I have bought several things from Tanga and have always been satisfied. I plan to shop with them again and have referred them to my friends.
Review: We purchased two hover boards for our sons from Tanga. They were advertised and recommended on our local news station. Since they were so expensive, we purchased them rather early...in September...so that we could more readily absorb the cost. Since then, the hover boards have been determined to be unsafe. Despite this danger, Tanga has refused to accept the brand new and unopened products for a refund, stating their 30 day return policy as the reason. Most companies are waiving such restrictions (which typically are waived anyway during the Christmas season) and issuing refunds due to the products being universally recalled and banned! This is the bulk of my Christmas budget for our sons, and this company is refusing to accept responsibility for an unsafe product which they marketed, promoted and sold. Corporations have recourse for such loss. Customers who purchase in good faith have none. This was almost a thousand dollars of my money, and I would like it refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like the products to be accepted as returns. I would like to be credited with a full refund. I will happily pay shipping.
Ordered 2 different times from tanga. 1st both times 1 or more items were missing from package. They said it was being delivered. Tracked package and it ended up being returned as an undeliverable address even though the other items arrived just fine to same address. Tanga said they'd refund me the money minus shipping even though it was their error on packaging label! Completely dissatisfied.
Great products at even better price
Last week I ordered a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro from Tamga.com and received it today! I was very pleased with the service of the company in keeping me posted and the quality of the product, a good price for a refurbished laptop and well packaged for shipping. I received my MacBook sooner then anticipated. I will indeed be willing to shop with Tanga again!
Review: I ordered an item in October to give to my son for Christmas and when I gave it to him it did not work, it was a smart watch, they told me their return policy was 30 days, even though it was a Christmas gift, they refused to work with me in any way form or fashion.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement of my product.

We do have an extended return policy for Christmas, but it is good from November forward. This watch was purchased in early October and we can't take it back at this point. I can offer to reimburse 1/2 of the value in the form of a website credit.

Tanga is a great company that offers great products at fantastic savings. It is a smaller company that gives fast, personalized service. I have had a couple of occasions where I had questions and they were immediately answered and the employee even took the time to do a little research and recommended several different models of the item I was looking for. That is great service! When I need something, the first place I look is Tanga! Super fast shipping, too.

Everytime I contact them I told it will take someone 2 business days to address the issue, yet the days come and go and I have to contact them again. Customer did let us know they were missing a mat. Our representative contacted the warehouse for a reshipment which can take 2-5 business days to hear back, but to the holidays it could take a little longer. The request was sent on the 21st and the 5th business day would be the 28th. Upon receiving information from our warehouse that they could not reship, the refund could not be issued due to an existing claim. The system will not allow it to process. We have recently sent an email to Jeff with more information to getting a refund. Once we receive his email back with his preferred method of refund, we can get it issued immediately. Review: I placed an order for 3 T-shirts on 11/30/2013 and my credit card was very promptly charged for this order. On 12/05/13 I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number via e-mail, which stated the ship date for my order was 12/03/13, the tracking info has never been updated. I have sent three e-mails inquiring about the status of my order, which was supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have not received any response what so ever.Desired Settlement: I would've loved to have received these shirts in a timely fashion, as I was looking forward to giving them as Christmas gifts. However I am extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of customer service and regard for their customers!! At this point I'd just like to cancel my order and be fully refunded, however I cannot reach anyone!
Review: I ordered two shirts from Tanga. Order was placed 10/28 and sent [redacted]. I followed shipment on line and it seemed to be lost as it made it to one destination and then details stopped. I e-mailed Tanga four times to inquire about package as I am aware things can get lost. Usually when this happens, the shipper reships or replaces items. I have gotten absolutely no response from Tanga about items and no resolve. I'd rather not pay for items I don't get. They provide no phone number and no other way to contact them on their web page except e-mail which I have tried as mentioned previously. There has been no attempt to rectify situation. At almost a month after the order, I would think there would be shirts or a response to my inquiry.Desired Settlement: Refund for items never received

They responded on the 22nd and said wait until Monday. It is now Monday and I have gotten no notification of shipment. I ordered on the 28th of last month and this isn't the first time Tanga has "had a glitch." I do not want to just wait until they get their problems sorted out as I have had resort to this to get them to communicate. At this point I just want a refund on merchandise I did not receive.

Fantastic company. Standard shipping could be done faster, but the customer service is amazing, and they have made every effort to keep me a returning customer, and I have happily returned for amazing deals multiple times now!
Customer service is beyond reproach.
I've been a customer of Tanga since they were just a few 'monkeys' doing all the work. They are quick to respond to questions, products are great despite their low price and if you do need to return/exchange they make it easy!!
I will continue to support this company of 'monkeys' and watch them grow!
Ordered a printer for $18 from Tanga, later I noticed in the fine print that it did not include ink with the printer ( ink will cost me $34 from Walmart), I can get the same printer with ink from [redacted] for $32 any day of the week while Tanga takes over 3 weeks to ship....what a joke!
I sent 2 emails trying to cancel this order before it was packaged and shipped, they responded quickly but said they could not cancel my order or issue me a refund but I can always return the item after I receive it (which will cost me $$ to return)...what a bigger joke!!
Oh yeah, the phone number they list is no longer in service....the biggest joke yet!!!
Stay away from this company....you have been warned!!!!

Customer Service is quick to respond to any issues, less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this site to anyone. I did half of my Christmas shopping from them last year and plan to do the same again this year.

I am always excited ordering from Tanga. The merchandize are priced good. The customer service is superior.
I placed an order with this company on November 30th. On December 17th, I finally got a package. I ordered 3 shirts and only received 1. Supposedly the other 2 are backordered. They never informed me of this , and now I don't have the Christmas presents I ordered almost a month in advance. But, you can bet they have charged my credit card. I also love how they have NO customer service phone number to call... Just email. Will NOT be ordering from them again.
