As a UK customer I have found there customer service very poor there 100% satisfaction rates no way near
I ordered a hoodie from themwhen I ordered it the dates of processing and shipping added up to be here before ChristmasI checked the status everyday , with it saying my order was taking longer than expecteddays later for straight days it said it was about to shipwell today it said it was shipped but I see UPS hasn't even picked it up yetwith the shipping time to be to more business days , which means its going to miss the one purpose that I purchased it for CHRISTMAS ! thanks for ruining my experience If my package gets here before Christmas I will change some of this review but right now I am NOT happy with the service they provided to meMy money was not late , they got it on time , and I do not appreciate all the delays on their partADVERTISMENT !
I ordered a shirt for my son that is a US Marine stationed in Okinawa, Japan The first shirt I ordered was lost in military mail somewhere between here and there I contacted the email address that was supplied and got a response that they would get back with me I got a return email from *** and explained my problem She confirmed the physical address, in case there was a mistake She spoke with her manager and they processed another delivery The shirt arrived within the next three weeks from the US to Japan Thank you *** for taking care of the order for my son He loves the shirt Since then I have ordered two more sweatshirts that are on the way to my home I also ordered another sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas that he wears often Great experience with customer service
Can you answer my email please! The hoodie I ordered was almost a month ago, I'm hoping that I can use it for my trip tomorrow because that's the main reason why I bought itI was really disappointedThe tracking you gave says it was already delivered to the local post office which has been like that for a weekTried contacting *** (the one that accepts UPS tracking) but no goodNow I'm not sure if youre going to deliver it at my address or at the post officeThis is my first time and I'm not really satisfied
I ordered T-Shirts for my colleagues and was very pleased with both the customer service and the T-Shirts themselves When I placed my order I realized that I had made a mistake with one of the shirts so I emailed customer service and they cancelled my original order which allowed me to resubmit the corrected order the same day The delivery to *** only took a week The shirts are great and I am can't wait for my colleagues reactions when they see them The delivery to *** only took a week

Last night a friend shared a picture of a shirt relating to the university I attendedMy immediate reaction was, "I MUST HAVE THIS!" So I clicked all the links using my phone, filled in the order form, hit send, and immediately realized I'd ordered yellow instead of greenAt that point I sent Sun Frog an email asking if the order could be changedAlmost immediately, I had a reply saying my order was updatedIt was friendly, professional and personalThis is what customer service is all about!
This company sent me my Tshirt Fast!! And I will use them in the future!!

I purchased a t-shirt for my husband from SunFrog and after USPS delivered it to the wrong address and then would not help me locate where they delivered it to, I contacted SunFrog to let them know what had happened Immediately they shipped out a replacement shirt at no charge! The customer service I received was above and beyond, and I will be purchasing from this company again

I ordered from these guys about days ago still have not received my ordercalled emailed chatted took many times to even get a responsecrappy company to do business withneedless to say the gifts I ordered are the only ones that didn't make it on time for Christmasin fact i'm still waitingI would not buy again from this company
With all the negative things that happen when dealing with the unknown on the internetI can say this company does not fall into that groupI ordered a shirt, it was delivered but it was the wrong oneI e-mailed themThey responded within an hour or so asking to take a picture to verify what was sentI sent to picture later that nightReceived an e-mail the next morning stating they shipped the correct shirt that morningI will do business with them again

I ordered a hoodie I believe on November 10/15.I DO understand that once a order is recieved that it takes time for it to be printed.I can accept that.The item was delivered to my door on December 14/The material seams to be fairly good quality
Now my complaint
The emblem and colors are very faded,not vibrate that stand out like what I saw on the web site.It was to late to return for a anther hoodie.This was a gift for my daughter
I am not sure if this item I got was a return from someone or the printing process at the time was flawed
I wish I could post a photo of my item and compare what was advertised
The database Engineer shirt caught my eye on Facebook - and after several weeks, I decided to order itI finally received the shirt or so weeks later and was really let downYes the printing is fine - but the shirt is your run of the mill Gildan Classic T-Shirt with the bulky (way too big) cut (you know Gildan does have a fitted cut shirt as well..right??)I was expecting something with a better athletic (and longer) cutSo...sad to say I will never order from these guys again

I had ordered a t-shirt but my dog got to it before me....thanks to my mail carrier leaving it on the porchI called Sunfrog to see if they would give me a discount toward another one and they were kind enough to send another one free of charge!
