The information I was provided by Super Jeweler when I placed this order is as follows. My order No. is [redacted], order date was 11/*/2012, amount I paid was $99.99. This was for a 6 ct sapphire and black diamond bracelet in sterling silver 7" Item # JWL 10529. It seems to me that they are trying to skirt the issue and not either refund me or credit me. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE. They know this because I have told them several times. What can I do to have this resolved? Thank you!

TO BEGIN, THEY NEGLECTED TO ADDRESS THE FACT THAT THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE WAS NOT THE [redacted], RATHER THE [redacted] (I EVEN INCLUDED A NOTE WITH THE ORDER STATING THAT I NEEDED IT DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THE [redacted], AND SUBSEQUENTLY WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD TAKE THREE DAYS TO MANUFACTURE AND ONE DAY TO SHIP), AND WHEN I CALLED ON THE THIRD AND EVERY OTHER DAY THEREAFTER, WAS CONTINUOUSLY TOLD "2DAYS AND IT WILL BE THERE" ALL THE WAY UNTIL THE SEVENTH, (TWO DAYS BEFORE OUR ANNIVERSARY WHEN I HAD PLANNED TO PROPOSE, AND TOO LATE TO GET A REFUND AND BUY SOMETHING LOCALLY.) WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT "[redacted]" ON FRIDAY NOT ONLY WERE MY THREE CALLS NOT ANSWERED, I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK, SO I HAD TO CANCEL OUR ANNIVERSARY PLANS. TO TOP THAT OFF, ON THE [redacted] "THE LATEST IT WOULD GET THERE" IT DIDN'T EVEN SHIP OUT, RATHER WAS SHIPPED ON TUESDAY THE [redacted]. AS COMPENSATION I WAS GIVEN A 20% DISCOUNT (THE MOST WE CAN DISCOUNT WITHOUT TAKING A LOSS(I'M OF THE OPINION THAT A LOSS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN)) AND A COUPON.
