In October 2017, I received a charge to my American Airlines Credit Card that I disputed through your business and thanks to your business I,through your work got the company, Avan Skin Labs, to refund my money in November. Well lo and behold on December 12,2017, I
get another unauthorized charge to my credit card from a company called Makeup365 for
$9.95. In checking with the company through my credit card customer service department I find that they are in partnership with Avan Skin Labs and they said that because I had sent a survey back to the company that they had renewed my subscription. The only survey I returned was to your business!!! , unless the survey was a fraudulent email company! I never heard of this company before and in questioning them further they said "well we may have sent you an email and it could be in your spam box". The credit card company made a three way call to
the company and they agreed to refund the charge and any future charges but I want this company reported to the Florida Attorney's Office and I do not know how to do this.
Order_Number: XXXXXXXXXX
Other (requires explanation) I want to know if the survey I filled out that I thought the Revdex.com had sent me was compromised in some way and I want this company to stop harassing seniors and other people through their illegal and dishonest business practices. If you can not do anything about this I want to know someone in Florida that can stop these practices, I have a recording of my conversation with the company where they blamed the survey for the authorization of these new charges.
Our products may have been advertised on the page where you answered a/the survey. Our products are only processed or shipped once the customer initiates or submits an order. To resolve this complaint, A CSR have cancelled and processed a courtesy refund of $60.00 off of each on 10/31/18. And we have authorized a full refund for the charge on your account, so an additional refund of 25.20 (eye serum) and $27.50 (wrinkle cream) was processed on 11/31/17. Your account has been completely cancelled and you will no longer be billed nor contacted. If you have further questions please feel free to call me directly at 813-563-4265 my name is Jesse and I am here to help!
Complete rip of! Do not order from them, they should be put out of business.
They got me for $87.50, and I returned all products to them. Have PO, routing
verification to prove they received the order back. They still will not refund my
money!
I received one sample and I will return it. I was billed $87.50 and $85.20 on 11/27/17 for items not ordered. I have canceled my account and object to restocking fees of $17.50.
The advertisements and billing practices are fraudulent. I would never order a skin production costing $85.20 to $87.50 or agree to continued deliveries as part of the agreement to receive low cost skin care samples.
Adeyepro and Aderma are the same company but billed separately.
I have been scammed by this company. They shipped my order free of charge, I was to pay shipping charges only.. This was a month ago, to date they have taken roughly $300 dollars from my account. What should I do?
Product does not work as advertised and there automatic bank withdrawal for future products with out my approval.
Ordered FREE face cream product on 9/30/17 and for only$5.94 (S/H), I co eye serum. No were was there there a mention of them charging me $85 or $87.50. No where was there anything mentioned that I had only 14days to TRY the product! My account was charged$87.50 on October 2, 2017 for $5.94 & $87.50 on October 20, 2017. I finally had time to call on 11/14/17 and demanded my money be refunded. They told me they could only refund$40 because I passed the14 day Trial period!! This company is a TOTAL ripoff. I never had ordered anything online and I guess I now have my answer why. So I paid all that hard earned $$ for a product that is totally worthless. I liked Joanna G.., but I'm totally disappointed!!!
Total refund of my$87.50
Hello Ms ***, As a ONE time customer courtesy we have processed an additional refund or adjustment in check for the amount of $47.50. It will be sent to your address at *** Trinity TX 75862. You should expect to receive it in 7-10 business days. If you have further questions please feel free to call me directly at *** my name is Jesse and I am here to help!
they advertise free samples but charge you huge amounts of money if you don't cancel a "subscription" that you didn't know you signed up for !!!
I requested 2 free samples of Alluraderm makeup and also their skin cream they said it would only be a charge of $4.95 each for shipping Nothing was said at all about any other charges, nor a subscription service. a couple weeks later, my credit card company alerted me that a makeup company had attempted to charge $85 to my card (they blocked it and notified me), and then they attempted to charge $87.50 to my card, which was not blocked. I have filed a dispute claim for this fraudulent $87.50 with my credit card company, still pending. I made 2 attempts to resolve this with AlluraDerm, they DO NOT CARE. They offered me a $40 "settlement" the first time, and a $30 "settlement" the 2nd time - both of which I refused. They then charged a $9.95 "subscription fee" to my credit card, which I never signed up for, and I protested to my credit card company and also to AlluraDerm. They did cancel the "subscription" and refunded the $9.95. what a rip-off! I canceled my credit card account and had a new card sent to me, in order to avoid being vulnerable to their fraudulant business practices. I hope I can get the $87.50 refunded because I live paycheck to paycheck and I can't take this hit to my income. There was NOTHING said on the "front-end" website about a subscription nor charges of $85.00 or $87.50 for make-up, NOR WAS ANYTHING SAID ABOUT A 2-WEEK TRIAL PERIOD. They said AFTER TH E FACT that I was supposed to call them and cancel this "trial period" within 14 days or be charged for the make-up. RIP-OFF !!! I won't let them get away with it.
I demand a refund of the $87.50 that was fraudulently charged to my credit card. i will not pay it. I did not agree to a subscription nor to a 2-week free trial period.
Ms., When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. Per terms and conditions all used products are non-returnable or refundable once past the 14-day trial period. You called to cancel after trial period ended. The trial started from the time you placed the order on 09/21/17 until 10/08/17. Your account was cancelled by a CSR on 10/09/17. To help you with the charges we offered to process a customer courtesy refund of $40.00. Since you have refused the refund and decided to file a dispute/chargeback with your bank, we are no longer available to process additional credits or refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer. In order for us to issue any type of refund we would need you to call us with the bank on the phone. The bank is the only one who can allow us access to approve a refund or not. If you have further questions please feel free to call me directly at 813-563-4265 my name is Jesse and I am here to help!

