This is one of the most pleasant companies to do business withI ordered a pullover and a T-shirt from themThe pullover fit fine, but I wanted a larger T shirtWhen I contacted them to return it, they said to just pass it along to someone else and they would send me a larger one at no costI was extremely surprisedThis is a company that deserves an A+ rating

I am very pleased with sun frogs for their patience I ordered the wrong size ( twice)
But I was only charged the $exchange feeI stared this order in January and finally got the correct size by AprilWhen you order you have to be sure of the size because I thought I was ordering a men's size when it was unisex and so it was much smallerI was given a phone # to call and they were always eager to help

Overall the price is good, had a great connection to the seller talking about the product and answered all my questions

I ordered from Sunfrog recently and received my item within days of the the orderSo with this efficient experience I placed a large order of shirts on December It is now DAYS LATER and I have still do dont have the itemsI have emailed them times - times before Christmas and once today and have received NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY I will NEVER ORDER from this company againDon't use them Terrible customer service and cannot fulfill their shipping agreement on their website

I ordered a large shirt and it ended up being a touch too big for me (I always have problems as halfway b/w a M and L is usually perfect)I sent an email to the Sunfrog customer service inquiring what I need to do to get the shirt sent back to them and get a medium headed my wayThey responded very quickly with:
"I have imported an order for a replacement shirt to be sent to you as soon as possibleIn place of returning the item and in the spirit of SunFrog's "Hope Gives" policy, we would ask that you pay it forward by donating the item to a local charity or someone you may know that is in needThanks again for your order and for giving us the chance to make it right for you."
This response could not have brightened my day any moreI will certainly be buying from them again and recommending them and their customer service to everyone I know

Submitted and paid for an order for two hoodies December 6th, No mention was made during the order process that they were 10+ days out as a lead timeWe are now at days and countingNo response back on an email sent on December 20thExtremely poor customer service (lack of)So much for the Christmas gifts these were ordered forAlso note there is no way to cancel an order after it is madeDo not use this company!

Returned my t shirt because the size was way offHave yet to hear back from them about my refund

What a jokeThey never answer their telephones and it takes at least a month to get your shirtDO NOT order from this company

My first order was list in the mailSunfrog was very quick to send a new order I received a very battered bag containing the original order one day and received the second order the next dayI contacted them to send the second order back and they said for me to keep it, donate it or whatever I wanted to do with it
I was very pleased with the way they handled themselves over my list orderI will most certainly order from them again!

This was my first time placing an order through SunFrogI found a shirt on this site that I thought would be a fun and unique Christmas presentThe order was placed on 12/thinking there would be more than enough time to receive the shirtHowever, as of 12/the online status of the order remained 'preparing to print'When I contacted costumer service they were unable to give me any meaningful information as to the delay in the order and when I could expect to receive the shirtThe representative was more interested in only offering a refund to end the conversation instead of offering to find out a real solution to the delay

Great selection of products on the website! ordered a t-shirt from them and when I got it the shirt had a hole in it because it didn't get stitched completely but it was an easy thing to missthey not only let me keep the t-shirt but sent me another free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience! Very polite people who do sales and who emailed me back

very poor services, late to process, late to deliver, late to answer customers

I wish I have read the reviews here before placing an order for a birthday giftThe company is a jokeWhat they show on their site is NOT what you will getHorrible quality of print (parts of the image somehow are printed inside the front pocket of the hoodie) and merchandise is not at all what they advertise
They do not ship within days as they sayIf you're lucky your order will be on its way 3-weeks after you placed it
STAY AWAY and order your stuff from a reputable company that will not misrepresent itself
