Per information from the towing company they are paying the $and the situation has been resolved Thank you for bringing it to my attention Regards, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The church does not owe State Farm any money because the church did not have a policy with the companyIt was cancelled by State Farm as MrW [redacted] indicated on 2/28/because of nonpaymentA lapsed policy cannot be enforced and therefore there was no automatic renewalA new effective date of 6/18/was never communicated in writing, or by telephone call, or through issuance of a new policyAs a result the church did not send payment to State FarmInstead as noted by MrW [redacted] the church secured insurance with a different carrierThe only notification that the church received about a reinstated policy was a notice mailed October from State Farm's collections department requesting paymentIn short, the church had no coverage from State Farm from April - August and does not owe the company any money Regards, [redacted]

We were very sorry to hear about [redacted] 's experience here during her stay in July and we do understand the inconvenience of some of our amenities being restricted - none were closedThe food venues were offering a limited menu, but still with options, and the beach bar was open but not serving specialty drinksHowever we have other bars on the property that were completely functionalBoth swimming pools were open and f [redacted] functional, as was the Seawater SpaThe beach was never closedOur Front Office Manager was willing to credit one night back as the two of them discussed for any inconveniences experienced however the guest booked via [redacted] She was instructed to get in touch with them and that we would allow the one night credit and she would have to speak with [redacted] about the other She claims that she had been calling Gurney's for three weeks but there are no messages on any of the phone lines When she reached my line within one hour on August [redacted] she received the credit that she was asking for.We refunded the amount of $600.67, as we did not know what she directly paid [redacted] This amount includes the 20% service charge and the tax on her room (Receipt attached)Even after this compensation as a good will gesture, and a receipt emailed to her as proof of the refund, she proceeded to write to you with inaccurate information We feel that this letter was unfairly sent to you and we do not feel that we owe Andriy Fitsych any further compensation.Thank you for your attention regarding this matter

Pressure King did clean the roof and house located [redacted] on Friday, July 21stI received a call from customer that evening stating that I needed to go there immediately to discuss issues with the jobI did, immediately go to the house located at the stated address above and the husband and wife were present during my visitMs [redacted] stated there was a shutter on the roof when she came home, but was put back by the time I had arrivedI was not at the job, so I had asked my worker about the shutter and he stated it was held on only by one screw and it had fallen off as soon as he came near it while cleaningHe stated he had placed it back with the one screw available at that time The roof was cleaned with a non abrasive, environmentally safe detergent that I have been using to clean houses with for years nowDuring these years, I have no record of this detergent ever harming, hurting or injuring any plant, shrub, tree, flower or bushThis is due to the fact that it is environmentally safe and has no harmful bleaches, chemicals or any other ingredients that can harm any plant lifeWe were going to use a different chemical for the roof cleaning, but the worker decided the roof was not in bad shape and the cleaning of the roof was easily cleaned off with an environmentally safe productSo, for the customer to say the plant life on her property might die, I know for a fact, and she was told this at the time of my visit, it could not and 100% would not hurt the plantsThe customer does not know what we used so for her to state anything was hurt, is beyond meI will definitely make good on any plants that might die due to this application, but I would need proof, because I know they definitely will not! I offered to clean off the plants, white spotting caused from the cleaning of the white siding where oxidized powdery substance comes off and created white spotting on the plantsThe customer stated she did not want me to touch the plants and she was going to do it with her hose The light brown streaking that occured from our pressure washing the siding was due to the house having trapped water behind the sidingNothing we did to cause thisOnce we cleaned the siding and unclogged the small breath holes under the lips of the siding, there was trapped and clogged water behind the siding that drips out of all the seams and breath holesIt is brown and discolored where nothing of this color came off the siding we cleanedThis was pointed out to the customer when I arrived at the home when she demanded I return the day of serviceI stated the brown water is definitely coming only from the seams and little holes under the lip of the siding and is usually due to the house being built with bad quality or no backer board under the sidingThe customers, both Mr and Mrs [redacted] stated there was none under the siding and that they have had many and numerous issues with the siding and leaking to their home due to poor craftsmanship when the house was builtThey started there was no backer protection between the siding and the wood of their home and this is what caused the brown trapped waterThis had nothing to do with us using soap and clean water applied to the homeNone of this would cause brown water that temporarily stains the sidingI did state that the streaking is temporary and will fade away with sunlight, and nothing could be done by us until all the water drained out from these seams and breath holesWe went back the day after and cleaned off their deck which had the white oxidized spotting on it and we attempted to clean the streaking at that timeThe water draining from these holes was not all drained and we could not, at that time clean themWe stated we would be back once they were fully drained and clean them from the sidingThese streaks are not caused by our products applied, but from how the house was builtRegardless, we will definitely clean the streaks off and are willing to do so at any timeThey almost always dissolve themselves from natural sun lightI assured Ms [redacted] that I am a reputable business and will rectify any issues and everything she needs 100% to her satisfactionWith this being said, I am 100% positive the plants in question have no chance of dying due to the soap we used which is not harmfulI still have not been paid any monies from this job which totals over $For a customer to hold full payment from me due to possibilities of non probable outcomes is not fairI am willing to do everything to rectify anything caused by my company and have stated this to the customersAt this time, there is nothing negative done and if the streaking is still there, I will be there immediately to easily clean them offAs far as the plants - until and if there is any visible harm seen to them, I feel there is no need to hold payment at this timeThere is and was no harm done to them

