I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  We will be following up if a check is not received by [redacted].  This issue could have easily been resolved on multiple occasions by the dealership by any of the multiple people contacted, including Matt [redacted],  throughout this process. The lack of response or resolution prior to the Revdex.com intervening is a direct representation of Sunnyside Honda's unacceptable customer service.

On 3-24-2016 Sunnyside Chevrolet issued a check to [redacted] in the amount of 1698.26. This check was issued to the lender, per our lender agreement. We were not aware the loan had been satisfied. We considered this matter closed at that point. Our payment has since been returned to us by First Merit because the loan was paid in full. We have since issued a check to Ms. [redacted], our check number [redacted], dated [redacted]l 18, 2016 and this check has been sent to [redacted], [redacted], Akron, [redacted] via UPS second day delivery on 4-19-2016.
