insurance or extended warranties for the products we finance. Any insurance or warranty he purchased was through the merchant who sold the wheels and tires. Mr. [redacted] has entered into a rental-purchase agreement with Snap Finance. As a rental-purchase agreement Mr. [redacted] does not obtain ownership of the merchandise until the completion of the agreement or he takes advantage of one of our early purchase options. Snap Finance offers a 100 Day Cash Payoff and an Early Buyout Discount. All terms of the agreement were clearly disclosed in the agreement, a copy of which was sent to the email address at he provided us at application. In our agreement customers agree to pay fair market value if the merchandise is damaged or destroyed. However, Snap Finance is willing to work with Mr. [redacted] to come to a reasonable resolution. Mr. [redacted] can contact us by calling ###-###-####.

Snap Finance offers all customers the opportunity to obtain ownership of the merchandise early by providing a 100 Day Cash Payoff option, and after,...
customers can take advantage of our Early Buyout Option, where they only pay a percentage of the remaining payments. Ms. [redacted]’s 100 Day Cash Payoff expired on February 22, 2017. During exchanges with our customer service representatives we offered to extend her Cash Payoff. Her new 100 Day Cash payoff dated expired on April 7, 2017. We have reviewed her account and found no evidence that she indicated at any time to setup payments to take advantage of the 100 Day Cash Payoff Option. However, Ms. [redacted] can still take advantage of our Early Buyout Discount at any time. Also, if she no longer wishes to remain in possession of the property she can voluntarily surrender the property in good working order and pay any past due payments at the end of her current lease term. We are sorry to hear about Ms. [redacted]’ experience with Snap Finance. We understand that while she was/is out of work she needed a special payment plan to keep her account current. The plan she agreed to was for biweekly payments. We also delayed and moved payment dates to the times she specified....
If the plan no longer works we are happy to assist her in finding a payment option that will work for her. If she no longer wishes to remain in possession of the merchandise she can surrender merchandise in good working order and make any remaining payments through the remainder of the current lease term. We are happy to find a plan that works for her. She also has the option of taking advantage of our Early Buyout Discount where she only pays a percentage of the remaining payments to obtain ownership early. She can make changes to her payment plan or take advantage of the Early Buyout Discount by contacting us at 877-557-3769.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all I NEVER CALLED AND SAID IT WAS OK TO TAKE OUT 101.89. Due to all of this I have not been able to buy food for my family and MY paycheck had to cover all the fee's. They need to stop lying!!!! Even though they refunded the 101.89 the bank did NOT refund any of the fee's so I had to take care of that myself!! Also they were trying to add back on the two payments they had already taken out to try and charge me more for their mistake. I honestly am ready to hire my lawyer to sue this company for negligence.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not confused about the terms of our agreement. I was flat out lied to about it from the merchant who represented their company. Their lending practices are predatory at best, criminal at worst. 100% financing and a 39 dollar processing fee should earn the customer a bit more clarity. You would think they would have offered to pay back the set up fee under the circumstances yet not doing so tells of their underhanded nature. They are the reason why people object to foreign cells operating within their country.

a debit to his bank account for a payment on a rental-purchase agreement he
stated he did not sign. A brief investigation revealed that this was indeed the
case and immediately began the process of refunding his account. The refund

I am rejecting this response because:since the representative didn't disclose a payment that was in process for the following day, I was charged more than what was disclosed. I stand by my initial request that I should be refunded the amount the company fraudulently debited my account.

I am rejecting this response because:I had previously contacted this company to inform them of fraud on my bank card and I was advised that a hold had been placed on my account and I had been making manual payments until I received my new card.. There were multiple conversations about this issue and I had spoken to several reps about this, everytime I was assured no more payments would be taken off my temp card-- 2 additional payments were debited without my permission.. When I contacted the business to ask for the additional fees to be removed I was also assured this was done and nothing has happened. I haven't even received any type of resolution ..