I received your letter regarding the complaint from [redacted] ChurchHere is my response;Since [redacted] ***'s complaint revolves around the commercial umbrella policy, I will only respond regarding that policyThe church had an umbrella policy with State Farm that started on 7/23/but that policy lapsed for nonpayment of premium on 2/28/My office was asked by the church to reinstate that policy on 4/9/Because the policy had been out of force for more than days, our underwriting department required that we take a new applicationWe were instructed by underwriting to take a non-bound application which means that my office was not allowed to bind coverage immediatelyThe application needed to be approved by underwriting before we could bind coverageThe application was approved on 8/13/and a bill was generated for $1,to pay the annual premiumNo premium was ever paid so the policy cancelled on 8/31/Because coverage was in force from 4/9/15-8/31/and pro rata bill was sent for $to pay for this time frameIn speaking with my collections department today, they informed me that they are now in possession of proof that the church had an umbrella policy in force with [redacted] beginning on 6/22/therefore they are in the process of adjusting the amount due to reflect the time period of 4/9/- 6/22/I estimate this amount will be roughly $Per my collections department, they should receive an updated bill in several weeksIf you have further questions, please Contact me or State Farm's collections department at [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Chris todayHe stated that when the job was in progress, the consumer came out telling the employees how to do the jobShe asked them to power wash her front door - the screen door has to be opened to do thisThe consumer saw right away that water got on the floor and cleaned it up The shingle was fixed and Chris called [redacted] for information on how to remove a stain on her type of tile that was cause by the waterHe got spec sheetsHe called the consumer to tell her how this can be fixed and was willing to buy the product that would clean the stainThe water never would have been an issue if she did not request this to be doneHe had returned her first call immediately, and her job was discounted $as she had asked for a lower price He went to her home and she would not let him see the tileShe stated she has another company / person looking at the shingleHe stated he has contacts too, but she told him to leave the property

A response was given to this customer the same day the email was sent requesting a refundThe customer is out of the money back warranty and was offered a replacement if the current module was not workingOur warranty information is clearly stated under the terms and condition section at the bottom of our web page

We spoke to the customer and resolved his issueHe signed a purchase order that had the word "optional" next to the itemWe explained to him what the etch warranty was and that's what he paid forThe actual act of etching his glass is free on all of our cars but the insurance policy he purchased
was $there was a miscommunication regarding his refundIssue closed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
.This merchandise was returned unopened and when I originally requested a return authorization the response I received was automated and I never received the return authorization At this point it is the principal of the matter, if a product is returned unopened with an explanation from us stating our mechanic said this would not work for our vehicle why would I throw money out the window which is essentially what the company wants me to do I am very dissatisfied with their response

