South Point Dodge has worked diligently to address the customers service concerns as they arise. Recently the clutch system required service and although it is considered a wear and tear time and only covered for the first 12 month or 12,000 miles of ownership, South Point worked for Mr [redacted]...
with the manufacturer to perform repairs with a $100 deductible for a $2000 repair. South Point service is happy to assist Mr. [redacted] with any future repair needs.
We invited Ms. [redacted] back to the dealership and after disclosing the banks approval and rate they assigned for her loan and explained more in-depth how the monthly payment is not possible to achieve with this high of a rate they were more comfortable knowing that we don't assign the interest rate...
and that the bank does and will keep searching for the right vehicle to fit her needs and payment and will contact her. We submitted her credit application and due to her credit issues and previous reposition she was not approved according to her terms but was preapproved for lower dollar amount and she didn't want to buy anything else. She never bought a vehicle from us. She is not a customer of ours at this moment. We have followed all procedures accordingly. It is not our fault a lender does not approve some one due to their current credit situation. We only apply for them to help with their purchase. I am the GM and if she has any question I would gladly like to be contacted by her.Submitted: 01/29/2016we have responded twice before.She left here understanding the finance laws and the importance of providing accurate information on her credit application when your applying for a loan especially secondary lenders.
Revdex.com:Southpoint made contact with me Monday and said they would honor the original deal. We were able to take care of everything over the phone so when we went in tonight we were in and out with our new vehicle within an hour. A completely different experience than our initial one and one we would recommend after this time.

I apologize for the delay in response to your complaint. We just received notice of it last week from the Revdex.com. I spoke with all of the parties involved in your transaction, and I think I have a grasp of the situation. I would like to schedule a time when we can inspect the vehicle...
when the light is on and also know the circumstances necessary to duplicate your stalling complaint. I will try and get Covert to give me a detailed run down on the steps they took to try and repair this problem, so as to know what the did that failed to correct the issue, and so that we don't make the same mistake as them.
