expires on April 4, 2017. Ms. [redacted] called in to get some information about her account, the Snap team member who provided her application ID transposed the last two digits of her account. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused her. We have not received the balance transfer check from her credit card company. Once we receive the check we will apply the proceeds and close her account with Snap Finance. We have pushed her next scheduled payment to March 10, 2017. agreement. Over time his paid ahead balance has dropped this has resulted in his current payment being past due. We are now aware of the situation and are happy to work with him to correct the issue of a past due payment. 100 Day Cash Payoff Option expires on April 16th, 2018. If he would like to take advantage of this early purchase option he must contact us to arrange payment.
We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] to resolve her concerns. Ms. [redacted] entered into a Rental-Purchase Agreement on March
15, 2015 to finance merchandise purchased at Mattress 1One. Ms. [redacted] consented
to sign the Rental-Purchase agreement electronically. There is no physical
signature on an...
electronically signed agreement. A copy of her agreement was
provided to her before signing. The agreement clearly disclosed the terms of
the agreement and the Total Cost of the agreement. Ms. [redacted]’s agreement was
disclosed to her as a 12 month (26 payments) lease with 90 day terms.
We provide all customers with multiple options to obtain
ownership. A customer may elect to take advantage of our 100 day Cash Payoff
Option any time on or before day 100. After the 100 day Cash Payoff period a
customer may take advantage of our Early Buyout Option and receive a 30%
discount off the remaining balance. Customers must alert us if they wish to
take advantage of one of our early purchase options. Customers also have the
option to return the property to us in good repair and working order at the end
of any lease term as long as payments are paid to date.

because calling in is not getting a statement. they could tell me anything and they force me to take them at there word. If I demand a statement in writing, I should be able to get it. And I should have been forced to sign the agreement BEFORE the service was provided on my BMW. I would not have had the work done had I known the interest rate was over 130% !! However, due to the fact the work was already completed, I had no other option as he ran the application right then and there. They said I knew about it before I signed it. however, the work was already completed before I signed anything so in all actuality, no I did not know about the terms before the service was provided for my BMW. This is horrible business and I want refunded to pay off the loan I was FORCED to take.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the last time I will say this. I DID NOT fill out the application, there for I DID NOT give consent. The Steal a Sofa employee filled out the application for on his computer. I know my credit score and I wouldn’t have gone to the furniture had I known that my credit would be checked. You cannot say Steal a Sofas website clearly states that there is a credit check, because that is false. I informed both businesses that; that is false advertisement but no one is doing anything about it. As I said before I contacted the California Bar Association and I’m waiting for a response from my lawyer. I DID NOT give consent, NOWHERE on Steal a Sofas website states there is a credit check. The employee told me that Snap Finance doesn’t run credit, I’ve already received my report from Clarity services and spoke to the manager there who told me they indeed run credit checks. Snap finance is allowing Steal a Sofa to falsely lure people to there store and illegally running their credit. Also a manager from Snap Finance stayed that they informed Steal a Sofa about there website but there “No Credit Check” is still on there. Your company is built on lies. Shame on you. My lawyer will contact you.
