System Pavers has contacted Mr [redacted] explaining no deposit will be refunded due to contractual agreement under “Notice of Three-Day Right to Cancel: You, Purchaser, have the right to cancel this Contract within three business days You may cancel by e-mailing, mailing, faxing, or delivering a written notice to Contractor at Contractor’s place of business by midnight of the third business day after you received a signed and dated copy of the Contract that includes this noticeInclude your name, your address, and the date you received the signed copy of the Contract and this notice ” Contract was signed in April and request for deposit refund was made in System Pavers received no written request for cancelation until years later, which surpassed the 3-day cooling-off period System Pavers is happy to uphold the contracted agreement and continue with requested project if customer wishes to

System Pavers has been in contact with customer to apologize for the unforeseen scheduling dilemmaBoth parties have come to an agreement and are continuing to work together

The Sales guy "under-estimated" my job and the day before starting my job he called asking for money or they would cancel the job I told him no the contract is set and that's all I am willing to pay, and he needs to figure it out on their end I get a call the next morning from a accounting girl asking me to verify my cc info to refund my deposit because my job has been canceled Not even a call from the sales guy, or a manager to try and work out an agreement 12,job canceled and left two messages for the "sales manager" to call me back an NO RESPONSE I am in sales myself and I would never do this to a customer, at the very least should of received a call back from the so called "management" Use this company at your own risk

System Pavers completed a large hardscape project in our front and back yard in October of Definitely one of the worst contracting experiences we have ever had The quality and workmanship was very poor, and the supervision almost non-existent Much of the work had to be tore out and redone Would not recommend for any work

We hired System Pavers to pave our driveway back in December It is July and the driveway has still not been completed to our satisfactionFurther, after payment was made and the project was complete, our persistent calls/emails to get someone to come out to fix the problems go largely ignored Although System Pavers touts their reputation and exceptional customer service and warranty, don't believe them because once they leave the site the they soley focus on teh next job, not keeping existing customers satisfied

***’s claims and help correct any outstanding issues for his projectBelow is a response including the steps that have been taken to handle Mr***’s claimOn July 12, *** discussed Mr***’s situation with the appropriate manager (***) and called Mr*** to see if he was able to visit Mr***’s home to assess the project issuesOn July 13, *** was able to meet with Mr*** to assess the issues with his projectTogether, *** and Mr*** reviewed the details of the repair and discussed an action plan
The repair is scheduled for July and July 22,
Once we receive an update of the repair completion we can gladly provide an additional update to Revdex.com if neededMr*** had also mentioned touching base with Revdex.com on his end to ensure

I had artificial turf installed in my front yard months ago I was told by the salesman Jay B that I would never have weeds in my artificial turf I have weeds growing all around the outside of the turf as well as weeds inside the turf I telephoned them twice leaving a message complaining of the weeds, and asking what I could spray on the weeds and not hurt the artificial turf I have never had the courtesy of a returned call from either phone call I am a very unhappy customer and will never refer this company to family and friends They do not stand up for their product, workmanship, or their warranty

[As of today I have been working with multiple Project Managers (because System Pavers keep changing them on me) to have the issues resolvedI have been put in contact with one Project Manager that is extremely good in what he does, understands the scope of work, and can complete itThe only thing is he had a family emergency and now I am back to the 3rd stringersThey showed up again this morning to work on the issues at hand and had no idea the scope of workI once again had to manage the project for them (the only reason I hired System Pavers in the first place was to mange this project)I even have one of them giving me dirty looks, not professional at allI have never been contacted by SrManagement to ask how we can work together to resolve all my concernsI have still yet to hear on the financial impact of their lack of contract commitment of Project Management, once again going back to their website company mission statement, "how home improvement should be professionally managed
with customer services being the highest priority"I am 100% dissatisfied with System Pavers, their crews, and their business ethics!!! I cannot wait for this to be done, them out of my life, and closure on this horrible experience.]