It is poor business practice to hide the terms of purchase in a "Terms and Conditions" which most people do not read. Pricing for products you are selling should be clearly stated on the web page that is being accessed by customers. I did not read the Terms & Conditions, never suspecting that such high prices would be hiding there !! If I had known that each item would cost over $85 I never would have agreed to purchase the 2 items. Furthermore, I knew nothing of a "subscription" rate for $9.95/month. I see from many other complaints on the Revdex.com website, that you have used these under-handed tactics on many people. Customers should be allowed to purchase goods online in all good faith. The bottom line is that NOTHING was said on your website about a 2-week trial period. You make it appear that what is being ordered is a free sample. That is what I was expecting to receive. If I knew that I only had 2 weeks to "change my mind" and cancel, I would have done so ESPECIALLY if I KNEW (which I did NOT) that it was going to be such an expensive purchase! I resent your under-handed business practices, and so do many other customers who have been victimized by them. Perhaps you should reconsider how you do business. My credit card company has agreed that this is consumer fraud and they have refunded the $87.50 for the second charge I am disputing with you. I will make sure everyone knows that you are not straightforward in your business practices, and the way you make your money is by trickery. My complaint with the Revdex.com stands. I am highly offended at your method of treating me, and I resent how you spoke with me on the phone when I called to complain. You did not care about me at all. Your "settlement" offers (first time: $40 and second time: $30) are insulting, and border on extortion which is ILLEGAL. Here's an idea: Put the ACTUAL PRICE right there on your fishing-lure website!! Not hidden in tiny print in "Terms & Conditions" are you kidding me!! ?? We are done.
False Advertising - fine print was not don't disclosed.
Ad stated "free trial" pay for shipping. Before purchasing I read through the entire "available" web pages to make sure I was signing up for recurring billing. Learned after they billed me a month later that the "free trial" wasn't free. This was not disclosed on their website or any of the follow-up confirmation emails I received.
They offered me a refund of $120.00 not the entire amount billed. I would like the entire amount billed refunded to me. However, more importantly, I would like to see their false advertising stopped so that other people aren't scammed.

To help you with the charges we offered to process a customer courtesy refund of $60.00 off of each charge and you get to keep the products. The refund policy for all unused returned products will have a restocking fee. I can do a ONE time adjustment and waive of the restocking if you decide to return unused or sealed products. The refund for the remainder amount will be processed once we receive the products. Please let me know if this is something you would like so I can provide you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). I will accept the $60 per product refund since that's all you offer since you claim I missed your fine print. I'm still not happy since I essentially ended up paying with shipping around $50 for each product that did not provide the results that you advertised.
Please return the unopened or sealed products to the following address:
Attn: Product Returns
P.O. Box 153201 #3300
Tampa FL 33684
Place the RMA Numbers anywhere on the outside of the package.
RMA Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Allure Eye serum
RMA Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Allure Wrinkle cream
Once products are received we will process the remainder refund of $25.20 eye serum and 27.50 wrinkle cream. If you have further questions please feel free to call me directly at 813-563-4265 my name is Jesse and I am here to help!

