*** *** *** *** sold our mortgage to Specialized Loan Servicing in March In May 2018, SLS informed us that they would be raising our monthly mortgage $per month due to our escrow being shortWhile we were with Wells Fargo Mortgage for twelve years our payments would fluctuate $10-$a month depending on our taxes which we understandBut our taxes have not change that drastically to warrant a $hikeWe contacted SLS customer service where they refused to help identify why exactly our payment was being raisedWe have been paying the new monthly amount but have noticed SLS does not provide statements for escrow accounts on monthly billing statements or onlineI would think that this must be provided to the consumer, after all, this is our hard earned money they are spendingWe are requesting that SLS provide monthly escrow statements to their clients and that SLS's unethical business practices are investigated immediately

Agreed with the company on a bi-weekly payment First couple of years there was no problem except we had to call every month the have the late fees removed However now past two years they have collected late fees and placed late payments on my credit report I have never missed a payment In fact I have up until this year I have given them additional money each month With a bi-weekly payment it should also show an additional month (months) of payments each year It does not appear that they have applied any of this either I have called customer services several times and have had them agree that there is an arrangement however they refuse to correct any of the mistakes One rep when asked if I could speak to a supervisor advised there was no means of getting in touch with one

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with No one give you the same answer twice My Loan was sold to this company from ***, They do not send out statements, they will not let you pay on line and the only method of payment is by phone with a service fee We are in a chapter due to loss of a job , but we have payed all are bill without missing a beat I feel as if I am treated as a less than desirable person because my husband lost his job and we where forced into the chapter We could have filed a chapter but we wanted to pay our debts If your payment increases good luck they will not inform you

I started a Loan Modification evaluation with SLS In January I was asked to fill out pages of information as well as send them all documents supporting income etcI did so by 1st of FebThey then continually kept asking for the same documents over and over every time I would send them againI paid down over $18,debt during this timeYet they claimed my Credit score dropped from to They congratulated me on May 1, that my Modification was approved, and give me my new lowered interest rate and extended time payment scheduleThe interest rate was .25% higher than last statement and they actually reduce my term to payments instead of giving more time to repay (I had asked for 84) My suspicion is they may have kept checking my credit report to drive down my credit scoreI am looking into this but don't have the facts at time of writing the complaint

This business has been handling my mortgage, I called to get a final pay off amount for my
mortgage and close out this account and they refuse to tell me! I first called at 9:AM and was told a supervisor would have to email me the total amount and that it would take hours to send that to mehours later I'm still waiting for a payoff amountI called again at 5:PM and again I'm told that they can not give me a final totalI asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none are available...seriously, there isn't one supervisor in the building available to speak to?? No one there is willing to assist or give answers, I said for all the personal information you asked of me and made me verify, you can't just look it up in your computer and give me an amount?? Very poor customer service and would never recommend this company for anyone to use!!

Terrible phone dialogueNo way to forward past useless information about taxes, new loan care-packages, etcTheir mailing and their website say their business hours are open till 10pmAt 9:20, they let every menu play its tedious verbosity while I numbly pushed 1s and 3s, navigating finally to "if you'd like to speak to a customer representative..." only to HANG UP ON MEAfter a second attempt, I got a message that if I'm receiving this message between their business hours (I was) they're "sorry for the inconvenience" before hanging up on me againMy loan payment is due on the 7th of each monthThis company took over my loan from my bank loan, sent me a letter about how I'll be paying them instead of the old bank, which reached me on the 1stOne of the phone messages said my loan welcome package would come in the mail within days! AND their website has no record of my SS#WTF!

The home I am trying to sell for my fathers estate has a loan through Specialized Loan ServicingOn September 21st we were sent a pay off amount of $79,for the loanThat pay off amount was sent on October 1st and was accepted by Specialized Loan ServicingOn October 31st a letter was received saying that the loan pay off they had sent us was short $and needed to be paid by 11/5/or the home was going to be foreclosedI called them on 11/1/and had asked them what this money was for, they said it was fee's and taxesOn 11/2/Specialized Loan Company wired the money that was sent to them on October 1st back to the Title companyUpon 11/5/the title company and myself tried to call the company and they told us not to pay the $even though it was due that day and to call back and speak with a supervisor, on 11/6/we spoke to a supervisor who advised us to pay the $but there was another fee added on that brought the new amount that was due

I entered into a loan modification contract with this company The agreement was that if I made three of the required payments, I would be "locked in" to my loan modification I did make the required payments and was then granted my loan modification I went to make my mortgage payment this month and was told a different amount to pay, and no one at this place of business knows anything about my loan modification What? I have been working so hard to save my home and get into a loan modification with a payment that I can afford I have small children and desperately want to save my home This company along with many other mortgage companies get away with this daily and I am wondering how this is possible How can they just decide to go back on their word and put a family out of their home and out on the street?

We submitted all necessary paperwork to have our PMI removed as of 3/26/Currently we are being told that there is more documentation needed to review prior to the PMI removalEach time I call I am given different answers and different "completion dates." I have submitted the necessary documentation according to our mortgage contract several times, yet the PMI has not been removedI am also unable to speak with anyone in the PMI department and the wait times are over minutes each time I callI have been calling asking for answers since March 26th

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Federal Protection Bureau against SLS regarding the way their customer service reps handled my request for a reaffirmation in a bankruptcy case SLS sent my entire file to CFPB which had my social security number on it They violated my right to privacy by leaving my social number on the document

Our mortgage was transferred to SLS in DecemberWe made our first payment to them in JanuaryWe received a collection letter stating that they would automatically take our payment from our accountWe called immediately because we had already paid them for the monthThe day after SLS reassured us they would not withdraw funds until March, they withdrew the funds after promising they would notWe again called to let them know what happenedWe were told funds could not be sent back to us electronicallyThey told us they would send a check and we would receive it within daysIt has been days and we have yet to see a checkI have been on the phone with SLS and keep getting disconnectedThe first lady told me "the check was cut today and you will receive it on Jan31." After being disconnected and calling back, the next man told me, "not to make matters worse, but I don't see that a check has even been cut." That call was then disconnectedI tried calling back, but now their office is closedThey have my phone number, but they don't have the decency or courtesy to even call me back after getting disconnectedThey verified my phone number, so there is no reason for them to not call me backI DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! We've only been with them a month and have had constant issues!

Called to get a quote, it took days to generate then another day to emailI needed another letter and its been days now and still nothingAsked to speak to a supervisor, and the dude, Steve, operater ,had the audacity to tell me why would I wait years to ask for the letter, not looking at all the notes in the computer to see the issues that was going on in the last few years!! My loan with SLS was paid off by my new lender on 12/6/ However, not knowing the scheduled payoff date, I made my scheduled payment to SLS on 12/5/in the amount of $- with the understanding that I would receive a refund of any interest and principal amounts that was overpaid
I contacted SLS on 12/18/to let them know about my payment and subsequent loan payoff, and was told that my refund of $was mailed
