This organization has violated my privacy by posting my personal information including addresses & phone numbers. I want it removed ASAP.
Smart Background Checks has violated my privacy by posting my personal information online which includes addresses, phone numbers and family members names. I never gave permission verbal or written. I want all of my personal information permanently removed from their site and database.

Smartback ground check has listed ALL my personal information.
They have listed all my personal information. Even a bird's eye view of my current home. My complete DOB, phone number. I feel having this informtion out in the open, I am an easy target for Identity fraud, I am very uncomfortable with is.

This company is posting my current and previous address without my permission. I want this information removed from its website immediately.

Smartbackground check is publicy displaying my name, age, address and telephone number. The website is advertising that I have an eviction.
I googled my full name, *** along with my dob of *** and google resulted in a SMARTBACKGROUND CHECK website and accurate found. I clicked onto the link and under my profile it indicates I have or have had an eviction possibly from 2015. I was not and never have been a tenant with a lease agreement for such i.formation to be obtained and/or are aware of eviction accusations. I contacted SMARTBACKGROUND check to inquire where the information was obtained from via email. SMARTBACKGROUND check did not provide me with the information I was seeking only provided me with the option to opt out of their profile.

This company is publishing my personal information online without my consent, and I been harassed many times because of it an I am tired of asking them to remove my information. I sent them a email tell them I would take this matter to court. Please do something about these pest.

I have asked smart background check to remove my private information from their site as per California consumer privacy act.
I had asked Smarkbackground check to remove all of my private contact information from their site as per California Consumer Privacy Act. Finally after two request they gave me a link to delete my information that only took me on a loop and I couldn't delete the information.
When I finally e-mailed them that they were in violation of California consumer privacy act they did remove the link to my information within their site, however they continue to display my name and personal information under their search description.
I have never been in contact with their representatives as there is not option that allows this, even their telephone number on the site is just automated system.
It's definitely uneasy to see that this company had all of my previous addresses, phone numbers and personal information.
I get constant, telemarketing, fishing phone calls, potential scammer calls and It may be due to the fact that they offer all of my contact information.

My personal info. including my past addresses and contact information is not listed online for anybody to view by this company without my consent.
My complaint is that my personal information is out in the public and can be used for identity theft or any other harmful matters.

This website has all of my personal information listed. I reached out to the company, asked for my info be removed several times with no luck.
The company is exposing my private information to whom ever is looking for it. I have tried to resolve this with the company, but with bi luck. Please help me get my personal information off of this website. I find it very dangerous That it has my current telephone number, address and date of birth on there. If my public information is not removed from Smartbackgroundchecks.com immediately, I will file a complaint against Smartbackgroundchecks.com with the Federal Trade Commission, contact Smartbackgroundchecks.com's local district attorney's office and request an investigation into this company and their business practices. In addition if need be, I will contact Smartbackgroundchecks.com's local Federal Bureau Of Investigation field office with a request for an investigation into this company. Public information websites are in fact investigated by both state district attorney's offices in addition to investigations by the Federal Bureau Of Investigation as they have been found to be hubs for the trafficking of minors. A recent case in San Diego, California against a large public information website by the aforementioned agencies netted possible seizures and arrests.

It is causing me and my family emotional and material loss including, jeopardizing safety and compromising my identity and credit. If my information is not immediately removed, I may be forced to take legal action to compensate for my losses. The company should also not sell my information to any other parties. Thank you.
