SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is an awful predatory business. Don't do it. Revdex.com, you should look into this. Luckily it's only a $50 transaction but what if it wasn't? Would we allow companies like this to trick unsuspecting people into stealing hard earned money from our American's or more likely across the world. Unethical.

I accepted a promotional offer for a sleeve of three golf *** I thought to try and see if I liked them and wanted more. I then was charged 49.99 for a golf tips membership I didn't know about I contacted swingbits for a refund and was told I could cancel the membership but would not receive a refund when I pressed the issue and insisted on a refund they hung up on me. I called back and was told I should have read the fine print. They kept talking over me and trying to sell me more. I cancelled the membership, but had no luck with the refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on again. Both times I asked for a name of who I was talking to and both times they refused.

I ordered a sleeve of golf *** for 1.00 shipping 8 days later 49.99 showed up on my bank statement for a membership . I was not aware of this membership fee I called on the 15th of December for a refund . They cancelled my membership but wouldn’t refund my money and hung up on me. I think they are scamming people with cheap golf *** All I want is my money back . Thank you ***@aol.com

I also got burnt by these thieves. Why are they allowed to advertise on *** after the overwhelming amount of BAD reviews. They should be REQUIRED to state their intentions up front and clearly on their website. By the way they will not send a cancellation notice to your Email unless you force them to like I did

A one star rating is to high. Ordered sleeve of balls for a buck and looking through my bank statement seen 49.99 charge for subscription that I didn't know about like others on review page here. Called to cancel but was not credited my money back. What a RIP off and scam. 3 balls for a total of 50.99. Guess I will put them in a glass case so I dont lose them. When I see and a again I will make sure to comment about the scam so others dont get ripped off by this company.

I ordered a sample sleeve of golfballs from Swingbit in November 2019. I paid $1.00 shipping/handling by debit card. On Nov 26, $49.99 was removed from my checking account. I traced this transaction to "DBT Purchase ***." My bank is disputing this purchase. I see from the Revdex.com website that other people have filed the same complaint.

SwingBits is engaging in deceptive, fraudulent business practices. There are almost 30 complaints about this company on the Revdex.com website for this same scam (https://www.Revdex.com.org/***).

Mine is not the first complaint bringing this matter to their attention. If they truly value customer satisfaction, my refund should be expedited.

I will not be satisfied with the resolution of this matter until I have been refunded the $49.99 taken from my checking account on 11/26/19 by SwingBits, 3800 W Perugia St, Apt P303. Meridian, ID 83642-4809. Sincerely

Responded to internet offer of a free sleeve of 3 golf *** with handling charge of $1.00. There was several pages of small print to read and a large box to check if I agreed to their terms and conditions. Apparently, I was agreeing to a free look at their golf instruction offer for 7 days which I could refuse if I called to cancel within 7 days. However, this was anything but clear unless I plowed through the fine print over several pages. By the time I received the *** the 7 days had passed and the next thing I knew my credit card had been charged $49.99 for the first month of golf instruction. My credit card company alerted meet this charge and it was the first time I became aware of the monthly $49.99 charge. I never wanted any type of golf instruction!!!

I immediately contested the charge and called Swing Bits to cancel and advise them that the charge would not be honored. Then today I was contacted again by my credit card company that another charge of $49.99 had been charged. I again contacted their customer service and was advised that they would continue to charge me the $49.99 and then the customer service rep hung up on me. I will continue to contest any further charges from this company as this is obviously a scam. Now I'll probably need to change my credit card number which causes some disruption in my credit. From a review of my internet search, it is obvious that this company has had this miscommunication with many others. Something should be done to stop this misrepresentation by this company although I'm not sure what that would be.

These people are a RIP-OFF. They sell you 3 balls for $1.00 then clip you for $48.99 a month for NOTHING.

Total scam! You get three free golf balls and then pay for shipping for three more. You’re then signed up for instructional materials that you’re charged $49.90 per month for. I did not see that in the ad at all.

