[redacted] had her 2014 Chevrolet Cruz towed to our service department for necessary maintenance. The tow charge was $175.00. As per [redacted]'s request, we diagnosed her vehicle at a charge of $37.50, and our normal diagnostic charge is $129.95. Carl Ulzheimer called [redacted] and...
advised her the car needed an oil change, front brake pads, front brake rotors and rear brake cleaning and adjustment. The customer only allowed the repair of the front brake pads and oil change. The total bill totaled $574.37.
Maintenance is not covered by an extended warranty. The repair order is attached.
[redacted] factory ordered a 2014 Sonic LTZ, upon delivery he was offered many upgrades and ultimately decided to move forward with a tracking system as well as a extended warranty. The purpose of...
purchasing both extra services was his pending move out of state ( texas I believe). If you read [redacted]'s first comment of his response he complained and received a discount. [redacted] has the right to cancel certain services however considering he financed the warranty and tracking system he isnt due any refund. [redacted] is the lein Holder and paid for the warranty. Sunrise Chevrolet has had countless conversations with [redacted] and [redacted], If in the event a warranty or service is cancelled any and all refund is payable to [redacted], Not [redacted].

Review: On December [redacted] I went to the Sunrise Chevrolet car dealership in Forest Hills, New York. I placed an order for a brand new car to be factory made. While the sale went smoothly and at the moment it seemed like the right choice. Now, I feel stranded without a car because I have not received my car after the estimated time of arrival. The sales person ([redacted]) and [redacted]) of the dealership told me the car will arrive between 6-8 weeks and up to this date it has not. After talking to the sales representative by text massage, phone and email. He has told me all we can do is wait for the car. At this point Im willing to go to another dealership and get me another car since the car was not delivered in the time frame I was told and expected it. My plans to move on to another job requiring a car have been canceled due to this. Equally important, the [redacted] has told me that my deposit money is not refundable because the car is on the way. This kind of business behavior is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: 1000.00I believe Im entitled to get my deposit money refunded or at least a discount from the retail price of the car. Here is a string of emails from the sales person and myself. The latest email from me was never responded by email. He did replied to me by text message basically saying to just wait another week. From: [redacted]To: [redacted]Subject: RE: Soni LTDate: Fri, * Feb 2014 11:06:56 -0500Engin,Thanks for the sweet news. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Review: This is the second complaint I file against Sunrise Chevy of [redacted]. I canceled the first complain after the dealer offer me a discount on the car I’m currently financing. However, I've been having issues trying to resolve another problem with the staff the dealership. Specifically, with [redacted] (**) and [redacted] (The [redacted].) were supposed to cancel my extended car warranty that I didn't even approve when I signed the paper work of the car. On may [redacted] emailed me a confirmation of the cancellation of the extended auto warranty but up to today the financing bank has not received any refund money from the dealership neither the company who offers the extended car warranty (Porfolio I believe is the name of the company that provides extra coverage of the warranty). I am currently making car payment towards my car but I believe I should npt be paying for a package that not only was never offered to me by [redacted] the [redacted] but also I canceled it within the grace period. The extended service agreement # [redacted] should have need canceled back in May [redacted] and it was not. My bank has not received any refund from neither the car dealership not the protection vehicle warranty company.
I hope the Revdex.com can help me out and if not I just hope the look into this shady business practices of Sunrise Chevrolet of [redacted] and expose them to the consumers. Thank you.
Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I'd like the dealership or Porfolio ( Protection Vehicle Warranty Company) to refund the bank I'm financing the car through. Specifically, [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]
First of all, I was never offer the extended warranty when I was financing the car and filling out the paper work with [redacted] (The[redacted] of Sunrise Chevy). Neither disclosed the amounts of how much were the extended warranty or the tracking system (Intercept). Specifically, [redacted] only explained me that the financing bank ([redacted]) needed to install the tracking device due to my low credit score or history. I agreed upon this but he never told me how much it was nor how much was the extended warranty. I was excited to drive off the parking lot with my brand new car. They took advantage of me in the moment I was signing off the paper work and only a couple days after that I realized I had approved the auto extended warranty. Last, I just want to cancel the extended car warranty and have Sunrise Chevrolet or Profotlio (Auto Protection Warranty Company) issue a check to [redacted] for the cancellation of this product which I tried to cancel since last May through the Sunrise Chevrolet representatives. As of today, I am paying my monthly car payments that accrue interest rate on this product (Extended Car warranty worth $1000.00) which I never wanted nor was disclosed or explained in detail. Also, my car loan is being
finance by [redacted] Not [redacted].
Finally, open attachment to see the email from [redacted] confirming the cancellation of the extended car warranty and the expected refund check directed to [redacted] from back in May 2014. Up to today September [redacted], the [redacted] representatives say that they have not received a check for this amount. In fact, any payments toward my loan have been car payments only. My hands are tied since the only people who can cancelled the extended car warranty are the dealership.
All I want is Sunrise Chevrolet to contact the [redacted] and find out why they haven't received refund check from them or the extended car warranty company. And to make sure the [redacted] receives the refunded check for the extended car warranty. Thank you.
