I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter's second birthday at the beginning of June 2020. It has been almost three weeks and I have not heard anything from them or seen my package. I have tried calling to find out what happened. No answer or a busy signal. I email and do not get a return email. This is sad that consumers depend on companies like this to make special memories and then you are struggling to find something else because your merchandise didn't come in the time it was supposed to, if I get it at all. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone. They really suck you in with all the frilly outfits and cuteness and then leave you in tears. I hope you really needed the money I spent on merchandise I will probably never see.

I ordered the two on 1/31/2020 from this online store and haven't received them , the total is 45.83 I then received a email saying customer service was unable to reach me on my number and that my order was pending due to a credit card issue . They said that they could send a invoice to my email or respond with the CVC of my credit card . I then payed through *** after that I received a email that my order has shipped and will arrive in 5-7 days. Two weeks went passed and I emailed the company and she emailed saying my order will be shipped this week , I responded by saying my order status already says shipped after that I haven't received any other responses, I asked what my estimated delivery was . Order number ***.

Understandably, the customer's credit card was declined on several occasions. The customer was contacted and she placed another order. That order was declined as well. We cannot process an order until the payment is complete. The payment finally cleared over a week later, the order was then processed and shipped as scheduled. We encourage all customers to make sure to select the correct shipping method for their order. This order was placed with standard ground shipment. We were in contact what the customer regarding her order. She never stated that her order was needed sooner and she wished to expedite shipping. I placed an order for a childs birthday shirt on or about 10/6/19. To date, I have never received the order. I have spoken with Tailor Creations regarding this order via phone with the last call on or about 10/30/19. I was advised if I did not receive the order by 11/2/19 they would rectify the situation. I have since sent multiple emails correspondence requesting a refund. My last email correspondence was on 11/14/19 with no response. Still no order and no refund.

Refund I have requested and was told via email that I would receive a refund as the order was not received timely. The order was never received at all and a refund should be provided to me.
Although your order was completely completed by the time we received a cancellation email address we did our best to appease the customer by canceling her order and issued her a full refund for her purchase. Although expedited shipping should have been purchased at the time the order was placed we went against our policy to honor the customer's request. A full refund was issued November 6th 2019. Confused as to why a case was filed with the Revdex.com. We encourage all customers to contact customer service if there's any problems with their order however it seems as to customers rather contact the Revdex.com instead of reaching out to us for our immediate assistance.

I would request that Tailor Creations please provide documentation that a refund was provided on 11/6/19. This order was placed and paid with a credit card. The card was charged on 10/16/19. As of today, there has not been a refund to my credit card.
I am unclear on the response provided as it relates to a cancellation request, the order was never received - not by the date advised or to present. Nevertheless, I just want the refund owed. I can provide the email communication sent and received from Tailor Creations if necessary.

I've been ordering from this company for the last five years for my daughter's birthday and every year I Get tons compliments and everyone wants to know where should I get her outfits. Customer service is excellent and she never hesitates to do anything I ask her to do!Also is very easy to place the order and goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter is going to love her birthday outfit!

Great customer service! Great products! I ordered my daughter's first birthday tutu set and custom birthday shirts for the entire family. I had special request for the designs, and Not only was Tailor Creations helpful they're also easy to work with. I received my order and was very pleased with the products. The items were a big hit at my daughter's party. I will definitely be back next year!!

I placed an order for a custom shirt on August 7th and to date have not received my order.
I placed an order for a custom shirt on August 2nd and to date have not received my order. I paid $20.99 and $13.94 for expedited shipping. The tracking number I received on 8/13/17 was but valid with *** and said "*** awaiting item" and then updated to "status not available." I reached out to the customer service and left a voicemail that was never returned. I received a response to my email on 9/4 asking me to confirm my address and that I never received the package. On 9/5 they emailed back and said they would ship a new shirt "tomorrow or Monday." On 9/19 I received another email stating that there was a backorder on the side shirt I ordered and they were scheduled to receive them "tomorrow." I still have received nothing from this company three and months later and at this point I really just want my money back

I apologize you're upset but we're completely confused as to why. Our records indicate that your order was delivered in August. We obtain tracking information for every order that we ship. According to *** tracking your order was delivered to the address you provided. If there was an issue with your order you could have contacted customer service instead of contacting the Revdex.com. We would have done our best to rectify the situation but we never received any email from you until now. We would do our best to assist you as quickly as possible if you contact customer service directly.

I did contact the company several times regarding this situation and I attached the emails for reference. The tracking number provided never indicated the package was delivered. You also agreed to send another item when the first item was not received, and this second package was never received either. I also contacted customer service AGAIN on the day the complaint was filed and did not receive a response

I ordered a custom *** t-shirt for my sons birthday on 10/2/19 (order number ***) I received an email confirmation that my order had shipped on 10/15/19. Standard 5-7 day ground shipping. I have no received it even after contacting this business twice for a tracking number. I was emailed back stating the order was shipped and I should receive it Friday 10/25 ***. Still failing to provide tracking number.

