I also spoke to "Joe" at corporate, who not only zeroed out the balance, since it was their error for using expired authorized codes, he also refunded the amount we already paid. That refund has been put back on our credit card

apologize if I was not clear during our conversation yesterday. I
did apologize for your perception of the treatment you
received. I have forwarded your concerns to the modality director for
any/all corrective action. At this
point, this becomes a matter for
HR, and I cannot provide any details of the handling of your complaint, but can
assure you this has been addressed. I apologize if this is unsatisfactory
to you, but this is company policy. You have stated several times that
the treatment was received because your sister has a disability; this is
simply not the case. What the technologist attempted to informed you
at the time of services is correct in regards to the measurement(s) as well as
the printer. We
never want a patient or patient’s relatives to feel they received sub-standard
customer service, which is why I offered for you to come back at no charge for
another ultrasound. I then informed you that you would need to
bring another order from your physician approving the exam. This is standard
protocol, as we cannot perform an exam (even a repeat exam) without your physician’s
approval first. When I explained this to you yesterday, you stated that I
was useless and declined this resolution, stating you would rather contact your
insurance company and abruptly ended the call.
As I attempted to inform
you yesterday during our conversation, this is a standing offer and if/when you
decide to obtain an order from your physician, I would be more than happy to
assist you with a resolution.

I visited Simon Med in March, I had been quoted an amount of my copay and was advised they would bill me for this procedure However, upon arrival I was told the amount changed, it was doubled and it was their policy to collect upfront The gentleman, Sam, stated he did not know why I had not been notified but if I wanted the procedure I had to pay He also stated he was in charge, there was no one else I could talk with until Monday and he could not provide me a copy of their policy I inquired, how does Simon Med refund an over payment and he did not know I just received my EOB and I was overcharged I have left a message for their complaint department to advise an immediate refund is expected I will not go back to Simon Med and I caution others to stay away and avoid such a negative experience

This is a bull crap responseTheir employees specifically took more time(days) to clarify fees beforehand and then proceeded to assure me that $was what was neededAfter receiving the "mysterious" bill I called and their employee on the other end even seemed confused on where the amount of $came fromThis company is bait and hooking their customers, lying about fees so that they can bill them significantly more at a later timeA "payment plan" for fraudulent fees is not an acceptable counterI have already paid the unjust fees to avoid credit damageI fear I just have to bend over and take it and this company will continue to mislead their customers and unjustly steal from themGood business ethics is just an uncommon act these days and it is unfortunate.

This is a billing issue.....we went to the Simon Med in *** and paid a $deductible ...in the meantime we had treatment done in another office and that office got their claim in first so of course the deductible came out of that visit ..not the Simon Med...well Simon Med received payment in full 100%so you guessed it...they have OUR $and had it for OVER two months now and will NOT give it back....when we call we stay on hold for minutes and when they finalllllyyyyy answer they say oh it is in processing!! OMG it is ridiculous and when we call Simon Med they say oh we are sorry we use a third party billing...well they have had our money for two months so they should pay us interest...of course last Thursday we were told it would be put back on our debit card asap...like in the next five minutes...and OF COURSE it is not!@!!! So irresponsible and unprofessional!!! We are filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner as well as the Revdex.com

Controlled by insurance companies to stall workers comp claims and follow up

So far they have been nothing but a headache trying to get appt. scheduled then confirmed and then cancelled 2 x. I believe that this company is so controlled by the insurance companies that they delay appt.'s and scheduling and all on purpose as directed by the insurance co.'s that pay them to stall Workers comp cases

I reject the response from Simon Med because there is no resolution as of yet.  Simon Med responded by saying that they will investigate, which is what I have been told every time I have called them with no...

resolution!This matter will be resolved when I receive my check for $357.00 (119.00 per month x 3 payments).

Dear. Mrs. [redacted],Upon review, 3 exams total were performed on dates 01/23 (chest and shoulder) and 01/26 (chest - additional imaging).  I do see the report requests additional imaging, but there are no notes or any indication that this was due to a technical error.  As a...

03/15/16. Long wait, robotic staff openly hostile x-ray tech. After and hour wait my daughter and I asked about the wait time and was told we had not been checked in yet. When the x-ray tech got me in the room she was ,in my opinion, openly hostile. She stated that there were people in front of me and I had to wait my turn. As people had come in after me and were seen before me I wonder about this. In my 66 years I have never been treated by medical staff in such a manner. I felt totally humiliated and shamed. I would urge anyone to do their research and check all review sites they can..

We do not attempt to defraud any patients, and we are sincerely apologetic that this is your perception. As with any medical services rendered, the patient is ultimately responsible for understanding their benefits and coordinating with their insurance carrier to receive the most accurate information. If this was not understood at the time of services, we are more than willing to work with you and establish a payment plan for this date of service, which will allow you to avoid collections and detriment to your credit. Phoenix scheduling center. worst customer service ever. I needed to schedule a CT scan for my broken wrist. First attempt the person told me the machine in Prescott Valley office broken. Tried to get my ortho Doctor to send refer me elsewhere. Refused. Scene dulled again for Friday. 6pm on Thursday the appt scheduler called and said sorry machine is broken. No offer to schedule elsewhere.I finally asked to be scheduled at the facility in Prescott for Friday. I called Prescott twice to make sure machine was working. Staff in Prescott very helpful and kind. Bottom line is the scheduling people are absolutely awful. I would not recommend this company.
