Several times attempted to contact customer in regards to their refund request, issued a credit back onto their credit card in the full amount of the refund requested, which was for $on 514.*** [redacted]
I am so sorry that we have not yet answered the complaintI just spoke to the person in charge of the customer service department and they informed me that it took awhile for the necessary approval by the refund departmentI can assure you that it has been all taken care of, and that everything will be sent out this ThursdayThank you and I hope I have been in the best assistance