We constantly sent this customer updates and a shipping confirmation to the email address provided in her order. We can not change the email or edit the order once it's been placed. We responded to all of her emails during business hours and we answered all of her questions. However, she sent emails making false accusations then before we can respond to your messages you file a complaint with the Revdex.com about an order that was shipped.

I received shipping confirmation on October 15th stating my package would be delivered in 5-7 days ground shipping. On the 23rd I sent tailor creations an email as I work during their normal business hours and phone calls are not possible during this time. On the 23rd I received an email stating my order was shipped last week and that it would be delivered the 25th. The 25th came and went with no package delivered. I asked repeatedly for a tracking number and was denied stating their company doesn't track packages because they expect *** to do their job. I didn't receive a tracking number until I threatened to make a complaint with the Revdex.com. Which the tracking number was given stating that the label was created on the 16th however *** was still waiting on the item. The tracking number also indicated that the order was not shipped until 10pm the night of the 28th. 12 days after the label was created and 13 days after I was advised my package was shipped. Coincidentally the package was shipped once the Revdex.com got involved. I received the order yesterday the 30th, 15 days after the order had "shipped" and since the order was needed for my son's birthday on the 26th it is no longer needed. I have all emails saved from this company and the level of professionalism is a bare minimum even stating that after I placed and paid for my order that they could refuse service to any customer as well. An order scheduled for 5-7 days shipping should not take 2 weeks to get delivered. I have a complete tracking record from *** as well if needed
If I were asked what is the BEST way to describe this business, and customer service... I con only think of one word. That would be FRAUD.. ð???You can put an order way in advance and give them your card information, and reach out for a status or tracking number and will not get a response. What's wild to me is how you have me paying for fast shipping and you don't ship "said" product. I beg the public not to rely on this shady business. Now we are rushing-to find a vendor who can create outfits ,tutus for an event that-is in two days.
I ordered two t-shirts from this online store and never received them. I contacted them, but did not receive tracking information.
I ordered two *** t-shirts size 24 months- one was supposed to be for Halloween and the other was a birthday shirt. They were ordered on 8/12/19. On Thursday, 8/29/19 I got an email stating that order had been shipped. When I didn't receive my order after several weeks, I e-mailed and called the shop on Sept. 16, 2019. I got an e-mail back from Deanne W. on Sept. 17, 2019 stating that my shirt would arrive that week. I still have yet to see my shirts or receive any tracking info so I e-mailed again on Sept. 24, 2019 and have not gotten any response.

I ordered a L.O.L birthday shirt where I paid extra for puff sleeves. I received a regular girls top and the colors were off.
Prior to ordering, I had questions so I tried to reach out to the business on their customer service phone number and email address multiple times; and had not received a response. I found their Instagram page and after a while, finally heard back from someone on there Instagram. I was told they would no longer have tank tops, but they did have puff sleeves shirts. I ordered on June 12th. Regular shirts were 13.99. I paid an extra $7 just for the puff sleeves which made it 20.99 plus tax and shipping; a total of 25.19. I paid with my *** account. The order number was FM3B-1661. The US Ground is 5-7 days. I had to constantly ask about shipping information via their Instagram page because I had not received anything in a timely manner and their customer service number would always send me to voicemail, ask for my info but never return my call. I also never received a reply through email. Via Instagram, I was told I would receive shipping info and eventually did on June 19th. The email showed that the status of my item was "will ship in 24 hrs". 24 hrs went by, then 48 hrs. After the 3rd day I reached out again. I was told that I received an email stating there was a delay in sizing but that they received inventory that day and would be shipping that evening; although I never received that email. I waited and asked about shipping again and it was finally shipped on June 25th, cutting it very close to the day of the party. Upon receiving the item on June 29th, I noticed that the shirt I received was a regular girls top. In fact, it was a Wonder Nation brand (sold at Walmart). There was absolutely no puff sleeves evident. In addition to me receiving a regular girls shirt, the colors were also off. Nowhere on the site did it state the colors may differ from the image on the site. The shirt I received was not as vibrant(I.e. if you look at shades of pink, a "fuschia" color on the original design looked "watermelon" on the actual shirt). I received the shirt on a Saturday and reached out to the Instagram page. I was told to contact during business hours; but about an hour later I received messages from them on Instagram stating that I did not receive a standard unisex shirt. I agreed, it was not a standard unisex shirt but was in-fact a standard girls shirt with no puff sleeves at all. The seller got very argumentative in the messages as I again informed them that I did not receive a puff sleeves top. I was told again to contact customer service during business hours on the number provided on the site (the same number that I call and receive the unavailable voicemail each time); and that this was their day off and they don't have to respond especially to someone who writes them at any time outside of their business hours. Although, whoever ran the Instagram page was FREQUENTLY active on the page outside of the business hours. I responded that I would go about this the professional way and just file a claim with ***; where I was then told I was threatening the seller (by stating I would file a claim with ***). I kindly informed the seller that if there is an issue with me responding on a weekend (when I received the product), that the professional way to react would be to just contact me back during business hours. I never received a response after that and ultimately was blocked from the page. I called the customer service that next day and received the same unavailable voicemail. I tried to file a claim with *** but it was denied due to the product being a custom birthday shirt (my daughter's name included). My daughter never wore the shirt due to it being significantly different than what I ordered. I never received that person's name. I have not been able to speak with anyone from the business about the item I received that was not as described via any of their provided contact info.
I would like to get a refund from this business. I received nothing but contradicting statements, unprofessionalism and ultimately a product that was not as described resulting in the product never being used. This business needs to work on and fix their customer service on their site and social media pages. The business also needs to work on honoring the shipping time frame that they have on their site.