The products are not unopened. How would I have sampled the products to determine whether they worked or not without opening them? They refunded me the $60 per product. At this point I will live with being taken for the $25 per product as a lesson learned. Thank you for your assistance in trying to resolve.
I can't believe this company didn't turn into a police case yet!
How can a company builds its reputation fooling people and nothing can be done???? I was a victim of their scam:
I was participating on a survey and a trial of Allure products was offered to me, no option to leave the page, just a "proceed to check out" button that took me to 4 shipping charges adding close to 14.00. Oh well, it would not hurt to try a new product, right?
Wrong!!! I NEVER got the trial for problems with my address, donveniently didn't save the apt #. Then I called to ask for trial and found out that I was automatically enrolled on a monthly supply. Cancelled it, but had a charge of 94.95 already on my card. Called multiple times and was told nothing could be done and hung up on me.
I ordered the sample, which they say is good for 30 days and had only about 2-3 tablespoons of product in the little jar. Did not read the 14 days to cancel so they charged my account $87.50 for that small jar. I talked to them today, 11-15-17, and they said since I didn't call within 14 days and cancel they will refund me $40.00. They should be checked by whomever does such and put them out of business. $87.50 is a ridiculous amount to be charged for such a small amount.
I would give them a less than a 1 review.
Ordered a free 14 day offer for shipping charges only. They sent me a 45 day supply and charged me for that and because I did not cancel my order (never saw any thing on the original order about cancelling) they sent me another order in 30 days and charged me full price for that. My credit card blocked the charges and when I call the Co they offered me a refund if I returned the product. At my expense of course! Will never fall for another Internet offer! Believe this is the product of singer
This company needs to be shut down. They did to me what they have done to all of you. The fraud department in my bank will take care of this; however, please make sure you call your bank, and get a new credit card. I just left a message here in Florida with the Attorney General, and they will return my call. Please call your Attorney General and report your experience. All one has to do is type Skin Allure Brands in Google, and you will find hundreds of others being scammed. Give the AG the following address: *** Hillsborough Avenue, *** FL If you call you will get the Philippines and you will get no cooperation from them only rudeness
.
Although I DID NOT READ THE FINE PRINT on the website that I ordered the promotional items from, I have used the anti-wrinkle eye serum and face cream and truly LIKE the products! I was surprised to see the charges on my bank account statement, but called Skin Allure and they were very helpful. My subscription was cancelled (I blindly signed up for it and didn't realize it), and a refund amount was agreed upon that was satisfactory to me. I will continue to use this product for the present time, and will order as I need it rather than have a subscription. I think that the product needs to be evaluated as it is a very good product! The advertising/business aspect needs to be clearer however! I am a satisfied customer!
This is a fraudulent company. The sample products is no good, and did not improve my skin in the shipping. Then 2 weeks later they charged my credit card $172.70 without my consent. Beware of their scamp. Do not deal with this company.
I purchased the Anti-Wrinkle cream as well as the Eye Serum. Paid the postage. Called to confirm how long I had to cancel. Gentleman told me if I paid total of $38.00 I could have 30 days to return for refund. Cream stuck to my facial skin and felt awful so I called in 9 days to return and was told since I "ordered" a 30 day supply I could not et a refund even though I was still within the original 14 day trial period. Bad business practices at this form.
The company deceived the public using JoAnna Gaines of HGTV as owning/developing the products which is untrue. They charged $32 restocking fee.
Order # XXXXXX approx. date Aug. 2017 for two products, eye serum and anti-wrinkle cream thinking per ad that they were developed by JoAnna Gaines of HGTV.
Called for refund Sept. 26, 2017 after seeing a deduction on my bank account of $70.00 plus dollars per item & seeing that JoAnna Gaines has no skin care line. Half my money was refunded.
Returned unopened items Sep. 26, 2017 w/RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Oct. 30, 2017 called and that's when the other half of my money was to be refunded also found out the restocking fee was $32.00.
I would like my restocking fee of $32.00 refunded to me due to their deception.
I request the company refund the restocking fee in the amount of $32.00 they charged me. I would have not bought these products had they not deceived me using JoAnna G. as the developer. Oct.30,17 I spoke with M.J. at the company but she refused to refund the restocking fee and said they are not affiliated w/JoAnna G.. I explained to M.J. that their print ad had JoAnna G. on it and that's the only reason I bought these products. No resolution was obtained.
Ms., As a ONE time customer courtesy we have refunded the restocking fee per $15.00 eye serum and $17.00 wrinkle cream. You should see the refund in your account in 3-5 business days. If you have further questions please feel free to call me directly at 813-518-8855 my name is Jesse and I am here to help!
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company agreed to refund the total amount of the restocking fee which is $32.00. Thank you Revdex.com for your help in this matter.
I had seen this AD on TV and called in to placed my FREE trial order.
I feel I was completely scammed by Skin Allure Brands and their Allura Derm product. I thought I was agreeing to a FREE trial period of the new product and had 30 days to determine my like or dislike of the product, only to find out 2 weeks later my credit card was charged for $87.00+ shipping without my consent.
I was lucky that my credit card company declined and calling me to warn me about this company.
On 10/25/17I contacted them and they still charged me $19.85 plus the shipping.
I would never recommend this company, their product or their poor customer service practices.
Buyer beware, they blame the customer, do not take ownership of their supposed trial offer and then stick you with an enormous bill, for a product that really did not live up to its claim.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
STOP this FALSE FREE AD's
Ordered cosmetics creams online. Advertised as free 30 day trial for shipping cost only, no terms or conditions listed. 2 wks later I was billed $172
I believe it was a Facebook Ad online for skin products, free 30 day trial, for shipping only. 1-AlluraDerm cream, 1-eye cream. ordered 10/06/2017 using my Debit card to pay for shipping. $5.94 for the wrinkle.cream and $4.95 for the eye cream. No mention was made on the Ad for terms and conditions. I looked for them! I received the products, but had not used them as I did not receive and follow up info for reordering. On 10/24/2017 I checked my online banking and saw that I had been billed $87.50 for the Wrinkle cream and $85.20 for the DermaEyeXT cream. I called the company and they informed me that if I had not canceled the trial within 14 days that I would be charged for the 30 day free trial supply, which they did. I complained that I thought they were advertising fraudulently and deceiving as I did not see any terms or conditions listed on the ad. They finally conceded to reimburse me $50. on each order and cancel the order. I have not received the reimbursement yet. I believe I should have been reimbursed the full amount and a free trial should have been a FREE trial.
I want a full refund from this company. A warning should be issued for us old folks...I am 80 years old and they nearly broke me. I offered to return the unopened product, but they told me I would be charged a restocking fee making it sound that it would not be worth it to return them. In my calculations they still owe me $72.70.

