No one makes better ammo. Period. There have been a few times I had to wait longer for my ammo than I expected, but they made it right. I don't hand load any more. I shoot their factory ammo, and have won matches against handloaders.

We have been out of the office recently for load development and testing. We will send a refund check to Mr. [redacted] promptly. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

This issue has been resolved, and the customer has dropped the complaint. We shipped his product on August 11th, and he received it on August 15th. I've attached a copy of the delivery confirmation...

I was contacted...

by the business and was promised that my order would be shipped by May 15, 2015.  I have received no further information and the order still shows as processing on their website today May 16, 2015.  I sincerely hope that their promise was met or will be shipped next week.  I do have a cell number for them now but I plan to be easy to get along.  I do understand business problems.

This email serves as Southwest Ammunition's response to CID number [redacted], filed by [redacted]. Regarding Mr. [redacted]'s return, we informed him initially that we typically do not accept returns on loaded ammunition, as per industry standards, but that we would...

make an exception in his case; however, we told him it may be some time before we were able to replace and return his product. We have been short-staffed in our production department, but we aim to have his ammunition replaced within the next 2-3 weeks. Our advertised return and refund policy can be found here, but I will summarize below for ease of reference:

 

"Returns: Please keep in mind, every firearm is unique, and may produce varying results depending on an infinite number of potential variables. No ammunition manufacturer can guarantee exact velocities or performance from your particular gun unless they load custom ammunition specifically for that firearm. We test all of our loads, and hand-inspect every round before it leaves our facility. If you feel as though your ammunition is defective, you may send it back to us at your cost, and we will inspect it as soon as possible. If we find that it is defective, we will replace your ammunition and ship it back at no cost to you. If we test your return and find that it is functional, we will send it back to you at your cost - we do not issue refunds for returns. "

Do not order from these people . 3 months no product. Emails not returned. It'll go out Monday "I promise", didn't happen. "It not my fault,that's what shipping told me". "It just missed the [redacted] truck", "it'll go out today", "it'll go out tomorrow", tomorrow never comes. They just keep leading you on, and kill you with kindness. What a joke!

Thank you for the e-mail. We have addressed customer complaint #[redacted] through full reimbursement via a check in the mail; Mr. [redacted] has called to confirm his receipt of reimbursement....
