 weeks as it was coming from France. I received it today and burst into tears. Not only was it late getting here but, the defect in it was Horrible. It looks as if there was no care put into making this at all, and the glue or lamination inside was not properly installed. I call the company and was told that I had to email support with pictures of it and they would be replying with a rectification. This isnt fair to customers. I paid almost $50.00 CA ( which I couldn't really afford) for something I wanted to proudly wear in memory of my Brother and all I want to do is cry because to me, the craftmanship is a disgrace to his memory. The company's support team emailed me back stating they dont see any manufacturer issues in the pictures. I emailed them back asking for a full refund and stated once again you can clearly see an issue. They once again emailed me asking me to justify or explain to them where the manufacturing problem was. I emailed them back with pictures again and said there is clearly an issue.I feel there is a lot of back and forth and No resolution here. All I want is for them to except fault and refund my money back. I'm done dealing with this issue at this point and deserve a FULL refund.

I just received a package from TEEZILY that I never ordered, wrong size, and very poorly made. I have been contact with them ( New York #) and I'am not getting any response. Also, there was no shipping receipt and everything is in FRENCH. I called my bank (fraud department) and they are going to take care of this. This company is a scam....do not order anything from them.

I ordered a shirt from Teezily on December 12, 2019. On December 24th, it was still in printing. I contacted them via email (because the phone number they posted doesnt work) and was told that the shirt would be shipped when the campaign ended (December 13) and that "Our timeframe for delivery, including printing and shipment, is of between 10-15 days after the campaign end date."
I recieved a tracking number on December 27 that was not for my order, but for an order delivered on the other side of the country October 4th! I have reached out to them multiple times showing them screenshots of the error (and now that tracking number no longer works, so I'm glad I took screen shots!)
Here it is, January 3rd and still no shirt or contact from the company! My next course of action will be to file with my credit card company and hope something happens then!
This company is a HUGE scam! And what almost makes it worse is they are playing on the emotions of military families!

they advertise shirts to be one size and it not that size at all which I noticed was the complaint a few people had on a trust pilot after I submitted a review and saw others with the same complaint in addition to when trying to get it resolved....no one responded so I’m stuck with a shirt that I can’t wear or get a refund for.

I ordered a shirt on December 7th and it started printing in progress until I emailed about the order then all of a sudden it started shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number unfortunately is a false number. when looking up the status it states that ups delivered it back in september in a different state. I spoke and emailed customer service who was extremely rude and would not answer my questions. They kept saying that ups had a bug in their tracking link but I spoke to ups and of course no bug at all. I found this to be suspicious. customer service rep refused to put a supervisor on the phone and eventually hung up on me. If that's how this company wants to treat its customers then I will be definitely spreading the word of the HUGE SCAM THEY HAVE WITH THEIR FRANCE SERVICE OFFICE. ALL THEY GIVE IS AUTOMATED RESPONSES TO ANY QUESTIONS. I WANT MY SHIRT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR EXTRA QUICK SHIPPING.

Order #*** placed on Friday November 8,2019 with company CouplesHut (Dispute is with Teezily. They are CouplesHuts customer service). Amount of $87.65 CAD. Purchased 2 customized sweaters. GREEN XXL with writing saying "2019 First Christmas with my Hot New Fiancé" and a BLUE XL with writing "2019 First Christmas with my Hot New Fiancée" I went by their size chart.
Order was incorrect due to incorrect sizes and they were different brands. GREEN XXL sweater is by SOL'S and BLUE XL sweater is by ***. The website never stated that they would be different brands, so when I used their size chart I was led to believe they were the same material. Receipt even showed the same pictures as website which never indicated different brands.
Received order on Friday November 22,2019. At least 4 days past their original date they said I'd receive. Dispute involves merchandise that did not match the merchant's verbal description. I emailed company Coupleshut on November 22,2019 about issues and got no response. Emailed again on November 26 and got first response from a "Josny" with Teezily on November 26. I sent multiple pictures and measurements of what was incorrect. Got a response on November 28th stating "Josny (Help By Teezily)

Sent email on December 8th for progress, response on Dec 9th stating same as Nov 28th. Dec 14th emailed stating I filed complaints against them and want my refund as an exchange now I wouldn't get before Christmas. Dec 16 got response stating same as Nov 28th adding they made it "urgent". Dec 17th received email saying they'll refund me only for the GREEN sweater, but not the BLUE saying "we cannot do better quality then that." Didn't give me price and wanted response with me accepting refund. I have NOT responded yet. Received an email today Dec 18th from "Mahdi" from Teezily threatening me to respond with confirmation of refund or they close the complaint.

I ordered a hoodie on 11/27/19. I never got a tracking number which I paid extra for. My total order came to $52.40. I work for the USPS and I know which tracking numbers belong to what company (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Teezily would not tell me who was delivering my order. They told me over the phone when I called them on 12/2/19 that my order shipped and I would get it on 12/4/19. I never got it. I checked the tracking on their web page and the order status was still showing it was still in the print shop. Seriously? So I was lied to over the phone. I have filed a dispute thru *** and continue to send emails to teezily regarding this matter. I want my full refund because you never shipped the order and never provided a tracking number. This is a scam.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I never got my package. It was suppose to be delivered today 12/10/19. It went from UPS to USPS on 12/8/19 to Warwick,RI 02888 at 9am (which is odd because that post office is not open on Sundays. I work for the USPS and all packages from UPS and FedEx goes directly to our main Providence, RI 02904 plant to be sorted first and then sent out to nearby offices. The scan is not legit. The usps last scan is showing it is not even out for delivery and is sitting at 12/8/19. Seriously? This
is a scam and I want a full refund. I don't want to deal with Teezily

Finally got my order in mail today. Although I am still disappointed with how I had to fight to get a tracking # and how I was lied to over the phone last week. Consider this dispute settled and I will never order again from teezily.

