they have charged me over and over just to break all my equiptment more and more. not nerds but gerds.

all I know my pc and printer both new work "or DO NOT WORK AT ALL" since got this service. RUDE. and do things not asked for: at first had three asks and they were easy NONE WAS DONE AND IF THEY WERE THEY WERE JUST ALLOWED TO BE RE-INSTALLED. Need to keep a database on customer needs and stop using "So Fake Names". PLUS, just paid and always want more money more money more money then oh your one year old laptop needs replace good news "we can sell you one for $380? what a bunch of unorganized rip offs. KEEP A DATABASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO RIP OFF DISABLED VETs WE ARE NOT STUPID!

The help I received today was just awesome! Being at home because of COVID-19 was stressful enough but not being able to connect to my WiIFi added more stress. After trying to fix it myself, I was able to get HP support first with Kim, then with Adam. Both representatives were courteous, patient, reassuring and knowledgeable. Most of all, they were honest; I received call-backs just as I was told. I am most appreciative of their assistance.
I would recommend HP products and service to anyone.
