MESSAGE:I am writing again regarding Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. One issue was resolved and the other still is not. I sent back a Dell Refurbished Computer that did not work properly on 11/21/15 I called Sweepstakes Clearinghouse again last week and was told it would be shipped12/11/15 (Friday) or 12/13/15 (Monday).  I have not received it yet.

Dear Ms. [redacted], We received your December 6, 2016 email correspondence regarding the above-referenced individual. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to her correspondence to your office, Ms. [redacted] has not received the cookware set she ordered from our company. Our records indicate...

we received Ms. [redacted]'s order form and payment in the amount of $89.95. At that time, an account of a 32-Piece Cookware Set was established. The purchase price of the cookware set is $150.36, including shipping and handling. Ms. [redacted]'s overall balance due was $60.41. The remaining balance explains why the cookware set had not been shipped to her. A statement regarding Ms. [redacted]'s account balance was mailed to her. Our records further indicate Ms. [redacted] contacted our Customer Service department on December 15`h. At that time, she paid $36.00 toward her balance for the cookware set. The remaining balance due was waived. According to UPS' records, the cookware set is scheduled to be delivered to Ms. [redacted]'s address on Friday, December 23, 2016. To relay this information to Ms. [redacted] we contacted her on December 20, 2016. Ms. [redacted] was happy to receive our phone call. In conclusion, this matter has been resolved in accordance with Ms. [redacted]'s desired resolution. Although Sweepstakes Clearing House has offered to return my 3 payments totaling 156.56, they have not acknowledged my initial payment of $500 which was submitted on Aug.12,2015. I did error in not recognizing on my online bank statement that the check was submitted on Aug 12th and returned by the bank for insufficient funds. However; the same check number 307 was resubmitted on Aug.14th by SCH and honored by Capitol One bank. I am attaching my bank statement dated from Aug.3,2015 to Sept. 30, 2015 which lists all checks submitted to Sweepstakes Clearing House; their amounts and account numbers included. I have received correspondence from SCH stating if I submit proof of any funds sent to them that was unaccounted for that I could submit this proof and receive my refunds. I was not sure if I should send this information to them or to you (Revdex.com) and allow you to forward the proof to them.

While I don't fully agree with all of what the company is saying in their response letter, I'm not conserved about that.  What I want is the full product that I paid for, which I have not fully received.  I was promised that I would receive my computer and printer this past Thursday but I only got the computer.  I paid for both and was told that I would get both together.  I tried calling them by the phone number that they gave in the response letter but I couldn't get through after many tries.  I repeat, I paid for both a computer and printer and have been waiting and communicating with them about it for more than two months.  Now they have the nerve to tell you that the matter should be solved.  How stupid am I suppose to be?Thank you for your time and assistance.Regards,

They sent me a voucher towards a new HP laptop. I payed off the laptop but what I received was a refurbished laptop and the battery was no good now they are telling me that I will have to buy a new battery for it or I can just send it back but I will have to pay to return it.

I have four item on layaway that I have been paying on then the company stop sending invoices try calling sent emails still no invoice so I let them no to close these account and refund and they wont me to keep paying before they will refund my money

I received 6 Prize Vouchers. I selected 3 and returned 3 %25 money orders, one per item, on April 13, 2017. I have my stubs from the money orders for a PC, Laptop, and Cookware. I mistakenly took this offer as Publisher's Clearing House, which I'm now sure is what they were counting on. Of course, my money is gone and I have heard nothing further about my 'winnings'. I would like my money returned, sinced I am now convinced this is a scam.
