I was charged another $10 service fee. I have not used this account and BMO just keeps charging me fees. I just want this account closed!

I received the letter however NO WHERE Does it state that this will not affect me as far as my credit report, credit score and check systems. I am requesting in WRITING that NONE OF THESE will be affected. Then I'll consider this matter complete.
