This complaint involves a delivery issue as well as perhaps discriminationI verified my identity and address and was unable to complete purchase I made a purchase from silver.comI verified my address and identity and they failed to complete the orderTo date my credit card has not been refunded the purchase amountI work from 11am to 8pm pacific time and UPS was not able to deliver my package before I leave to my officeSilver.com refused to let me pick up my package from the UPS warehouse in W Sacramento even though a state issued driver's license and signature is required to pick up your package

silver.com shipped my order by UPS even though I requested US Postal UPS could not deliver as I have to work all day - not home to receive The order number is silver.com number S-XXXXXXX I contacted UPS and requested the shipment be returned to silver.com I contacted silver.com and requested they ask UPS to return the order Even though the merchandise is in the UPS system, silver.com refuses to make good on the order and they will not refund my money until they have the merchandise in their hands This is unacceptable I do not have the merchandise, but they have my money I placed the order on 3/8/XXXX - XX days ago

I ordered silver eagles online I paid with a credit card At check out I noticed the price of each coin had gone up by about When I inquired as to why I was paying more, I was told it was because I used a credit card I had checked the payment options page prior to ordering No where on the page does it say you pay a higher price using a credit card I cancelled my order I thought that was a bit deceptive

For the first time ever I've been ordering coins and bars on-line instead of visiting local coin shops Naturally, I was a little apprehensive at firstafter all, these bullion firms require almost immediate payment and yet the product has to come laterso delays are always a worrisome thing And trust and reputation are everything Of the firms I've now worked with so far, Silver.com has been my favorite for the four following reasons: 1) Without asking for expedited service (or without them promising anything) they still provided (by far) the fastest delivery compared to all the other firms Delivery was less than a week after payment was received when the others averaged between two or three weeks Wow 2.) The package itself was impressive, i.e., double boxed using high strength materials, every seam taped neatly, and basically every aspect of the package inside and out flawless, like a perfectly wrapped Christmas present To some this would be a small thingbut to me it was a preview of the company's high standards If a company doesn't scrimp on the small thingsthen the big things are likely to be fine too, imo 3.) Customer Service There was a small issue that needed resolution (an even exchangebut a return nevertheless) and while I held my breath wondering whether they'd authorize it, to them it was a no-brainer They communicated what needed to be done (pics verifying tiny scratches on a "new" and sealed product) after which they immediately sent a postage paid shipping label and off I went to UPS What might have been a cause for turmoil was an effortless experience They never made me feel like I was being unreasonablewhen admittedly I was being a little picky 4.) Despite a less than inspiring name (i'm not a fan of 'Dot-Com' in company names) the combined friendliness and professionalism at Silver.com was top notch by any measure Put another way, the good people at Silver.com not only communicated well, they were engaged, and I felt they actually cared about exceeding my expectations Not only that, but when people consistently do what they tell you they will do, it builds trust And Trust is so very critical when throwing a lot of money around these days

I've already placed orders with silver.com There pricing is usually better than their competitors online Credit card is the way to go Yes there is the extra fee, but your orders ship fast, and you have some fall back if your order is lost during shipping, which has never happened to me They will continue to get my business Just waiting for Silver to get back in the $range

I have dealt with this company for years and have had no problems the price is very reasonableI like rounds that are seconds at cents over spot

I bought silver on 4/15/I cancelled the order before receiving the product and was assured a refund check would be sent to meI called to verify the refund check was sent outBoth calls were loggedAs of today I have not received a refund checkI just received a voice mail from ***, a silver.com supervisor, and was told that a new check was being sent out priority mail
The supervisor stated the second refund check would be sent priority mailThe first check according to silver.com was sent regular mailIt is odd to me to send a refund check for over $standard mail when I sent the original check certified mailI have the tracking number of the original check I sen to silver.com! How cheap silver.com is! Shysters!
There is no justification it should take three weeks to send out a checkI refute the statement a check was sent out in the first place

I've placed several orders with silver.com over the last few years and have always had a good experienceTheir prices tend to be better than their competition and I have had no service issues

I purchased a oz silver bar from silver.com
it arrived dented., was retuned and a month later am still wating for a replcement
silver .com has not replaced the damage bar that I have now retunedMultiplel calls and emails have proven fruitlessThe bar has been returned to their Nevada ware house yet daily calls tell me the bar is in the mail

Received two silver 10-oz A-Mark Bars that were advertised as being new with burn marks all over them! Made an order and they sent it to wrong address in DecReturnedThey have held my funds since then

have called and e-mailed for a return label and each time they say it is being sent by e-mail but I have never received it have been trying for a week
have been calling for over a week and each time I talk to somebody they say it is being sent by an e-mail which I have yet to receive I feel as each time I have talked to someone they are lying to me the product I ordered was not as advertised and they finally agreed after a small dispute with a lady that put me on hold then a few minute's later came back on the phone and told me a return label would be sent by an e-mail I have yet to get it has been over a week now last person I talked to said I would have it before the end of the day but I still have not gotten it and I know they are closed at the time of my contacting the Revdex.com

I ordered Silver Maple Leafs on 9/20/2016, paid for the order, but due to their shipping problems have never received the order
On 9/20/I paid for the purchase of Silver Maple Leafs but their shipping department or delivery company lost a portion of the orderThey, Mr*** *** of Silver.com tells me they cannot send me any of my coins until they are paid by their insurance company even though I have nothing to do with their claimWould strongly recommend avoiding dealing with this firm

I was very pleased with Silver.com My order was shipped very fast I have read nightmare reviews about other companies taking so long to ship but I feel my order was shipped well within my expectations even faster than I expected Of course all companies need to wait for the check to clear when buying commodities, but the order came soon after plus they kept me up to date about the order status
I also had a positive experience when I called their customer service line with a question
I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to buy again
