They do not ship items you buy from them, nor do they provide refunds for cancelled orders in a timely fashion. I shouldn't have to watch my acct.
on April 20, 2020, I ordered 7 items from them. I emailed them on several occasions asking when and where they were shipping from because I know if the product wasn't in the US I would be waiting weeks I would have to make or buy elsewhere. Their site doesn't have a login after you purchase to check order status for shipping. I emailed customer service several times. I emailed on the 24th, 28th, 30th. I got responses that they would "rush" my order on the 29th. We're all used to Amazon shipping so I thought they were being a bit obtuse with their customer service. I was was lied to and sent an email that all of my items shipped, then 10 days later sent an email that only partial items had shipped.
I eventually received 3 items, which I received in late May at which point I told them to cancel everything and refund and they told me the refund would take 5-15 business days.

A full and timely refund.

I paid for facemasks, was given false tracking numbers, false updates, and unable to return product
4/24/20 I ordered 4 facemasks, order #XXXXX to total 59.96 plus 7.99 shipping. I never received any tracking number. on 5/29/20 I sent an email to customer service "I have not received any info to my order, XXXXX. I try to track the order and I cannot find it. At this point I'm assuming this is fraudulent and will notifying my credit card company to cancel. I expect a full refund of 67.95 shipping included. You have failed to keep this customer informed of his purchase." I received an email stating my product had been sent. The tracking number given was false. I received an email on 6/10/20. No subsequent email was received. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. you can see by the attached emails and photos. The masks are poorly made, only 1 has end stitching.
I cancelled the item before it was shipped. I have been unsuccessful returning the items. They have not provided me with a return address.

Desired Outcome

Full refund including shipping costs. they have not sent me return info, I would gladly send the product back at THEIR cost

I have been working with PayPal after 2 months to get my money back. The website has broken links to contact them, the verification e-mail goes to a does not exist link, they sent paypal a nonexistent UPS tracking number, before sending a USPS tracking number that shipped to a partner warehouse in California and has had no further update for weeks. I have determined based on hundreds of other online reviews and the fact the company is brand new, it is a scam based out of China. I am hoping to receive my money back from PayPal soon.

I ordered two face masks on 19 April 2020 and I got two emails,nothing. I lost $44.00 dollars in the process. I threatened to report them to the FBI

They contacted me y email and I got a refund

Asked for refund. Order cannot be found.
Ordered item on Apr 18. Billed Apr 19. for refund on May 8. They would not. Company said item shipped in May 22. Tracking number cannot be found. Order # does not exist in their site. That do not respond to emails.

Like the other reviews, I too order mask over a month ago, they took money and did not send mask, emails were not returned and the website had no record of my order.

I placed 2 separate orders for products in April and a month later I have not received my products or have not received a refund on either order.
I placed 2 orders from Shieldstars on April 17th & April 22nd. I hope not received my products to date. I have sent several emails to either getting my products shipped to me or refunding my money. I have only been responded to with my orders being processed. I went onto the companies reviews and all reviews state the same thing, orders being made shieldstars taking payments but not sending out the products or processing any refunds.

I am not seeking any resolution from the Revdex.com I have already contacted my bank and they are working on my refunds. I just want the Revdex.com to know this company is scamming a lot of people and should be shut down.

On 4/23/20 I placed ORDER #XXXXX with shieldstars.com for face masks in the amount of $14.99 + $7.99 shipping ($22.98) total. On 4/24/20 I emailed ***@shieldstars.com to cancel the order and refund/credit my credit card for the $22.98 they charged my credit card. After not receiving the refund on 5/10/20 I sent another email requesting the refund. As of today 5/17/20 I still have not received the refund and have never received a reply to my emails.

I was never contacted by the company however, on Saturday 5/30/2020 I received the merchandise for the order that I cancelled on 4/24/2020 and requested a refund instead. I preferred the refund instead of the merchandise but apparently shieldstars.com is more concerned with profit than customer satisfaction. With respect to the small dollar amount this issue isnt worth my time and hassle of paying to return the merchandise and still try to get a refund; which it seems I probably would not get. I appreciate your looking into this matter. Other shoppers though should be made aware of shieldstars.com bad business practices. Thanks for your help.

The online order checking mechanism does not work on their website. When I click on the link for checking my order from my e-mail it goes to a page that indicates "file not found". The order number provided to me is #XXXXX. Please see attached e-mail.

At this point I suspect this may not be a valid business. If it is a valid business I would like a refund. Plese see attached receipt. Thank you!

I never got my product and they won't answer emails or refund me
I order face masks on apr 19, my bank processed payment. At time of order it started 9-15 day shipping. Ive sent several emails. Ive finally requested cancel and full refund since they still have not processed the order a month later and now they won't respond to emails on canceling it or refunding my money. Poor customer service I have reached out to this company numerous times about my order but they still have not responded to anything I have asked for a refund numerous times with no response all I've asked is what's going on with my order if they have any issues with this pandemic I don't understand why they have ads selling there Product or say anything on there website

I ordered 3 masks April 29. I received a confirmation email but nothing after that. Last week when I checked the order it had been deleted. I checked my bank account and they took my money. I've emailed them twice so far but they haven't responded.

I ordered two products online. They took my payment. I've heard nothing from them. They have not responded to inquiries.
Online order was placed online and confirmed by email 04.20.2020. Two items: cycling multifunction face mask and face mask/neck warmer. Total was $37.97 including $7.99 for shipping. After hearing nothing from them I searched the internet and discover many, many reviews from customers whose experiences were identical to mine.

I have not received my product and cant get a refund. They just refer me to a tracking number that says its stuck in NY somewhere.
on 4/21 I received an email with a tracking number says package shipped. On 5/5 I emailed asking about the shipment and was told by Elin to follow the tracking number. on 5/6 Cynthia told me not to worry its on its way. so on 5/7 I asked for it to be canceled and refunded and was told by Jacqueline that wasn't possible.

Now its 5/12 still no product and no refund.

I'm asking for my money to just be returned at this point.

I did receive my product two weeks ago finally.

I have emailed the company multiple times asking for a refund Different people reply asking me to wait I told them no please refund now they ignoring
April 18, I ordered 3 face masks ($52.96). I was not informed of a delay but I emailed them 2 weeks later to inquire. They said they were experiencing shortage. Last week, I checked the status on my order #XXXXX and the order has disappeared. I emailed again with my concerns and they gave me the same response. I emailed them again with pictures and they gave me the same response. I emailed again asking for a refund and they gave me the same response. I sent a few more emails and different people have replied (Joey, Jessie and Jacqueline) until Jacqueline finally emailed me at 3 in the morning and asked are you sure you want to cancel? And I said yes, cancel please. No reply for the entire day. I emailed them again and still no reply. I just want a refund with no issues.

I would just like a refund. That is all.
