I am unable to understand the response, yes this company is working on it. However it's been over year I haven't got my refund yet. I can't say that my complaint is resolved until I get refund.

We have researched this issue.   Passenger original ticket came back unable to confirm.   Seats were not available.  One of our agents rebooked her on different flights that were available.  In this case the fare was higher.   As a courtesy we have refunded...

Spend over $3200. for four tickets. One person needed to get back 24 hours earlier. There were tickets available yet they wanted to charge more than half of the original ticket fee. I fact they were charging a fine that was more than a whole new one way ticket. I will never order from them again, feel like I have been robbed.

(I do not trust this company. I trusted them before in the hopes they would make good their services and they didnt. I wasted hours upon hours sitting in parking lots on hold with no response and I had to call back just to be put on hold again. I could have spent more time with my family. I refuse to accept this resolution.  A round trip ticket for me would be acceptable. So I can spend the lost time with family. I almost missed my flight because of your company. Even the agent I worked with who was a supervisor sat on hold for a long period of time to get me on the flight. If it were you, what would satisfy you??? I had people who were rude and disrespectful and it wasnt even my fault. It was your company's. Yet im the one who is getting the shaft on this deal...why???)

This customer has not produced any new information. My last response remains valid. These airline tickets were purchased on 1/29/14. The customer no showed his flights and the tickets have no value now. I've attached the confirmation email in this rebuttal for your convenience.

If the customer is claiming that he received one refund but not the other two, that is very bizarre since they were all refunded at the same time. Please have the customer send in a bank statement showing that he only received one of the three refunds.I've attached the receipts again for your convenience.Regards,

Mr. [redacted] cancelled the hotel directly thru [redacted] rather than thru us.  Generally the cancellation should have gone thru us in order to prevent penalties.   However we were able to waive the penalties in this instance.  Refund has been processed for $315.45.

I'm seeing that we sent a confirmation email to this customer on 7/5/14 saying his ticket number [redacted] was confirmed. However, he must have spoke to someone and cancelled because I see the ticket was voided and never charged. The ticket was voided on 7/6/14 and should never...

have hit the customers bank account/credit card.
Can the customer please show that he was actually charged? I believe on 7/7/14 when he saw the charge, it was a pending charge from when it was ran on 7/5/14, and it hadn't dropped off yet from the void on 7/6/14.

I want to be on record that they are not a legitimate company and because they held our money we all paid much higher than we should of and couldn't fly together.
