The pump was working right so I cancel the transaction. I us my credit card that only had a little bit of money on it, because I don't like going in the station. I cancel the transaction DID NOT get any gas, when down the road and my card declined. I look at my purchased on the card when I got to work. remember I did not get any gas, cancel the transaction. and the Shell station took $109.49 all that was on my card pending. I call the store they gave me the headquarter and Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. They stated the transaction would fall off. Now remember I did not get any gas; I cancel the transaction. this 3 days later and the transaction is still pending. I call the office again in the lady hung up on me... the credit card company stated they cannot cancel the pending transaction, because they don't know if I got the gas or not. I'm fight with the shell company to get my money back... Going to press charge for credit card fraud...
My little car doesn't hold but $47 worries of gas... This is not someone using my card. the is the Shell Station itself I'm fight with to get my $109.49 back... Any one expensive this please email [email protected]...

Company responded by phone 2/24/15- [redacted] Mr [redacted] who is the mechanic for the company states that the part that he purchased for the transmission was bad He states that even thought the consumer was not paid in full, he was still willing to allow the consumer to use the warranty He states that he sent the car to another company to see if they would honor the warranty He states that the company told him that they could not honor the warranty because the part was defectiveHe states that he paid out of his own pocket to have the consumer's transmission repaired by the other companyHe states that he advised the consumer that there were other issues with the car but he was only responsible for the transmission

Earlier today (1/27/2014) I went into this shell gas station to buy a drink, by the entrance door I happen to see a drink cooler full of [redacted] (sweat tea) for cents or for $So I decide to try it, after drinking the whole can I'm reading it and happen to look at the expiration date which was (8/4/2013), months past it's expiration!!!!! At this point I am disgusted with the fact that I drank a whole can of it and furious that they sold me a drink months past it's expiration date which may have gotten me sickWell now I know why it was so cheapI guess the money they make selling their expired products are more important than their customers healthI am very disappointed because I'm sure I'm not the only one

Our Shell gas station has a policy where all debit card transactions are being charged at the credit priceThis policy is clearly posted at all dispensers, right above the place where customer would swipe their cardsIt reads "Debit Card at Credit Price"The only way for a customer to receive the cash price is by paying cashThis practice is common at many other gas stations, and it is really up to the individual company to decide, and is legalShould you have any other question or concern please feel free to contact meThank you

After reading through the two negative reviews and viewing the NHCPS website it became quite clear that the two reviewers did not read all the information presentedI purchased both the CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS courseThe BLS course is geared for healthcare providers, as stated, while the CPR course is the basic skill course that provides the basic lifesaving information for the lay person I would not necessarily recommend the online CPRcourse to a person who has never take a CPR course before since there is no actual hands on skill trainingAs a refresher course or recertification course, these classes are great options I felt both courses provided adequate information and study material

I am a manager at shell Gas station on [redacted] I am sorry for any inconvenience because we have station computer problem and station was down hours and technician came and fix the problem and station came back up 4pm and somehow technician make a mistake with a credit and cash price and when customer find out the price for the cash should be $but they got charged $and they complaint the cashier so he call me at home and I told him to give the difference back money to the customer and he did give money whatever overcharge back to the customer it was a mistake and a we are human beings so anybody can make a mistake and I came back from home and I correct the price and I manage this store for year and we never had even one complaint from the customerThis not advertisement this a mistake in the computer and there is no any history and pattern of fraud in this station and this station run under shell rulesand we respect our customer thank you any please call [redacted] or you can email me at [redacted]