I WAS TOLD 1.00 FOR HANDLING AND A LARGE COMPLICATED AMOUNT OF PAGES OF SMALL TEXT AND A LARGE BOX TO CHECK FOR THE 1.00 HANDLING CHARGE. A WEEK OR SO LATER I GOT MY GOLF *** WITH NO MENTION
OF AN ENROLLMENT INTO A CLUB FOR 49.99 PER MONTH WHICH I HAVE NOW CANCELLED BUT NOT THE 49.99 THEY CHARGED MR FOR THE 1ST MONTH. This is very miss leading add. I thought it was to try these golf balls but found that 49.99 was taking out. I paid $1.00 to try these golf balls. I called to complain and cancel a subscription for 49.99 if you don’t cancel in 7 days. I didn’t even know about it till my wife brought it to my attention. I call them to cancel and guy on phone was rude saying read what you were accepting. Don’t pay $1.00 if you don’t want what they selling.

Just like all the others I was charged $49.99 on my credit card. I called the number on the credit card statement to ask for a refund they said policy forbids refunds, they did take me off the membership I never signed up for so I shouldn't see any more charges on this card we will wait and see. I did get and email removing me from future charges. WHAT A RIPOFF AND SCAM.

on10/23/2019 I responded to an offer on *** for a free sleeve of *** and for an additional $6.99 receive an additional sleeve. On 10/23/2019 My account was debited $6.99. I was unaware that responding to this offer I was automaticall enrolled in a monthly membership at a cost of $49.99 per month. On 10/30/2019 my account was debited $49.99. I missed a vehicle payment because of this. I called swing bits golf (877) 877-1990 and asked that my membership be cancelled and I wanted a refund of the $49.99. I was told that my membership was cancelled but they were un able to refund me the $49.99 due to company policy and was hung up on. Called a second time (877) 877- 1990 got the same response.

I responded to a advertisement for a sleeve of 3 Calcutta gold *** for a shipping charge of 1.00. you could purchase another sleeve for 6.99. what was not shown , even in small print, that you were signing up for Swing Bits magazine and their golf instruction for 49.99. if you did not cancel your subscription within 7 days. The kicker is you would be billed 49.99 each and every month for this incredible scam until you canceled the subscription. Fortunately, my wife was going over my cc charges and noticed the 49.99 charge. I made a call to Swing Bits and complained, to no avail. Did not get my cc card credited. What a SCAM! Did cancel my subscription.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. This is also the first notice we have received of this complaint.
Mr. placed an online order at https://www.swingbits.com/ on 9/18/2019 for a sleeve of golf balls that included a 7 day trial membership to our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We do apologize if Mr. feels these terms were not presented in an open honest manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.

The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a sleeve of golf balls and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. The customer will have 7 days to evaluate the website and if they are not satisfied can call or email customer service for cancellation and will incur no further charges. If the customer elects not to contact us to cancel within 7 days, he or she will be billed a monthly membership fee $49.99 for access to the website. The consumer will continue to be billed every 30 days until we are contacted by them to cancel their membership. We apologize for any confusion experienced with the terms of the trial offer.

Our records do not show any prior cancellation attempt before the Revdex.com notified us of Mr.’s complaint. Mr.’s membership has been cancelled as requested. In the interest of maintaining customer goodwill, Mr. was issued a credit for the membership fee that was charged for September and October.

We hope that this resolution satisfies Mr. ’s complaint, and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have been experienced. If there is anything further that we can do to assist in this matter, please do reach out to us directly at the number below.

Rip off company, no mention that they are signing you up in a program for $49.99 per month until you notice the charge. If there was a 0 rating that is what they are.
Now that I have read reviews, I see I'm not the only one this has happened to.
Why can't these companies be shut down ? My rep I talked to did,hopefully,give me a credit. The golf balls look cheap.

RIP OFFS ! they lure you with the free golf balls then they give you 7 days of access then boom, after 7 days they charge you $49.99 for access to site . No asking you if you want to continue or cancel. They should be investigated for fraud ! Not very Reputable at all. ! I am going to slam them everytime I get a chance on Face book so no one else gets ripped off !!!
