Live at Tesoro on Spain. Horrible management team. Mgr. Amber is asleep at the wheel. Refuses to answer any questions or take action against tenants not adhering to the terms of their leases. Dogs run wild. Yapping dogs don't shut up at night. Owners don't pick up after their dogs. Smells & looks terrible. Bldg. O has an apt. upstairs that has a broken kitchen window since late October. I had been very happy living here until Amber took over. Recommended the place highly to friends. Unfortunately they arrived the same day as Amber took over--she screwed them royally. Took all their upfront money, promised them an apt. They arrived with they moving truck & Amber declared the apt. they had rented was not available. She refused to give them their money back. Before our last mgr. (Marla N) left she told me that ramp up steps ha been included in the budget for 2019. Amanda confirmed as did Chris the maintenance man. This is badly needed for disabled living in Bldg. S (from Gate 18). Of course Amber denied that the ramp was in the budget. Said it never had been! She refused to check with S/C. The road at Gate 18 & the sidewalk have been buckled badly by a cotton wood tree. We had been told that the tree was to be removed & repairs made. Amber said NO! The list goes on & on.

Only giving them one star, if I could give them zero stars I would. I have been waiting since October 22nd for someone to come and look at my dryer which is not working. I was told by the property manager that she was not allowed to “repair” anything per Shelton Cook because they are remodeling, that it has to be replaced new. Now I receive a notice in my door that states someone is coming to repair my dryer on 12/5/19. No one has even came to look at the dryer to see if it could be fixed in the meantime. Poor management and poor communication.

I moved out of Omnia on 8th Apartments and I have paid the move out amount that I had received as a bill in full. The leasing office had accepted the payment and also cashed in the money order. I am currently receiving calls from multiple debt collectors stating I owe amount to this apartment supposedly more than what they provided as move out amount and the cashed in money order is not even accounted in their ledger. They basically cashed in and haven't added the payment in their ledger. When we called to understand the error here and discuss with the leasing office. Andrea who runs the office was rude and wouldn't even discuss anything, further going on speak ill such as "do you understand this word in english?" multiple times. This is one of most customer unfriendly managements/leasing office I have seen.

It is not cooling down in my unit today.

A/C Unit was inspected a second time and is functioning properly. Resident was shutting unit off when leaving apartment an was instructed to turn thermostat up when leaving but not off and to leave it set on "auto". If the unit is shut down, it cannot recover quickly during these extreme temperatures. Mechanically, the unit is operating as designed.

It's 110 degrees outside today and my AC is not working in my unit.

I have moved into Indigo Palms Apts. in Phoenix, AZ 1 week and 2 days ago at this point. have had to already create 3 maintenance tickets since the apartment that was promised was nowhere near clean or ready to be rented to me. I have contacted the leasing office and am unable to speak to anyone since the phone lines go straight to a voicemail. Once I do leave a message, I have never received a call back. The customer service at this location is an embarrassment. Now I am stuck in this lease that I cannot get out of. I have found roaches, dirty vents and filters, rusted dishwasher racks and dirt in the tub, toilet, floors and all counters. I will not rent any properties managed by this company again. I will also be discouraging anyone I know to be on the lookout for all properties like the Vela Apt. in Tempe, and the surrounding area.
