I got a trial for some golf *** and there website would not allow you to click on terms and conditions to make you believe there us no catch so I proceeded with it and now they have charged me 49.99 and will not give me a refund!

manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks
this box and selects to submit the
order.The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be
charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a
sleeve of golf balls and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of

Got ripped off by these people...charged me 49.00 for subsciption that I didn't know I was getting...Had to call them to cancel.

Scam business, I signed up for a sleeve of golf balls and have now been charged twice for $49.99 each time and received nothing.

I was offered a free trial of a sleeve of golf balls about a month ago. I now have a charge of $49.99 on 2/6/2020 and never asked or approved additional products or service.

I am rejecting this response because: I want make sure they do not charge my credit card for any future charge. I called them and they said they would refund my money within 7 to 10 business days and release any other obligation for charges. this was after I refused a 30% reduction in the charge and then a 50% reduction. They only said they refunded me for January and February not that I will never see a charge over these matter again. As I said I want to make sure they delete any information to charge me in the future. Thank you!

cancelled at that time, Mr. will not be charged any further membership fees. The refunds for the January and February membership fees were both processed on 02/07/2020. Refunds typically post within 5-7 business days, depending on the customer's financial institution.

I purchased a sleeve of golf balls and paid shipping of $1 and now see three charges of 49.99 each. I called the company complaining that I never signed up for this and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it because there was a 14 day trial period. This is misleading and in my opinion a scam.

I order a sleeve of sample golf *** for $1.00 and on 1/17/20, I was charged 49.99 for a video training membership, that I did not request. When I called to dispute the charge and cancel the subscription they refused to refund my money. They stated the information about the subscription was stated on my receipt which I never received. I requested a copy of the receipt while on the phone and received it right away in my inbox. I had to scroll to the bottom of the email (which was 2 pages when printed out), to the FAQ section to find Number 3 of 4 questions which states as follows...

3. What are the terms of the Calcutta Pro offer?

From the checkout page:

Terms and Conditions: You will have full-access to Swingbits's content and website for a trial period of 7 days for free. If you'd like to stay, your membership will / month for full access to Swingbits associate site. Cancel Any Time. You may cancel your Swingbits Associate membership at any time by simply logging into the associate dashboard at www.swingbits.com/login/ and click cancel membership.

As you can see it says nothing about a charge of $49.99 being charged. I never authorized this charge. And to top it all off they are extremely rude!

I also saw an advertisement to try the "best" golf ball. A sleeve of 3 for free. Just pay shipping of $1.00. No apparent agreement to be subscribed to "Swing Bit" for $49 .99 monthly. What a scam. no apparent way to contact them to terminate. Will go though CC company and challenge the charge. Total BS

I too was taken by to opportunity of trying a new golf ball, with the anticipation of getting more. The add stated that I could receive 3 for no charge, $1.00 shipping, and or order more at that time. Of course, I found out later this is a scam to get credit card and other info. I then was charged $49.99 per month for nothing. No refund policy as well. RIP OFF and should be put out of business

THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.$1 shipping for a sleeve of promo golf balls and then charge your card $49.95 for nothing with no notice. I'm going to have to stop payment but these people need to be shut down and rounded up.

I was not made aware that by accepting this offer, I was entering into a membership, which the company charged my account for $49.99. When I called their customer service, the representative was very rude and hung up on me.

On or about dec 27th I ordered a sleeve of calcutta golf *** for 1.00 and added a sleeve for 6 more dollars and no where in this transaction did I agree to a membership that the very rude guy on the ph said he would get with his manager and see if they could do a refund and he came back on the line and said we was unable to do your refund and hung up on me ! This is total BS and I WANT MY MONEY BACK !