To Whom it May Concern: I have received notice of a complaint filed by *** *** (ID ***)In response to the complaint and allegation that I stated repairs were made to the car which were not actually completed, I have attached a repair order from *** *** *** showing that
on 12/15/the vehicle was inspectedUpon inspection, it was determined that the oil pump seal, and transaxle assembly gasket needed replacedTo perform this task, the transmission had to be removedUpon removal of the transmission, it was determined that the torque converter was out of balance and needed replacedThe total of repairs and inspection spent by us prior to offering the vehicle for sale were $First Class Car Co has been in business for many years and has always strived to sell reliable vehicles, which is why we have such a great customer return rateUnforeseen circumstances do happen on occasion, and we always do our best to rectify them quicklyOn 2/13/16, when *** contacted me to tell me that the vehicle had stopped running properly, I attempted to walk her through a few simple tests to see if we could determine what the issue was over the phone (as she was quite a distance away from our location)She had the vehicle towed to a local Ford dealershipThe repair shop at Mike Raisor Ford determined that the vehicle had been run out of gasThis likely happened because the gauge was reading incorrectlyIf I recall correctly, it read that there was 1/8th tank of fuel at the time it ran out of gasEven though we did our due diligence and had the vehicle inspected, this item was missed, because it is nearly impossible to test forWhile this occurrence was unfortunate, it was a situation that none of us (our staff or the staff at our repair facility) could have predictedAlthough a fuel pump is covered under the warranty provided by ASC, it was determined by the claims adjuster that they were not going to cover this repairTypically the only reasons they would not cover a repair would be A) It was determined to be a pre-existing conditionB) It was determined to be the result of the customer's negligenceC) A miscommunication between the customer or repair facility and the service contract provider (ASC Warranty)In this particular case, upon the customer or repair facilitycalling and describing the situation, it was determined that this was a long term issue, and it was too early in the policy to cover that sort of issueWe have no way of ensuring all of our vehicles are perfect, but this issue seems somewhat minor for a used vehicle's gauge to be off bya fractionWe did our best to make sure *** *** was happy, and she seemed soWe had a lot of contact in the following few weeks regarding a lost title to the trade in, and neither party seemed to harbor any ill feelingsOn the date this complaint was filed, the repair facility that most recently determined a probable transmission issue had contacted the service contract provider and started a claimThe provider never stated that they were not going to cover the transmission repair, just that they needed a more specific diagnosis, and asked the repair facility to remove the transmission pan to attempt to determine a point of failureThe repair facility was able to do so, and the provider has already approved the claim for the repair of the transmission as of 5/4/As for the fuel pump, the provider has elected to stand by their initial decision not to cover that item since it has not had a complete failure (just a sensor on it that is marginally inaccurate)When *** *** contacted me on 4/29/to inform me of the current issue with the vehicle, she was very upsetI was able to get her to calmly talk to me and agree on a course of action for me to be able to help herShe was going to have the repair facility fax me estimates for the repairs, so that I, in turn, could contact my representative from the service contract provider to get the claim expeditedShe informed me that the repair facility was not open for business again until Monday 5/2/ I never received any estimates via fax or otherwise*** *** called the office on 5/and asked to speak with meShe spoke with Robyn Jackson (the owner of the company), who was not involved in the processRobyn attempted to gather as much information as possible from a very upset *** ***, and told her I would return her call when I got back to the office the following dayTuesday, 5/3, I attempted to make contact with *** *** via text message (as I know she is a student and did not want to interrupt class)I informed her that the service contract provider was still waiting on a copy of an estimateWhen she responded, she sent a lengthy message that, in short, stated that she felt the warranty company was being unreasonable in their request for a more specific diagnosis, and that she was contacting agencies such as Revdex.com and an attorneyI attempted to call her, and left a voicemail, and she still has not returned my callWe feel that we (and ASC) have done the most we can to reasonably satisfy *** ***'s complaintsThe repair of the major issue (the transmission) has been authorized by ASC, and they have done so in a timely manner of receiving all necessary informationWe hope that this eases *** ***'s dissatisfaction and allows her to continue enjoying her vehicle and the reassurance of having a service contract provider that pays claims as outlined in the scope of the contractAttached you will find a copy of the original repair order from *** *** ***, and a synopsis of what conversations have taken place between *** ***, the repair facilitie(s), and the service contract providerPlease note the inaccurate diagnosis that was reported by the first repair facility, that was not noted by the second oneThis, I feel, shows that mistakes are made, and sometimes non-necessary repairs are "suggested" to customers in hasteThank you for your consideration in this matterIf you have any questions, or further remarks, please feel free to contact me via office phone, or emailNathan *** First Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution, made by ASC Warranty, would be satisfactory to me, but this doesn't not mean I find Nathan *** and First Class Car Company's excuse satisfactory. However, I want it noted that First Class Car Company is not a legitimate car dealershipAll the documents that were forwarded by Nathan were not able to be open by my phone OR computerI find it funny that Nathan talks about the automatic transaxle and torque converter going out, but ONLY the torque converter was discussed with meAlso, these all the problems for which I am now having to get repaired AGAINThis just proves more so that First Class Car Codidn't pay for repairs OR if they did, then they just installed crappy junkyard partsPlus, since the documents couldn't be opened, there isn't enough proof for me that the work was PAID for and that the documents were not just estimatesThis doesn't say much for they customer service since they would rather have the consumer riding around in a unsafe carMy transmission issues were ONLY taken care of after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on Nathan *** and threatened to file one with ASC WarrantyI would also like to respond to Nathan's comments about me being very upsetRightfully soIf Nathan did have a customer that just spent $8,dollars on a car and warranty, then came back with problems that would cost a 1/of the car's value, and WASN'T upset, they would have financial concerns and would NOT being shopping at Nathan's dealershipTheir customer service is deplorable and they all need to find a new careerI will be writing a NEGATIVE review on the company's website and I hope this complaint can be seen by others in the future to detour them from shopping with these scam artists

