Action Air Conditioning has always provided excellent service and today was no different. The technician, Parker B., was super! We have been very pleased with Action Air Conditioning and highly recommend them!
Frank was a personal, friendly and efficient technician. He thoroughly checked out our system showing me gauge readings and describing our system deficiencies and wrote up a comprehensive list of options to remedy those issues. The only reason I'm assessing him a five star rating is that there is no option for six stars...tell him I said that!
Two techs showed up on time. Very competent. I learned a few AC-oriented facts from them. They opened up the unit in the garage. Prior service techs never did this. Removed a clogged filter that came with the unit. Checked drain line and made adjustment to the line to prevent dirt from entering. Gave me an estimate on a new AC unit to replace my current one that has a freon leak that forms frost on the line. I signed up for yearly service tune up.
In April 2015 Justin H. performed a performance upgrade to our air conditioning system. He was very professional and friendly. I will continue to use Action Air for my air conditioning needs.

Action Air installed my A/C unit and did it the next day. They were very efficient and the technicians were very nice and professional. I had an issue a couple months later due to the moisture level and it was quickly resolved over the phone. Great warranty and great product.
