I am rejecting this response because:I followed your email you sent to me stating just click on a link to get a free streaming stick. And I followed all the steps. My month started on December 7. I will consider you giving me a full refund and start my subscription over and sending me the streaming stick. The next step is contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge on my card.
