Review: On November 28th I ordered a Big Boss Oil-less Fryer from Tanga.com for Christmas. The estimated delivery date was between December 8th - 18th, when the order was purchased it said please allow for a 5 to 10 business days for order to be process. Which is plenty of time before Christmas, It's now December 19th and the order continues to say processing. I've sent them two emails earlier this week one to find out where my stuff was and the second for a refund and got not replies. I called the support number and got an answering service to say leave your email and still no reply.Desired Settlement: deliver my package before Christmas or completely refund my order. Thank you

I have placed two orders through them in the past few months. A few days after the order was placed, I got an email saying that my order couldn't be completed and my order was being cancelled. Both times my credit card was charged and then later refunded. Overall, very disappointed in this site!
