What this dealership stated about the purchase of my vehicle is correctI did purchase my vehicle elsewhere, however as it being a GM product I have the luxury of bringing my vehicle to ANY GM dealer for service and/or warranty serviceSo being that I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, does not negate that it is still a warranty related repairThis dealership is also correct that prior to me bringing my vehicle to them, I did bring my vehicle to a different GM dealership for serviceHowever, I was not happy with the service that I received there, and again, my vehicle being a GM product affords me the right to bring it to any GM dealership I so choose in any of the statesWhat this dealership failed to mention that this is the SECOND time within a month or so period that I had to bring my vehicle back to them for the SAME warranty related issuesWhen I picked up my vehicle for the first time, I was told by their mechanic to drive it until to the sound got worse, so he can accurately pinpoint the issues, to which I didWhen I brought my vehicle in for the appointment I made on October *** 2017, I was told by THEIR employee, Stephon, that the dealership has five loaner vehicles, however they are all outAnd being that this is the SECOND time that I am bringing the vehicle in for the SAME issue, it is definitely warranty related, and therefore I am entitled to a loaner vehicle through *** ***, to which he (Stephon) called them for me from the phone at his deskStephon originally spoke to Enterprise reservations, and then passed the phone to me to speak with themWhen the reservation was made, I SPECIFICALLY requested either a Chevy Tahoe or Suburban, and/or a GMC Yukon (as that is the same vehicle I have)When I arrived at the Forest Hills branch of the *** *** location, they advised me that they didn't have a GM product, but the Middle Village branch did, to which they sent me over thereWhen I arrived at the Middle Village location, they advised me that they didn't have a Suburban or Tahoe, but rather put me into a Ford Expedition to which they stated it was an equivalent vehicleI as a consumer cannot control what I was given by *** ***, and do not understand how this dealership is blaming me for thisAs a matter of fact, I offered both Larry and Linda a copy of the original reservation which stated that I needed a GM vehicle, to which BOTH Larry and Linda stated "no, I believe you". The fact that they are saying Stephon did me a courtesy and called Enterprise for me, is a pathetic excuse to make for not wanting to pay the bill for the loaner car which THEIR employee put me inI could have called Enterprise myself from my cell phone if I so wanted toHowever, I couldn't afford a rental (loaner) vehicle, and that's why I did not callHowever, when it was offered to me at their expense, I took it to make life easier while they had my car for the SECOND timeObviously Sunrise Chevrolet is the "renter" of the loaner vehicle, however I of course had to give *** *** my information, as I was driving the vehicle, as well as a credit card for them to keep on file for incidentals that Sunrise Chevrolet wouldn't be responsible forSunrise Chevrolet did offer to pay for five (5) days of the rental/ loaner, however THEY had my car at their shop for thirteen (13) days doing warranty repair issues for the SECOND time. Based upon what THEIR employee (Stephon) did and promised me, and the fact that I attempted to prove that I requested a GM product, and that they had my car for the period of time they needed, I don't believe that this bill needs to be paid by me, but rather by themIn addition, when I picked my vehicle up from Sunrise Chevrolet on October **, 2017, after I was calling for days to get the status of it, I found that the warranty related issue still existed, and was not repairedFurthermore, my vehicle is now back at Sunrise Chevrolet for the THIRD (3rd time) for the same issueThe dealership gave me a loaner vehicle from them this timeHowever, I don't understand how if they felt the need to give me a loaner vehicle for the warranty work this time, why they felt that it wasn't justified the second time? Also, WHY, if I bought the vehicle "elsewhere", are they affording me a loaner vehicle now? I didn't ask for the loaner/ rental vehicle, it was afforded to me by THEIR employee, Stephon, and therefore THEY should be responsible to pay the *** *** bill in FULL!

First, I can assure you that we are NOT in the business of "ripping people off" or inflating pricesWe are a highly rated dealership that only uses OEM ( Original Equipment Parts) from the Factory, not aftermarket, sometimes second rate parts like many places you may have calledAll of our technicians are factory trained and of the highest caliber as wellAs they say in life, you get what you pay for and we stand by our pricing and work on a daily basisAccusing us of these things is insulting and unbecomingLet's start with the oil issueIt wasn't that you had no oil in your car, the light indicated you had no oil life left meaning that you were due for an oil changeNo oil change was ever done at our facility previously and we have no history showing that an oil change was ever done on the vehicle at our facilitythe car definitely needed an oil change!As far as the tow bill, we are not the warranty company and that is an issue between you and themThey are responsible for tows for any breakdown of a covered item and all of the needed repairs were maintenance items and not coveredWe do not own the tow company and are not responsible for the tow billThat is between you, the tow company and the Warranty companyI verified that the brake charges and other charges were well within reasonI believe you are not comparing apples with apples and are being misledThat being said, you now have the car, a detailed, itemized bill and our good wishes for safe motoring going forward

*** *** had her Chevrolet Cruz towed to our service department for necessary maintenanceThe tow charge was $As per *** ***'s request, we diagnosed her vehicle at a charge of $37.50, and our diagnostic charge is $129.95. Carl Ulzheimer called *** *** and
advised her the car needed an oil change, front brake pads, front brake rotors and rear brake cleaning and adjustment. The customer only allowed the repair of the front brake pads and oil change. The total bill totaled $574.37. Maintenance is not covered by an extended warranty. The repair order is attached

