The issue that was filed with Revdex.com has not been resolvedI spoke with *** in referenced to the contract issues and excessive price increaseIn addition, I told her that I had provided a copy of the contract on multiple occasions to Hour Fitness during the period I was trying to resolve this issue directly with them, but each time I was ignore and didn't get a response.
I also told her that a copy of the contract was uploaded with my complaint to Revdex.com*** stated that she will look into it and get back to me.
I had received a voice message and an email on 3/from *** I immediately emailed back*** and left a voice message for her as wellTo date I have not received a reply back or telephone call The status of the issue is still the same as it was when the complaint was filed.

agreement purchased on 11/16/06, your membership is eligible for an annual
dues increase after the initial prepaid term. Please note that
this increase was not a decision which we took lightlyHowever, it was an

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was a follow up call from someone but all they did was deny responsibility and defend the actions of their corporationThere is no agreement to not be allowed to cancel without a dollar termination fee or agreement to automatically charge an annual fee because these one sided fees were not explained at the time of signiture where there is supposed to be a meeting of the minds
I would not have agreed to membership if these things were explained to me and I highly believe that the salesman/manager do not have any incentive to explain these terms and purposely avoid them.Regards,*** ***

First, we have not had a discussion about this issue as described in the proposed resolution feedbackRather, I received a call on a Friday during business hoursSince the time was inappropriate, I requested that we speak on the following Monday to allow my legal representative to join the conference callIt's been two weeks and still no return call has been placed
Next, no policy change has occurred at the pool area the said institutionI have observed several users run the same routine without any reprimand or run-ins.
Do respond with a follow call and a written explanation of the changes as necessary
