I have not been presented with a formal offer. I have been verbally offered a general solution, which I am generally amenable to. Obviously, until the details are known to me and the offer has been formally presented in writing, I am unable to agree that this issue has been resolved.

We have determined that the customer has a private network set up within the home that has different web servers blocked. Unfortunately, this is why he is unable to reach our servers for our monitoring equipment to communicate to our network. The customer has been informed that we are unable to make any changes as we cannot modify a customer's VPN settings. The customer was provided with guidance on how to allow our equipment permission to communicate with our network. We will have someone from our Customer Technical Support contact him shortly.

customer with the most recent being 05/20/** where there was a voicemail, 05/25/** there was another voicemail along with an email sent to the customer. The customer has not responded to any of the messages left. The final call to the customer is on schedule for 06/02/16. However, as of today's date the customer has been non-responsive in order to address their questions and concerns.

Not only does Solar City constantly call me their political counterparts call concerning meetings, complaints, etc. I do not wish to receive ANY calls concerning solar power.

am rejecting this response because: I have been trying to deal with their "customer relations" in the past with no resolution which is why I turned to the Revdex.com. None of these "customer relations" have done anything except to try and justify their fraudulant practices and cover up the lies we were told as an effort to get us to purchase solar panel from them. Everything I was told SolarCity has not stood behide. If I had been told the truth I NEVER WOULD HAVE PURCHASED SOLAR PANEL FROM SOLARCITY. I am not alone, I have talked with others that were mislead with lies as well and hopefully they too will be filing complaints with the Revdex.com and other agancies I have referred them to.Sincerely,[redacted]

Worst experience ever!
They damage my roof during the panel installation. One year after rain/water damage to the ceiling and room interior the issue is Not fixed.They failed to repair the leak 1st time, so 3 month after its rained they had to come back. Once again, one year after, the issue is Not fixed.Took them ages to install the system,they never on time,and at least 3 times didn't show up and didn't cancel appointment. After countless attempts to resolve this issue with their unbelievably slow and unprofessional customer service (one year of calls,emails, pictures, inspections,estimates.. ) they left me with no choice but to start a legal action against Solar City in order to fix the damage to my house they have done.
Stay away from Solar City!!!

We were absolutely not told the incentive is contingent on an install. We were informed it was simply for allowing the sales presentation. Please provide what was promised.

You are just repeating the exact same thing.
I was told at the festival that I would get it for allowing the presentation, I was not provided any T&C nor was I told "goto www.solarcity.com for details". This also was not at a Home Depot, it was at a 4th of July festival.
I was promised the Walmart gift card for allowing the presentation, and I expect to be given what I was promised.
