To Whom It May Concern: Please note that I have read Mr [redacted] summary of his experience using Swapalease.com He spent $back on May 25th to advertise his [redacted] on our site for lease transfer including various listing upgrades for additional exposure He contacted us on June 20th claiming that our zip code search functionality was not working correctly In fact, system our notes indicate that he spoke with our office on occasions that day to different representatives In addition to fielding his zip code search claim we made listing updates per his request and re-explained how to use the account management are of our site Our notes from that day indicate that he opted to “yell” at least one of our representatives for apparently no reason, too It should also be noted that his vehicle was displayed in over 10,searches and actually viewed by interested buyers nearly times We take customer service very seriously at Swapalease.com and this is evidenced by the fact that we have been in business for the better part of years We also take pride in being transparent and upfront about our various policies and procedures For instance, it would have been made abundantly clear to the client at signup that we cannot and do not guarantee a successful lease transfer when using our services Additionally, he was informed about our no refund policy Regardless, it is apparent that Mr [redacted] is unsatisfied with his Swapalease.com experience Due to his dissatisfaction and our intention to show we are serious about customer service, we are willing to relax our standard and agreed upon no refund policy and offer him half of his money back totaling $ Thank you and please advise Scot H [redacted] EVP of Operations Swapalease.com Cornell Park Drive Cincinnati, Ohio T: [redacted] E: [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have not been issued a creditChase bank issued a temporary credit while I disputed the claimThe merchant challenged my dispute claiming that I had used the service and they would not issue a creditAs such, chase recharged me the $as they have already paid swapaleese and the merchant refused to give a creditHere are the facts: I was told by the salesperson on the phone that they would take all my information: car details, cedit card etcHe was then to send me an email with the terms and conditionsThen, I was supposed to reply with agreementOnce I realized that the terms and conditions were misrepresented by the salesman on the phone, I replied that I DID NOT Agree (see attached email)However, it was to late, the salesman charged my card long before I received the emailI subsequently, placed a dispute with Chase bank The merchant disputed the claim stating that I had used the serviceThis is also untrueThe salesman, not me created a generic listing of my vehicle and placed it on their websiteI was supposed to log in, change the photos and edit the listingHowever, since I did not agree to the terms and conditions, I never logged inIn fact, I received an email from sawapaleese stating that if I did not log in, my account would be suspendedAlthough I did give my information to the salesman, I never agreed to the terms as you can see by my emailBottom line is they knowingly charged me without my consentThen they lied when I disputed the charge stating I used the service when they can clearly see that I never logged in and the only activity was created by them (All of the documents, listings for my vehicle were created by swapaleese not me and I never logged into the account as I did not agree to the service)Now they are lying about a credit when they know that they challenged my complaint and never issued a creditThese are unethical and immoral practices Regards, [redacted] ***

First, I am sorry to learn that Mr [redacted] is experiencing financial hardship and I wish him well looking toward the future However, I am unclear as to what we have either done wrong or failed to do regarding our original agreement with the client in this case Said differently, we listed Mr [redacted] lease on our web site under the advertising package he selected for potential lease buyers to takeover It is important to remember that we do not and cannot make guarantees about whether a lease will be successfully taken over or not Not only is this made clear when a client signs up for our service, but we also request that this policy be signed off on by the client via an email confirmationAdditionally, after reviewing the client’s account it is clear that we assisted him after he signed up as well due to the significant number of notes in our system stemming from the original salesperson and our customer service team Another policy that we make clear to users of our service is that we do not offer refunds under most circumstances I do not appreciate the threat of the client posting falsehoods about his experience with Swapalease.com on social media should he not get his way desired settlement wise I believe we lived up to our end of the agreement and provided information that would set realistic expectations about using our service I also find it difficult to understand how he is summarizing that we are a “scam” as a result of what we promised to do and what we actually did knowing that no guarantees were in place Moreover, he did receive actual interest from multiple potential lease buyers even though a financial incentive was requested Probably also worth noting that it is unlikely that a “scam” business would be a Revdex.com member for the better part of twenty years.All of that being said, I would like to ask Mr [redacted] to reevaluate his original position and see if some sort of partial refund can be agreed upon in an effort to closeout this matter? To Whom It May Concern:Please note that Swapalease.com is no longer in possession of the second charge totaling $as a result of a credit card chargeback filed by Mr [redacted] through his credit card company on 7/29/ The first charge totaling $that Mr [redacted] submitted online remains in our possession Typically, we do not refund advertising or listing fees under any circumstance and this policy is clearly spelled out whether an individual signs up online or over the telephone However, as a matter of good faith in this situation we will refund the smaller first charge of $within to business days Additionally, we will not dispute the amount charged back in connection with his second charge of $effectively refunding Mr [redacted] 100% of his money as requested Thank you and please let me know if anything additional needs to be done to closeout this matter[redacted] ***EVP of OperationsSwapalease.com [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:Regardless of our differences of perspective on what actually happened in this case our records clearly indicate that Mr. [redacted] has been made whole on the $200.00. We received a letter in mid March of 2016 from our credit card processor stating that a chargeback was... requested by the cardholder for the full amount. Subsequently in mid April 2016 we received word from our credit card processor that the cardholder was going to be credited in full as a result of the chargeback proceedings. Considering it is now mid May it is likely that Mr. [redacted] has had his credit or refund for nearly 30 days at this point.
