We have located your Shopkick account and manually reviewed its activity, and we must confirm that it shows consistent behavior in violation of our terms of use and, as such, has had to be closed This determination is not related to the volume of scans available at *** ***; properly scanning
available items, regardless of how many items are available, does not trigger any automatic suspension of accounts Our program relies upon the understanding that each and every product scan is completed while holding that product in your hand and while inside the featured retail store, which was not the case in this account In order to keep kicks available for our rule-following shopkickers, and to protect our retail partners that allow us to offer free gift cards, we have to close accounts that show this improper scanning behaviorWe hope you understand, and wish you the best

This response is used to deliberately harass and make allegations against me that are untrue and unwarranted and conclusatory allegations with no details whatsoever to support its positionShop kick will continue to receive these complaints as they are Revdex.com accredited and their rude allegations are not appropriate
I have stated numerous times very clearly that all of the terms they sent me via email were never violated and to further prove this they have done this to steal my kicks so I would not be able to redeem them
Further, as they claim there rules are violated I have not asked how they detected itI very clearly stated which rule is violatedIn the US we do not have kangaroo court and Shopkick is not allowed to make accusations that are frivilous in an effort to slander me
If you refuse to state what rule was violated then you are willfully and maliciously making accusations and once again Shopkick is being advised that those kicks are property of mine and the account is my property
Shopkick has had my account for years and NEVER sent any notice of this and now they want to maliciously claim that I violated their rules to steal my kicks?
This will continue to be reported and be escalated to the Attorney General’s office should a resolution not be reached

We appreciate your feedback on your experience. To clarify, this offer was presented in a store details page in our app that features a store address. This means that all offers shown on that page are offered specifically at that street address. We also have our store pages in the app split out explicitly into "nearby" stores and "online" stores, also to show that some kicks are available online and others are available in stores near you. This offer was an in-store offered, promoted through a store page showing that physical store's address, it was not a generic offer for any *** *** online or offline purchase, and this means that we cannot award kicks for an online purchase submission. We do hope that you will understand, and again apologize for the confusion

We apologize again for any disappointment.  However, the terms of service to which all Shopkick app users consent at sign up are clear on our rules and our policies for closing accounts that show violations of these rules that are in place to protect our community.  In accordance with these terms, your Shopkick account was closed after repeated violations of our few rules.  We have manually reviewed this determination several times to ensure that our rules were applied fairly, and the determination is final.  We do hope you'll understand.

There has been no violation in my account at all. What has happened, is that, you have probably linked my wifes and my accounts as we shop together and live in the same house. If this is not the case, then please explain the actual reason.
I reject this business response for this reasons as Shopkick have not provided any support to their claims. I believe their system is incorrectly linking accounts and assuming multipleaccounts under one identity. Im not sure why they are not willing to help. Im not very happy with the way this is going at all.

While we are sorry you have had a negative experience, we must confirm again (as we did via email) that, upon repeated manual reviews, your Shopkick account activity does show repeated and various breaches of our terms of service.  It is our policy (and common practice) not to divulge our rule...

Per these terms, we are not able to re-open an account that shows this type of activity, nor can we release the kicks from such an account. We are sorry for any continued disappointment.  It is our policy and common practice not to divulge our rule breach detection techniques, for security reasons.  We have, however, manually reviewed your Shopkick activity several times and must confirm for a final time that it shows repeated rule breaches and had to be closed for that reason.  We must protect our community and keep Shopkick free and fair for all rule-following members.