We do not normally do this but as a ONE time customer courtesy, we have processed an additional refund or a refund for the remainder amount of $35.20 eye serum and $37.50 wrinkle cream today 10/31/17. The company complied to my refund request. Thank you.
We were suckered into this scam thinking we were getting a free trial for $4.95. Then they charged our credit card $172.70 + another $10.89 shipping
Starting on 9-18-17 our credit card was charged 2 times $4.95 & $5.94, I'm not sure what that's for the $4.95 is shipping I guess which was all we were to pay for our "FREE TRIAL". Then on 10/04/2017 another charge of $87.50 then on 10/05 another charge for $85.20, a total of $182.59. I called them and they said it was to late to return. I told them I would pay for the return shipping. They said they couldn't give me a refund, But could give me a credit of $100.00 and after they received the product there would be a $34.00 restocking fee. I use US Bank and have a dispute with them in hope of recovering my money. I am in hopes that you can also help me by contacting them to get my money back. This company is nothing but a rip off and I told the person there that I hope they couldn't sleep good for ripping old people off. My wife is 78 years old and just thought they had a good product to take wrinkles away. They should be put out of business, it's a sham & a scam.
I'm in hopes of recovering the $172.20 they charge for the worthless product. Plus it would be nice to get the $10.89 back as well, but I will forfit that to get the main charge back.

It seems to me that this company keeps changing address and changing the name of their products to keep from refunding money. Here is a list of charges on my US Bank credit card:

9/15/17 ref # XXXX XXXXXXXXXXAEYYERUM XXX-XXX-XXXXX FL $4.95

I looked on line and they no longer have this brand or advertising. I think it's a cover up so they can say they don't know me. Well they charged my account. Not only that I got another charge from TX with another wonder cream. I had to close my credit card out and get another one. They prey on old people with their winkle products. My wife is 78 and thought she was getting some winkle remover for $4.95 shipping and free cream. Please go get them and get my money back. Look online you can see many other products they claim "FREE" for just $4.95. Thank You ***@centurylink.net Phone XXX-XXX-XXXX

Alluraderm advertises its product in a very deceiving way. They sell you a product as a trial for just the cost of shipping and then in the small print if the terms and conditions they let you know that after 14 days you will have to actually pay $160 for the product. They also automatically sign you up to a monthly subscription charging you the same amount every month and when you call them in it and offer to return the product they do not give you a refund nor accept the return. Their contact is firm also doesn't give any contact information for them. They make it exceptionally difficult to reach them to cancel and inquire about this.

Other (requires explanation) I have disputed the charges with my bank and am filing this as well as further evidence. They should not be allowed to do business this way.
