Beware Locals!
They do a subtle bait and switch. This company does not charge by the hour. They have levels of work depending on the difficulty. It has a $600 level and then jumps to a $1600 level. Instead of starting at the $1600 level, they convince you they can do the work at the $600 level. With the goal of the $1600 level, the plumber will do a little work and then stop. He will convince you that more is needed and required. He will use the payment you prepaid as the down payment. If you decline, they will take your down payment and give you less than 50% back. They will claim the taken was for the dispatch fee and the little work on site.