Teezily gladly took my money, including an extra $3.50 for tracking, which they never activated. Lied and told me it was sent, then lost, but never provided active tracking number. Just got told *** doesn’t provide tracking. Never got product. Now my refund is “under review.” Total scam.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The Revdex.com should be aware that this company has very questionable practices. I paid an extra $3.50 for them to provide tracking, but the tracking number that they sent me was for a parcel that was never shipped. I checked frequently for updates. It wasn't until I told them that I reported them to you, after MANY emails from them giving me contradictory information. This site is click bait on Facebook and is not a reliable business.

I ordered a shirt from them and the quality is sub-par. More like a burlap sac than a shirt. I asked to return the item and after many back and forths they finally agreed to allow me to return it but then told me I had to return it to Paris France. The cost to do so was the cost of the shirt!!!!
They said there was no U.S. presence to return the item but they have a U.S. number on their site and there is no return policy stated on their site. Nor does it say items need to be returned to France.

I ordered a shirt from this company back in April and still have not received the order - Reference # ***.

I purchased two shirts from this company on August 30th, they both shipped on September 18th in separate packages. The one shirt arrived to me on September 23rd. The second shirt has never arrived. The tracking number for the missing shirt is ***, USPS. When I first checked the tracking number, it said it was in Minnesota. It has not tracked since September 19th. I have called company multiple times as well as emailed the company about the missing item. First I needed to wait 2 to 6 days for it to arrive so 6 shipping days for USPS would have been September 26th. Now I'm being told I have to wait 15 shipping days, but now I'm also being told that they don't include USPS shipping for Saturday, even though USPS packages move on Saturday or are delivered on Saturday. So now I'm being told I cannot receive my refund until October 9th.
My valid complaint is the package is missing since the tracking number quit tracking. I do not feel I need to wait until October 9th for my refund.
I would also like to include that in trying to handle the situation I have been hung up on multiple times by the same representative because they are refusing to answer my questions. It seemed that every time I try to call to get assistance with this issue I got the same representative, Adam. Yesterday when he answered I told him I would like to speak to anyone but him, and I actually did receive some answers. But it still does not justify the fact that I am still waiting for a refund for a product I purchased over a month ago, with another product at the same time, and I've already received the other product but this one is missing in the USPS system. Therefore it is never going to be delivered. I am just wanting my refund, which I feel is warranted for the missing product that was never delivered.

I did not receive the shirt till yesterday, so I could not confirm it was settled till now.The shirt that I actually ordered, had a red car on it but this one has an orange car on it. At this point I am still dissatisfied with this one t-shirt. I do not understand why I had so much trouble with this company on one t-shirt. This all could have been resolved in a timely manner, if they had just admitted that the first tracking number was missing or lost in shipment and sent the other t-shirt sooner. So I am still dissatisfied with this company.

On September 8, 2019 I placed a order for a tee shirt with Teezilly using *** for payment. Their advertisement ( website ) states shipping in 3-4 business days As of today , 9/20/19 the shirt is still in printing. I contacted Teezilly to cancel and get a refund. Their reply was that they are very busy and will ship as soon as possible. I don’t want to wait and want a refund

I ordered a memorial necklace for my sister on August 26, 2019. I paid 32.95 pls tax and FAST SHIPPING! with a total price of $41.35. On September 3, 2019, I sent an email asking where the necklace was. They responded saying that it had been shipped and was on the way. On September 14, 2019 I sent another email asking where the necklace was. They sent another email back stating that it was being shipped from France and it was mailed on September 3, 2019 and to expect in 8-12 days! Still no necklace has been received and I’ve asked for a refund but I’m not getting anywhere with that! I want my money back.

I ordered a black mug from teezily.com. They charged me the $25.89 and then sent to me a white mug. I do not need a white mug. I do not want a white mug. I ordered a black mug. After no response for several weeks, I was eventually told that they would be sending the appropriate product immediately and to keep the white mug, preferably donating it to charity. Several more weeks pass and then they told me that they think the white mug is better and so they were not going to send me the black mug. So I have no product and no refund.

I ordered a shirt on Teezily's website on April 5th, 2019. A few days after this, the shirt's status was listed as "in the print shop." I have emailed the company three times, called the company's helpline twice, reached out on *** twice and on *** once. It has been nearly four months since I was charged for this item, but as of yet I have received nothing and have not received a single reply from Teezily on any platform.

I ordered $80+ for 2 Hoodies and they have not been received. Customer Service doesn't answer the phone and the tracking gives no information and some links on their website don't work. I believe they have stolen my money and never intended to ship anything. Now I see that many other people are having the same problems with their orders.
