SunPath LTD is a service contract administrator and does not engage in the telephonic solicitation of consumersThe phone contact alleged in the consumer's complaint did not originate from our office under any circumstancesNotwithstanding these facts, our office understands the consumer's frustration and has contacted the consumer and will attempt in good faith to work on his behalf to prevent further unwanted calls

SunPath LTD is a service contract administrator and does not engage in the telephonic solicitation of consumers. SunPath has never contacted this particular consumer for the purposes of selling any product or service. SunPath regrets that the consumer was contacted against his wishes, and is in fact... committed to legal and ethical sales practices. SunPath's legal department has attempted to contact the consumer in response to his complaint and hopes to learn more about the circumstances to further address the consumer's concerns..

The agent for the company knowingly sold me a policy for my truck knowing it had a fifth wheel hitch for towing a camper occasionally the warranty knowing they sold me this policy should be held accountable for it .Wetherit was in the policy or not.if nothing would have happened to the truck the company would have kept my money knowing they duped the consumer.I feel the company should honor the contract to fix the truck based on there agent knowingly telling me it was covered in the policy that the agent sold for the company.

towed in to *** Auto Mall (Riverhead, NY) on or about August 28, The vehicle would engage into gear, but would not movePursuant to the aforementioned terms of the Contract, the vehicle was torn down to the point where component failure could be determined and inspected by an independent adjusterThe adjuster determined the vehicle's transfer case had failed and provided his findings in the attached report (the “Report”)Based on this determination, and pursuant to the terms of the Contract and its coverage of the transfer case, our office approved coverage for the transfer case in the amount of $1414.91. The amount of coverage was determined in accordance with published component pricing ($783) and labor time capsules (hours) at a rate of $per hourNo coverage was provided for replacement of the non-lubricated parts of the drive shaft, which are not covered by the Contract, and in any case thoroughly encrusted in rust as seen in the Report photosThe Report also noted cobwebs on the brake components, rusted rotors and concluded the vehicle had likely been sittingSunPath has at all times acted in good faith and in accordance with the Contract’s written terms and conditions
