To Whom It May Concern:Please understand that I cannot speak for Chase Bank and as a result I have no way of verifying whether or not they have credited Mr. [redacted] account for the $200.00 in question.  Regardless, I can verify that Swapalease.com received an “Advice Of Debit” statement from our credit card processor on May 16th stating that the $200.00 originating from Mr. [redacted] chargeback has been debited from our account.  Said differently, the credit card company (Chase Bank) has received the credit in question.  If the credit has still not been received by Mr. Sousa then this matter needs to be addressed directly with his credit card company, Chase Bank.Thank you.[redacted]EVP of OperationsSwapalease.com[redacted]T: [redacted]E: [redacted]