I'm still getting bills with the wrong date of the car being turned in and received I'm still getting late charges I did receive a letter from them regarding the last payment they received and stating the date for the end of the lease .However I still have not received anything from gmfinancial stating the car was turned in on the appropriate dateInstead I'm getting letters saying it was returns August *** when it was Returns on June *** Spoke to a supervisor at Chevrolet after I filed the complaint with them and yesterday who told me that it's out of their hands they can't help meso basically they made the mistake of not grounding the car properly and now they expect me to have to deal with gmfinancial and want no part of helping me anymore

Accusing us of these things is insulting and unbecoming. Let's start with the oil issue. It wasn't that you had no oil in your car, the light indicated you had no oil life left meaning that you were due for an oil change. No oil change was ever done at our facility previously and we have no history showing that an oil change was ever done on the vehicle at our facility. the car definitely needed an oil change!As far as the tow bill, we are not the warranty company and that is an issue between you and them. They are responsible for tows for any breakdown of a covered item and all of the needed repairs were maintenance items and not covered. We do not own the tow company and are not responsible for the tow bill. That is between you, the tow company and the Warranty company. I verified that the brake charges and other charges were well within reason. I believe you are not comparing apples with apples and are being misled. That being said, you now have the car, a detailed, itemized bill and our good wishes for safe motoring going forward.

[redacted] did bring in his 2016 GMC Yukon in to Sunrise Chevrolet on 10/*/17 to correct a creaking noise from the wheel area, after having his truck serviced at City Cadillac to attempt to correct the same noise. Our service adviser Stephon did call [redacted] as a courtesy...

to have [redacted] picked up. Evidently [redacted] told [redacted] that he would be paying the bill for the rental as they put the billing information in his name, not Sunrise Chevrolet. [redacted] has an exclusive partnership with Chevrolet Motor Division and only get charged $38.00 per day which Chevrolet pays nothing more. Also it is required that Chevrolet will under no circumstances pay for a rental that is not a GM vehicle of which any [redacted] branch knows and would not put a customer into a Nissan. When enterprise was called and asked about the billing, we were told that the customer had agreed to pay the bill and sunrise Chevrolet was never on the invoice other than a referral. We as a goodwill gesture were willing to pay for five days of the rental bill which [redacted] denied. We are willing to try to rectify the creaking noise even though the truck was purchased and serviced elsewhere.

They did not inform me I needed an oil change, it was requested upon delivery of the car, I again state that 328.00 for changing brake pads is 2times the amount quoted from any service station I have called. The service department has not yet addressed the issue of my car packing heat, and why if my oil level was zero the lights did not engage on the vehicle. They also have not addressed the lack of customer service I received when calling, like being ask if I was aware there were 4 wheels on the car, I would like my compliant to stand

[redacted] came in July and we changed the Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve.   He then came in again in August we flushed and refilled the Freon.  WE did not find any leaks. Unfortunately there were no codes when we did the diagnostics.  We need the customer here again to work with Fernando to call Technical Support to try to  resolve his issue.   We will to everything we can. Please have [redacted] see Adan M[redacted].

I would like to be somehow compensated for all the drop offs as well as having a vehicle with no Air conditioning for 3 months now meanwhile paying 400 dollars a month lease payment for a vehicle that is not properly working. Also would like to be contacted by upper management as I would like this...

GM Financial has been notified and this has been straightened out. She will not be charged and she will receive notification of her lease end on the date returned. We apologize for any inconvenience. The lease turn in notification was originally sent to the bank! Thank you

We refunded the money a week ago. There is no issue here. The customer is being unreasonable with regards to time.

 First of all, I was never offer the extended warranty when I was financing the car and filling out the paper work with [redacted] (The[redacted] of Sunrise Chevy). Neither disclosed the amounts of how much were the extended warranty or the tracking system (Intercept). Specifically, [redacted] only explained me that the financing bank ([redacted]) needed to install the tracking device due to my low credit score or history. I agreed upon this but he never told me how much it was nor how much was the extended warranty. I was excited to drive off the parking lot with my brand new car. They took advantage of me in the moment I was signing off the paper work and only a couple days after that I realized I had approved the auto extended warranty. Last, I just want to cancel the extended car warranty and have Sunrise Chevrolet or Profotlio (Auto Protection Warranty Company) issue a check to [redacted] for the cancellation of this product which I tried to cancel since last May through the Sunrise Chevrolet representatives. As of today, I am paying my monthly car payments that accrue interest rate on this product (Extended Car warranty worth $1000.00) which I never wanted nor was disclosed or explained in detail. Also, my car loan is being
finance by [redacted] Not [redacted].
Finally, open attachment to see the email from [redacted] confirming the cancellation of the extended car warranty and the expected refund check directed to [redacted] from back in May 2014. Up to today September [redacted], the [redacted] representatives say that they have not received a check for this amount. In fact, any payments toward my loan have been car payments only. My hands are tied since the only people who can cancelled the extended car warranty are the dealership.
All I want is Sunrise Chevrolet to contact the [redacted] and find out why they haven't received refund check from them or the extended car warranty company. And to make sure the [redacted] receives the refunded check for the extended car warranty. Thank you.
