I waited several weeks without shipment occurring. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They have not given me a refund.
Order XXXXX placed on XX-XX-XX online at www.shieldstars.com. Payment was made via *** Checkcard with *** Federal Credit Union and it was taken out immediately, despite shipment not having occurred yet. On April 24th, I sent an email to ***@shieldstars.com requesting if the order had shipped and if not, to cancel it. Someone named Elin replied asking me to wait a few more days. On April 28th, with the order still not shipping, I requested it to be cancelled. No response. On May 2nd I sent another email to cancel the order and get a refund. No response. On May 9th, I checked the website and the order no longer existed. So I sent another email requesting my refund. I searched the entire website and have been trying to find some phone number or contact information online and cannot find anything. The debit taken from my bank account says *** LTD WANCHAI. Please help me get my refund. I cant afford to just let it go.

Terrible customer service. I ordered $70 worth of product 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I asked for my order to be canceled and they refuse to do so. Do not give this company your money! You will never see it again, nor will see the items you paid for.
On April 16 I placed an online order with this business for 4 cycle masks. After 10 days of hearing nothing I contacted them via the email published on their website inquiring about shipping and delivery of my order. They replied it was about to ship and shortly thereafter I received an email informing me the order had shipped and was provided a USPS tracking number. When I checked the tracking the USPS website indicated that on April 26 the order was picked up by a shipping partner and USPS was awaiting receipt of the package. Then days passed and the USPS tracking remained as saying the same thing. I emailed the company 4 times inquiring and never received another reply. As of today, May 6, the USPS tracking still states as awaiting the package and I have still not received replies to any of my follow up emails. In checking online I have found similar complaints from other customers experiencing the same issue. Clearly this business is not legitimate and should be investigated. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company for reimbursement but file this complaint so others do not fall for the same trap.

Contact by the Business I would like to hear from this company as to why this dispute happened in the first place and why they never responded to my inquiries. Furthermore if they are not legitimate I would like to see that they are prevented from trapping other consumers.
I ordered a face mask from Shieldstars on April 18, 2020. I still have not received my order and they will not refund me.
On April 18, 2020, I ordered a face mask from Shieldstars. On their website they advertise how they have everything in stock. They also advertise that all orders ship out within 2-3 business days and are located in the US. Over the past few weeks, I've contacted them asking about my order and have received responses claiming that my item has been shipped, and was provided a tracking number. However, since April 26, 2020, the USPS website shows that a post office in NY, is still awaiting the item. When I informed them of this, they responded saying to please be patient. I then asked them for a refund and to cancel the order. They came back saying they are unable to do any of that due to the fact that the item has shipped. I explained to them that, even though they provided me a tracking number as proof, the item has not moved and is still awaiting arrival at the post office. Their response to that was that they can't and will not do anything and to have a nice day.
I want a full refund for what I paid for and for them to use 1 valid email since I had to find their email. The first email provided had a carrier of @163.com, which is not valid and turns out to be a fraudulent email.
