I prefer emailI can do phone calls if its the last resort
When is Sony going to fix my tv (I did mention the problems in the complaint)? It still has the light bleed and the sever ghosting/double images issues that I had previous explained in the complaint.
When viewing HDR content (4K blu-ray, video games that support HDR), I can't tell the difference when the HDR is on or off
When viewing 4K content (4K blu-ray, video games, or any apps on the tv that support 4k, or even content that has been up-scaled by the tv or even the receiver) with or with out HDR enabled/disabled, I can't tell the difference between 4K and 1080p content.
On the bright side, I can see and hear a big differnce between the Sony's Master in 4K 1080p movies and the non-mastered in 4k 1080p movies.