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/12) */
I feel so bad for our client and all the frustration he has gone through with thisWe have tried very hard to get this resolved for himI have spoken to our claim's dept and our underwriting dept at State Farm to try to get to the reason why
his name is associated with this claim of his daughter'sState Farm did not report this claim to Nexus/Lexus with his name associated with the claim in any wayThis can be disputed by him with a reference number and contact number that must be provided by any of the companies he is getting quotes fromI spoke to him yesterday and reiterated this to him and we are trying again to work through itWe also are hoping to insure his vehicles again to get the multi line discount that dropped off of his homeowner's policy when he switched his vehicles to another companyWe had told him that the homeowner's policy would go up on renewal because he would lose the multiline discount and that's what happenedBased on the assurance I've gotten from our claims and underwriting, I'm confident that his name was not attached to this claim by our company, but I am still committed to trying to help him get this resolved and move forwardI'm hoping we can make him a multiline client again and be of service to him in a very positive manner

Per our conversation on January 8, 2016, you claimed that you never approved the roof inspection for $275.00, however, when I arrived both you and your Realtor were present and requesting a roof inspection before purchase of the homeUpon any request for a roof inspection make it perfectly clear
that a roof inspection is $and a there is no charge for a roof estimateThe difference being that a roof inspection is a detailed report of the existing roof materials and overall condition of the roof along with recommendationsAn estimate is a price for repairs and/or re-roofSince this was a tile roof, we do not physically set foot on roof so as not to cause any further damage to existing roof tilesWe can do a visual inspection from the ground to determine tile underlayment and broken or missing tilesWe employ Sky View for satellite imagery to calculate roof square footage for new roofing prices. Please remit payment for $for roof inspection. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email.*** M***

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Why would myself or my realtor ask for a roof inspection when the home inspection not day prior to you coming out stated that it was the original roof and needed to be replaced.
Regards,
*** D***