Because I wanted to become CPR certified, I took an online NHCPS course after finding a discount on [redacted] It came with a manual in PDF format, helpful videos, and study questions to help prepare me for the examI read the manual thoroughly and passed my exam with ease I wanted to learn more about how to deal with emergency situations, so I decided to take their online BLS course as wellOnce again, I was extremely satisfied with the material and pre-test questions that NHCPS provided me withI've already recommended them to one of my co-workers so she can renew her CPR certification and I hope to take more classes with them once I'm financially able I read the only negative review here prior to posting mine and laughed because the only NHCPS course that [redacted] currently offers is the CPR, AED, and First Aid course which is not meant to be complicated or information-heavyThe BLS exam was much harder but [redacted] wouldn't know that since she decided not to take it
I purchased a pack of cigarettes today, Fortuna Menthol. I handed the cashier a $20.00 bill. He handed me back the pack, two fives and a little piece of candy (a mint). He had the nerve to tell me he was "out of change". When I asked him "let me get this straight, you have no change at all?". His reply was "that candy is worth .05 cents." I turned and walked away. This happened at 0500 on 6/21/2019 at the East Windsor Shell Station off of 91. I know it was only a few cents, but I feel robbed!
At a Shell Station in Fayetteville, West Virginia, I pulled into the parking lot with a friend. My friend was trying to get ahold of his girlfriend once he realized he left his wallet with her. We waited 10 min when we noticed a store employee come outside on the phone. Well about 2 minutes later police came up on us and they said there was drug activity going on. I only left the car once to use the restroom which took about one minute, and my friend never left the car. No one came up to our car or did we ever go to anyone else car. I'm sure store cameras can verify it all. Two more cops came and I allowed them to search me and my car. I was polite and consented to everything because I had nothing to hide, but I was still handcuffed and made to sit by my car on the ground while they searched my car and me. They never found anything on me and let me go, but I was humiliated because the town I live in is smaller than 2,000 and so many people came there to witness me handcuffed and my car searched by multiple police. I'm sure there is video evidence to all this. I frequented that gas station a lot because it's close to me. I will never return. I think it's wrong for how I was treated for absolutely no reason. If the employee had a problem with me sitting in my car on the phone then she could have asked me to leave. I dont know what other reason why she would have thought drugs were being done or sold. It's a shame that I have to live with being treated like a second class citizen for no reason. I have a clean record and I dont commit crimes. I'm still stressed out about it and I feel like she should get some training or be reprimanded for causing me embarrassment and unneeded stress for no reason whatsoever.

there was an incident at the pump#and #I was first informed when my cashier requested my presence at the registerShe initially told to she had a disgruntled and abusive customer at the front counterI tried to decipher what was going on from the information that the cashier had given me
She told me a gentleman on #put his money on the wrong pumpHe put his $on pump #The woman on #pumped his gasI went out to the pumps and asked the customers what happenedThe woman told me she had made a mistake and she pumped #10's gasI told her it was an easy fixI explained to her that the best way to do this is to pay the man $for his gasShe then came up with an excuse that it would overdraft her cardI was a bit puzzled at her responseI explained to her if it was going to overdraft her card why is she at the pump trying to get gas in the first place? Then to my amazement she said she always does this close to a pay period so she pays the overdraft when she gets money
At this point I stated several more times mam just pay the customer his $She then said let me show you what I'm talking aboutI told her to explainShe open up her card on #and started pumping againShe pumped $more gas in her tankI immediately stopped the pump and told her I was calling the police because of her not wanting to repay the gentleman on #At this point the gentleman was discouraged by the way the woman was handling it and went inside to talk to my cashierMy cashier even offered to pay for his gasHe declined and wanted to leaveI asked him to stay until the police got there
While on the phone to the police they asked for her descriptionI told her that she was a black lady in a white shirt and grey kind of snake pattern pantsAt that point she seemed to get an attitude about me giving her details to the police and called me a Fat #$%She continued this way until she called her momShe seemed to be trying to get her mother to come to the storeNot sure if it was to pay for the gas or add fuel on an unlit matchShe as well insinuated to her mother that I was being discriminatoryI was on the phone with the police just about the entire conversation we had at the pump
The woman then got aide from another customer that must have felt sorry for her plight. The good Samaritan went inside and paid for the mans gasThe woman on #left and I waited for the police to arrive. The police arrived took the mans statement and mineThe gentleman on #pumped his gas and left.
Could things have been handled differently? Sure I could have not pursued the $repayment and paid for the mans gas on #At the time the man on #was a regular customer and I wanted to do what I thought was rightI have him as my witness and the police report from that day if necessary
