our procedure is simple, we receive terms and policies from our partnerswe abide by those rulesso if a customer call or emails us regarding a concern we will rectify that concern within those termsso if a unit is returnable within days for example we can only have unit returned within days or if a unit is warranted for days we can only repair or replace within daysunfortunately some customer dont realize those terms or dont like to work within those termsbut that's is our contract and we need to abide by them.regarding customers last statement, we have their order number, we deal with hundreds of customers a day and have no idea of customer order number if they dont supply it

we must abide by polices of our respective partnerswe don't charge your card your refund your card we simply fulfill your order per a respective company policy.most companies have restocking fees attached to returnswe must honor that policywe extend excellent customer service per third party policies

we are a fulfilment company, for this particular return policy is repair or exchange only no retuns for buyers remorseif and when we recive a request for a rma form for a repair or replacment it is emailed to customer providing we recvie that request within days of order, in this case we dont see a rma request we understand at times customers accidently may email the wrong email address or may have spoken to the respective merchant that we fulfil for other then usso we do leave room for error if customer expains, we then escalate to level for a resolution

we are a fulfilment company, we fulfil sku's for various companieswe comply with respective policies in this particular case, all returns are subject to a 15% respocking feea order is calculated as soon as a customer creates a order and its sent to be processedplease also note we do not charge
customers we do not accept payment or issue refunds we merely fulfil per any company policy per our contract with them

Moderator Team, who had to contact the Company times to finally have resultsThe company however stated in their return policy they would charge 15% restocking fee, but they ended up charging me 20% restocking fee, so even to the end they did not perform as a professional company, but took advantage of the paying customer right to the very endI have learned to check your Revdex.com website from now on before I purchase from any company, or make sure they will follow their return policy and use my credit card so I have added buyer protectionThank you very much for your assistance it was greatly appreciated

our standard policy is days for a refund that accompanies a timestampted rma form or days for a replacment
if a item is not returned with the above paperwork or the item is not returned properly, thats were issues can arrise thats beyond our control
we issued clear instructions how a item
needs to be returned unfortunately some customer dont abide and it becomes a issue down the road

per policy refurbished items always come with original batteries which can have a charge or no charge, we attempted to rectify as a courtesy with a replacment battery were custome rcan purchase a new replacment for
that doesnt warramt a refund or will we reund this purchase at this
time

we have policies that are implemeted together with our third party merchantsin this case scenerio we acted per return policy which is days return for refund and day warrantyat this point eventhough both periods past we would be glad to resolve any issue or concern via a replacment, as we expalined to customer
refunds would not be possible at this point

I totally disagree with the 15% restocking fee, plus I would have to pay for the shipping on top of thatI will be contacting *** to let them know that they are dealing with a company that does not put customers firstHighly disappointed I should be entitled to a full refund since I did try to cancel the order less than hrs after it was placedI can't help that they ignored the request and shipped it anyway
