Customer account has been satisfy.

I am rejecting this response because: A check has been mad, but my financial institution has not received it ye.  Therefore, I reject the statement that the lender has been paid.  I was told that the payment had been made before and it wasn't.

Contacted customer and provided her with the documents she requested via email. Have tried to contact her multiple times to make sure she is satisfy and have yet been able to talk to her.

Attached is a copy of the registration and contract showing that we undercharged her on the dmv fees and we are owed a balance. We also have her signature on all the documents. She skipped her service appointment and our service reps have tried multiple times to contact her to complete her due bill items but she will not return their calls. We will be glad to work with customer to resolve her issues.

Customer was contacted by gene in customer service and left message to customer.  please have customer call us and will work with here to repair her issues.
