I have since had the vehicle repaired and found what was actually wrong with itI want to be remove from all mailings, emails, etc from Sunnyside Honda at this point. Thank you
Steve T***5:PM to me ***,Thanks for taking my phone call today. We reviewed this complaint from Mr***, and as I stated to him on the phone last week, that I reprimanded my used car Manager per his complaint, (see complaint) but that also Mr***'s offer to purchase
this used Audi Awas still not a reasonable offerWe are asking $ 31,plus tax for this unit and that his offer of $25,(tax included) was not acceptable, which he then promply hung up on me I did have my salesman try to call him back but then he also hung up on him.Today 2/17/at 1: Mr***'s friend -David who has been with Mr *** thru all of these opportunities, (and is helping him negotiate this purchase) called me to offer $ 30,(tax included) for this same vehicle and I told him that we are firm on the price of $31,plus tax for a total of $34,out the door, and, that I was currently responding to their Revdex.com complaint about the way they felt they were treated, and that maybe we shouldn't do business togetherHe then promptly hung up on me again. So this consumer, who has hung up on us three times, and wrote a scathing letter complaining about how they were treated, is still contacting us trying to purchase a used vehicle for a much lower amount than we are asking.I'm pretty confident this is a pricing issue much more than a selling practice issue.Steve T***General ManagerRings_4C_S_Claim-left_USASunnyside AudiAudi Magna Society DealerPearl Road Middleburg Hts., Ohio 44130Tel: (440) 243-5588Fax: (440) 243-8508 Toll Free: (800) 948-5626www.clevelandaudi.com

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The problems are still not fixed and it is scheduled to be looked at at another Chevy service center. The vehicle is scheduled to be dropped off tomorrow. I will advise when I receive answers from the dealership. I would not allow Sunnyside another chance to service this vehicle because I feel (three) times is a sufficient amount of times to allow them to fix the issues, that are still not fixed. Per our (Paul at Sunnyside Chevy and myself) conversation earlier, the vehicle was not filled back up to full so the gas mileage they calculated cannot be correct. However, this was dismissed by them saying they have no reason to lie. Well I have pictures of the gas gauge before I had even moved the vehicle from the parking spot they had it located in and the pictures clearly show it was never filled back up. I do also have a video and a copy of the receipt that shows how much more gas the vehicle took before it kicked off, which was gallons

First and foremost I would like to extend my sincere apologies on behalf of Sunnyside Chevrolet for any inconvenience we have causedI have attempted to contact *** by phone to apologize but have not heard back from my messageI realize that it can be challenging to arrange financing on a
vehicle and I certainly never want to inconvenience one of our guests in that process nor do I want us to ever be lacking in clear communicationAgain for lack of clear communication and the disappointment in the purchase process I truly apologize. If there is any way to try to help rectify this situation further I would welcome any contact personally to try and re-instill your confidence in Sunnyside Chevrolet. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I purchased the car, not my wife, and the things that *** claimed took place did notI was not offered repairs for the vehicle, I was lied to about the warranty, no one gave me any gas, and I was not driving the car for three week. I had the car for exactly one week and three days (This can be proven) I also did not leave any marks or dents ( I have pictures of the vehicle before and after I returned it)However, my issue has been resolved due to the fact that yesterday, May 14, 2015, I was refunded my $for the cost of repairs that I'd paidThis was after I gave them a demand letter and threatened to go to small claims court

