I'm writing this emailing to you in regards to Mr [redacted] 's complain against STG Auto Group I would like to explain that every customer signs a credit application in order for us or any bank to run and review his/her credit report Please see attached document (empty credit application) , highlighted section clearly states that his credit will be given to banks and or any financial institutions to review and see his credit report Mr [redacted] had sign the credit application prior to running his credit or sending it to any bankAlso Mr [redacted] 's wife had submitted an online credit application thru our website giving us her consent to run her credit along with the banks and financial institutions we deal with Please don't hesitate to call or email me if any further information or documents is needed to clear and explain our side as a company in regards to his complaint

Contacted customer and provided her with the documents she requested via emailHave tried to contact her multiple times to make sure she is satisfy and have yet been able to talk to her

I am rejecting this response because: A check has been mad, but my financial institution has not received it ye Therefore, I reject the statement that the lender has been paid I was told that the payment had been made before and it wasn't

Customer was contacted by gene in customer service and left message to customer please have customer call us and will work with here to repair her issues

Hello, This customer has purchased the truck and then complained about the truck is consuming more gas that she thought and we offered her to come trade the truck in for something elseShe then came and just dropped off the truck and said she lost her jobWe then found out that she is still employed and that she was lyingWe will be more that happy to sit down with the customer and reach a resolution with honesty and trasparency of the real issues[redacted] ***

The vehicle in question is a pre-owned vehicle unfortunately in some cases there will be cosmetic parts missing or have some type of wear and tearWe do our best to get our vehicles as close as possible to there original state as when they were newAs far as selling any tires or rims to this
vehicle there isn't a charge stated on the contractPurchasing any aftermarket components such as theft patrol which is a anti-theft device there are multiple forms to be sign disclosing the charges and components If the anti-theft device isn't correctly working we will go ahead and repair it or replace it at no expense To annul the contract at this point won't be possible due to the vehicle being sold months agoIf you would like to set up an appointment to have your vehicle inspected and go over all of these issues please contact me via email or at *** *** ***We will do our best to address them and possibly fix or replace some of these parts stated

No that is not what happenedThey are the ones that LIED! They are the ones that falsified documentsOvercharged DMV fees without returning the money to meForged my name on the membership application, etcThe most fraudulent dealership out there! They had the truck for a month and didn't do one thing promised verbally or on the due bill

Talk to *** over the phone and in personProvided him with the documents he requested

*** * *** provided our company with a fraudulent cashier's check along with a fraudulent identification card reason therefore police had to be called to be able to collect the vehicle back from herWe are pressing charges to *** *** in the city of Montclair for her fraudulent acts
towards our company If any documents are needed to confirm our allegations towards her we can provided a Wells Fargo statement stating the cashier check has been altered in a fraudulent way

I'm writing this emailing to you in regards to Ms*** ***' complaint against STG Auto Group. I would like to explain the situation how STG had handled the issue, Any documents are available upon request. Ms*** stated that warranty was never issued
under her name and that she paid $2,for an extended warranty without any information: Customer was given Extended Warranty contract with a contract number, warranty company information, vehicle information, and customer signature(Documents available upon request) Ms*** stated that she received her vehicle on 7/30/and was never given any order repair or documentation upon receiving her vehicle: Customer took possession of her vehicle on 7/28/and she was given an invoice that contains part #, total amount, authorization #, vehicle information ( including mileage in/out) and customer signature at the bottom of the invoice(Document available upon request) Customer stated that STG Service Advisor *** had asked her to pay $for the repairs: STG Auto Group had issued a claim with ASE Warranty Claim and since the customer has a warranty effective of the day of the purchase, ASE had paid for the full amount of repaired, customer was notified of thatMs*** did not pay any amount out of her pocket( Document available upon request) Ms*** stated that STG Auto Group did not perform the proper repairs and on 8/customer took the vehicle to Audi dealership and Audi advisor confirmed that the fuel pump appears not to have been replaced and was a major safety hazard: Attached is Audi invoice and diagnose sheet; Walter's Audi had stated "upon inspection discovered fuel pump vent cap missing, per *** at STG replace vent cap" Fuel pump was replaced by STG, only cap was missing and needed to be replaced, and *** ( STG Service Advisor) gave Audi the okay to replace it and we paid for the repair cost. All issues mentioned above we have documents available upon request. Please don't hesitate to call or email us with any documents request or questions. Thank You

After review of the file I can confirm that a payment in full has been made to the lien holder to satisfy the outstanding lien

Ford manufacturer warranty is 60,000 or 3 years. I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Our extended warranty covers up to 100,000 miles. And as promised we still will offered at discounted price for $15000

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not been contacted via phone or email. I welcome their call/email.  I prefer email to keep communication documented since this is largely a he-said-she-said issue.
