We bought our new A/C system in late 2008 from Action Air Conditioning and have used them for our annual P/Ms ever since. This year (2016) our service technician was Frank. He called prior to arriving to let us know when he would be here for our appointment and arrived right on time. He was very professional, but still friendly to us as his customers. We truly appreciate the relationship we have had with Action Air for the last 7 years and highly recommend them. They truly understand how customer service is supposed to work and we thank them for that.

I call company for assistant electrical bill was to high frank came in a told me base on the ac unit I have its working properly. He could is said I would need a new unit. He told me the units they had available which would help me lower my electrical bill. I was able to decide along with his proffesisional assistant. We will able to a select a unit that was affordable. He assist me along the process of financial available. Thanks Frank for your assistant. I would recommend this company

Parker B[redacted] did a fantastic job explaining what the issues were with our main AC unit and then promptly fixing those issues. He took photos and video of our attic equipment so we didn't have to take his word for how clean everything was after he finished his work. He even updated us as he was in the process of unclogging our drain line to provide additional information and options for better maintenance. We will definitely be calling Parker and Action Air again.
Recently had AC ducts and vents cleaned. The job was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. All interactions I've had with this company through the years have been outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
Parker came to our home to do the semi-annual tuneup of our air conditioning unit. He was very professional and so polite. He did an excellent job and left the area clean. I just had Action Air perform their annual inspection/service on my package A/C unit and as usual it was a very positive experience. The technician arrived precisely on time and not only spent well over an hour cleaning and inspecting my unit, he also explained exactly what he was doing and why. This is not something that happens everyday and I found it very reassuring. I had the unit installed by Action Air a little over 2 years ago and have had zero problems thanks to the very competent installation and the annual inspections. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering installing a new A/C unit.

I recently had my system serviced by Christian L. of Action Air and was very pleased. He was personable and professional, came at the appointed time, and gave an excellent explanation regarding the work that I needed. Good job guys!
This past August Action Air installed a new Daikin ac system in my home. The installation team, led by CJ, conducted themselves in a most courteous and professional manner. I am very pleased with the system Action Air proposed and will recommend Action Air to my friends.
I've been a repeat residential customer of Action Air-Tampa for 10 years. Kevin came out to perform routine maintenance on my two units. He informed me that my 15 year old unit was approaching the end of its better days. He explained the efficiency advantages of today's newer units. He made a no presuure or hard sale offer to replace it now in the spring as opposed to waiting until the summer season. On-site he prepared me a written estimate which included over $1,000 in rebates and incentives. I accepted and the new system was installed within 24 hours! Great service and no pressure or fear tactics were used to make the sale. Looking forward to another 10 years with Action Air.