Company responded by phone 9/14/15-[redacted]Mr. [redacted] states that the gift cards go through a third party company and he states that the card has been submitted to the company that issues them. He states that the consumer should be receiving the card shortly.
To whom it may concern:Sunnyside Honda has reviewed the claims made by [redacted]. We sold a car with a 90 Day Powertrain Warranty on it. This covers engine and transmission components only. We have every guest sign three separarte forms which completely spell out the warranty on...
the car. We not only go over the warranty, but we do so on camera, so it is recorded for situations where we a have a misunderstanding. We also have a form that states, you have a right to an outside inspection as we do not cover anything outside of Powertrain components. We did have a paperwork problem that required [redacted] to sign a document. At this time, due to the problems with the car and our paperwork mistake we offered [redacted] to fix all of the problems with the car at NO CHARGE to her what so ever or we would totally unwind what we had done and refund [redacted] all of her down payment money. At this time [redacted] did not want the car. We explained that our offer did not include any reimbursement for any work performed on the car, however if she chose to keep it, we would repair anything that needed repair. [redacted] chose to walk away from the transaction. She had been driving the vehicle for almost three weeks. We did not charge anything for the three weeks of driving. We did not inspect the car for any chips or dents that may have occurred in three weeks of driving. We provided her with gas and lastly refunded all the money collected in this transaction in cash the day after [redacted] came into our Dealership to sign the missed document. We consider this matter closed and fairly compensated her for all the transgressions that took place at our Dealership. Had she chosen to keep the car I am certain we would have more than made up for the $300 spent while driving our car for a couple of weeks. If you wish to discuss this further, please feel free to call me at 440-[redacted].Thank you![redacted]General ManagerSunnyside Honda
We have been in communications with [redacted] over the past couple weeks and have made a sincere effort to address her concerns. Our staff have made ourselves accessible and have shown willingness to rectify any and all concerns. See below the list of concerns and what we found. Odor on...
Acceleration (highway speeds) – Road tested vehicle and ran the vehicle in shop. No abnormal odors detected. Blower only operates on higher fan speeds and left side blows cold - Found left side vent closed and we opened the vent. We found fan to operate on all speeds and temperature to adjust as designed. Recirculation feature only operates in face and face/floor modes. Tested and found system to function normally. Second row seats will not flip and left side seat does not seem to latch correctly – We cleaned/lubricated tracks and found rear adjuster seized. Installed rear seat adjuster and it restored to its normal operation. Headlamps not illuminating properly – Headlamp adjustment measured. Lights are within specification and operating normally. Fuel mileage is only getting 12/13 city and 17/18 mpg highway – performed manual fuel economy test. Filled tank and drove 33 miles and topped off fuel tank. Added 1.338 gallons to vehicle. Calculated vehicle getting 24.66 mpg. We have talked to [redacted] on 1/29/2018 to review the Revdex.com complaint that was sent to us. After talking for a bit, the main concern that [redacted] has is the fuel economy on her vehicle. She believes that she isn’t getting what she anticipated. We have advised that winter conditions and driving habits may affect the gas mileage. Here is what fuelecomony.gov states on mpg during winter. Cold weather and winter driving conditions can reduce your fuel economy significantly. Fuel economy tests show that, in short-trip city driving, a conventional gasoline car's gas mileage is about 12% lower at 20°F than it would be at 77°F. It can drop as much as 22% for very short trips (3 to 4 miles). We have offered to do another fuel economy test and also suggested she get a second opinion at a different General Motors dealership. If there is any charge associated with this test we will gladly pay the fee. The vehicle is a certified vehicle and carries a warranty through General Motors. Mrs. Meredith said that she wasn’t going to do another fuel economy test at Sunnyside and indicated that she would take it to another dealership. If there is any other information or documentation that may be needed to help with the resolution, please feel free to contact me.
Please let this serve as our response to complaint ID [redacted] filed by
[redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was recently in our store to trade in her 2008 PT Cruiser
and it is my understanding that we could not find acceptable terms for her to
trade her car...
in.
Having reviewed the service file
on her 2008 PT Cruiser I believe there are a number of pertinent facts I would
like to recap. When the vehicle was purchased by Ms. [redacted] on 12/30/2013 it
had 66,249 miles on it at time of purchase. Purchase price of the vehicle was
6500.00 before taxes and fees and any additional optional coverage that the
customer selected. At the present time the vehicle has 92,148 miles on it. In
the service records of our store I have found repairs paid by Ms. [redacted] in the
amount of 1138.79. I have also found repairs paid by the warranty company
([redacted]) in the amount of 725.31. The largest portion of the customer’s bill was
for an air conditioner repair that was not covered by warranty in the amount of
488.01.
This vehicle was purchased as a used car with
66,000 miles and has seen another 26,000 miles of use. Repairs and maintenance
are always part of owning any type of used car and there will be no goodwill or
adjustments offered in this instance. We will however do everything in our
power to service this vehicle and process any warranty repairs that are covered
components by the warranty company.
Thank you,
[redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] and researched the claim. Per Honda, this model and year do not come with an engine cover as specified by the customer. We did not remove an engine cover as it did not exist when they manufactured the car. Would love to look at the vehicle in reguards to the...
running hot claim. It is a certified used car and has a warranty. There would be no charge to look at it or fix it provided that a part went bad. I would happily waive all charges to fix this vehicle provided that we can determine either Sunnyside or Honda were negligent in the work we previously performed or in the manufacturing of the vehicle. There is NO circumstance where we would pay another Honda Dealer to do work we can perform. I fully apologize and will do whatever it takes to find the problem. Please Advise