I did not receive puff sleeves. I ordered puff sleeves. As you just stated I received a regular girls top. The same shirt is sold at ***. The girls top has shorter sleeves than a standard unisex top. That is still not what I ordered. I paid an extra $7 for puff sleeves and did NOT receive puff sleeves. I received a regular girls top. You're correct, I clearly saw images of your puff sleeves on your site and the shirt I received was not puff sleeves. If it allowed me to, I would show you the clear difference between what I received and what you have posted on your site as puff sleeves. I did not receive what I ordered. I paid an extra $7 just to get a regular shirt which was not what I wanted to begin with. Also NO ONE has been in contact with me from your customer service or has worked with me. I have only received contradicting statements from someone on your Instagram page and that person ultimately blocked me from the page. Every time I call the phone number I get an unavailable message and no call back. I have also sent an email and received no response. *** did not issue a refund simply because my daughter's name was put on there making it a custom order. But that does not mean I should accept a regular girls top when I paid an extra $7 for puff sleeves. I originally wanted a tank top and I was told you all would not receive any more but that you did have puff sleeves. I clearly did not want a plain top. The only difference between the girls top and the standard unisex shirt is the length of the sleeves and the fit. I paid extra for PUFF SLEEVES and CLEARLY did not receive puff sleeves.
Never received purchased items
Ordered 4 birthday t-shirts from Tailor Creations on 5/3/19 for $114.96 for an event on 6/1/19. I received an email stating that my items was shipped via *** on 5/15/19. On 5/29/19 I contacted tailor creations regarding the shipment I spoke with Deanne W. and was told that their server was down and she couldn't tell me status at the moment. She stated that I would receive a phone call within an hour explaining status of my shipment. I never received a phone call from the vendor and I called back several times that day but no one answered the phone.

Ordered an birthday out fit on 5/18/18. Never recived it. First contacted them on 6/4 to check on the status. In 6/7 I got a reply stating that I would recive it in 5-7 buisness days but no tracking#. I never recived it the outfit was needed for 6/29. I emailed several timea and all I got was that it was shipped but never a tracking# finally 6/28 they sent an email stating that it was resent and it would be shipped on 6/29. I stated plenty of times that the outfit was needed for 6/29. When I checked the tracking# they sent me the label was created on 6/13 and it was never picked up from there facility. Kept asking for a refund finally on 7/5 they stated they cancelled my order and that I would recive a refund in 3-7 buisness days never recived anything.on7/13 I emailed again stating I never recived my refund and what they replied back is that the order was cancelled and that I should recive a refund in 3-7 buisness days now it is 7/24 and I have not recived my refund I have emailed them and tried calling and I get nothing.

This place is a complete fraud. You do not get an order confirmation. They do not answer the phone a respond to messages. They should lose whatever online license they have and not allowed to have a business. They seem to be harvesting peoples private information and be reported to law enforcement for theft of services and money.
I have yet to receive product from this company. Have sent numerous emails, tried to call and left messages. No replies or no returned phone calls. Will not recommend this company for any reason. Has been over 3 weeks.

I ordered a t shirt on 8-28-17. Order# *** was to ship within 24 hrs.at the total cost of$22.48.On 9-12 I received the same email and assumed it was just being sent. I emailed Tailor on 9-21because I still had not received it. I was told it was mailed on 9-4. If so, Why the 9-12 repeat email? There was an apology and I asked for overnight delivery. I was told it would be too expensive. Then I requested a refund which never happened. Not only was my grandson without a birthday t shirt but I am out the $22.48.

Ms *** order was shipped to the address provided in her order. Her shipping confirmation states her package was delivered. We offered to replace the order and ship another package to please the customer. We also informed Ms *** that she can select any style from the same category and edit the wording so he can wear it anytime of the year and she declined. Ms *** is demanding a full refund for an item that was delivered to her. Unfortunately,I can't go against our policy.

I never received the shirt. This is the first I'm hearing that it was delivered. I asked what the tracking number was so we could see where it was sent and where it ended up but didn't receive response. I stated that it would be pointless to send the shirt because the actual birthday passed and the party was that next day. I was NEVER offered a replacement. Also, the sentence, We also informed, never transpired. I would have been a little leery but would have accepted. I didn't demand a refund, I asked for one which between my past communications and now this response isn't all that ridiculous. Would it be possible to see confirmation of delivery to me? I was told that there was NO tracking number. Either they have me confused with another customer or their response is completely fabricated.
