response because: At this time received two voice mail messages from Solar city Customer service, in which I have called back - 5 times and left messages. Just today I have just received an email from their customer service department rep. Nothing has been done so far except for a voice message indicating that they know I have filed a complaint. While it is correct that I have been in contact with one of SolarCity's customer service...
representatives, this has done nothing to remedy the issue at hand. I have been in touch with SolarCity's customer service representatives for over a year now, and have been passed from one to another, dealing with varying levels of responsiveness. None of them have been able to give me answers about when SolarCity with either honor or terminate my lease, including the person I spoke to on Friday, 4/28/**, when I was advised once again that SolarCity had no plan of action to satisfy their contractual commitments to me, nor a timeline as to when they would terminate the lease and remove the system, nor any details as to the money I have paid them.

I have FINALLY received my money back. I'm still unsatisfied with their handling of this case. I was not notified about the deposit. I just happened to log into my bank account and saw the deposit. I appreciate any assistance you provided in this matter. I hope you do hear from the company, if only so that they know they can't do this to their clientele.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The communication was thee worst I have ever came across to date. I would call and leave a message only to get a call back days later and sometimes not at all. Every time I would speak to someone different I would have to explain my situation all over again. I would only find out critical info when they were calling me to schedule the install. When I eventually spoke to a manager they were more concerned about installing the system rather than my concerns and customer service. Eventually I got to a higher up manager just to have him call me once and never returned my phone call or even the email I sent them. There a number of solar companies out there do not waste your time with this company they only care about the bottom line and not their customers.

When Solarcity contacted me a year ago I was told that I will save money on my energy bill. They requested my Electric bills with several months history in order to provide me with a "better" rate. I'm a busy man and travel all the time, so I relied on the trustworthiness and professionalism of Solarcity, which they betrayed! It turned out that my rates were higher than my provider and I only noticed that now, as I started receiving higher bills due to longer sun hours. In total I'm paying more in total electric cost than what Solracity has promised. The rates of my electric providers were $0.12/KWh last year and they're $0.0829/Wwh today, Solarcity is charging me $0.142/KWh...this herrendous! It's a ponzi scheme! They should lower the current rates or come take their ugly solar panels from my roof!
